My name is Christian acree, recently a colleague and I booked 6 nights at the lovely establishment..we got a pretty good deal on price,but that isn’t what I appreciated the most..It was the professionalism of the staff upon dealing with a last minute family emergency,three nights into our stay..we quickly gathered our things,and straightened up the room..On our way out I informed the hotel staff on duty at that time..They politely informed me of my potential options and risks of leaving and getting a refund on the three remaining days..we were told we could stay until he could verify our refund for sure,But due to the nature Of the emergency,leaving was certain..On the day of check out I received a notification they had reimbursed me in full for my remaining days..thank you
