Wasn’t expecting the breakfast to be so good either; the bar food was beyond great

Ned is an amazing asset to Hilton. Ned went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. A coworker and I sat at the long business table to finish up our workday, Ned made sure to check on us several times and even brought food and drinks to us, even though we were not in the restaurant/ bar area. We were able to relax while we we finished our workday. Ps. The brisket grilled cheese sandwich is AMAZING! Make sure you order one, you won’t regret it.

I thought this hotel was a little weird. When I checked in, the worker barely looked at me and talked really fast. I almost felt like I was in the doctor's office, lol. The hallways are a little confusing because there isn't a straight line down the middle of the hall, but they shift one way and then the other way, so it can be difficult to find the elevator or stairs or whatever a person is looking for. In addition, the entire hotel smelled strongly of cleaning products. I know we have to be careful with COVID, but I am rarely been to a hotel with such a pungent odor. My sense of smell is very sensitive, so we probably won't return here. I walked my dog in the evening and we went down to the canal which was really nice. But when we came back, I realized there was no door on the street side of this property. I don't know if that is by design, but we had to walk to the grass up the hill to get to the parking lot side so we could get in. I did have some trouble using the internet on my phone, and when I went down to the front desk, the night auditor was extremely helpful and giving me all the information I needed and it toll free number with their tech support person. This solved my issue.

Nice place in the vista. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good enough. I'll definitely stay there again in the future.

I was so disappointed in my stay. First let me say I received a call when I checked in to see how things were and I said fine. Well later when I was ready to shower, I realized there was no body wash in the compartment. I called downstairs and some was brought up. Then as I was cleaning up the living area, I realized the trash had not been taken out from the previous guest. This really made me feel as if my room had not been cleaned properly. I had no coffee cups or coffee in my room just a coffee lid. I just did not have a pleasant stay at all. The room was spacious and the renovations were nice but apprehensive about staying again.

Everything was good.. only concern was not being told about the fees for parking etc.

Booked a 2 night stay again at Extended Stay America located at Columbia I-26. Room booked was for disability access as we were recovering from a leg injury but what happened when we checked in, we were given a room on 3rd floor. Front desk staff said there's no disability access room available even though it showed availabilities on booking page; the staff mentioned she'll refund us the money if we didn't want the room. Our room was all the way to the end too. We were too tired to go anywhere and chose to stay. Booking was made thru Trip.com and the capable support team noted the issue with room booking. They were very quick to resolve the issue we had too. Thank you ESA and especially Trip.com. You have the best support team!
