Stay was great! Bed was super comfy and room was clean. The bad was the valet was too busy so we had to park in a different parking garage. Another small thing was their toilet paper is terrible. It’s like paper towels that are “eco friendly”. So if you are not into that bring your own lol

There was not one thing about parking. We paid over $75 for parking on our 24 hour stay. We did not know that there was an additional parking place you could park and they would stamp a ticket for the weekend. No one even told us when we checked in. Part of the escalators to the conference floors were broken. Just not very informative. From the hotel or via hotels.con

It was amazing from the pulling up in front of, to the checking in, to our room with a beautiful view, to the room service, and finally to checking out. This hotel is awesome and exceeded our expectations in so so many ways!!! We will definitely recommend this hotel to ANYONE going to Columbus, Ohio as well as us coming back there in the near future!!!

I stayed here for the OMEA conference in February and it was the right choice! Hotel was very clean and the staff were very accommodating. The only complaint is that the hotel has no pool, but being so busy, I would not of had time anyway to swim. The breakfast buffet is incredible and the little gift shop on the first floor has everything. It is located close to Late Night Slide and Elevator Draught House which is good too.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. Our stay was great! The room was clean. All of the staff from front desk, cleaning staff, restaurant staff were very nice and attentive. I will definitely stay here again.

Property was beautiful, room spacious, clean and comfortable. The off site parking is connected by a skywalk. There are plenty of dining options in hotel and nearby. The area is close to transportion and attractions.

The room was nice, quiet and clean, but it would be great if the hotel could put a sofa in it. In fact, this room is quite large, I don't know about parking, because I use valet parking service, $40 per a day, it is OK, this will be more convenient, because for people who come to the city for the first time, actually you will not know where to park

My stay was amazing. Friendly staff, clean room, just a good vibe and atmosphere overall. Valet Service was wonderful as well.

Stayed at this hotel for a concert last weekend and it was a 4-5 min walk to arena, super convenient. Room was also clean and spacious. Staff brought us toothpaste as I forgot mine at home with no problem. Would stay here again!
