Convenient location, just 7 minute walk from the nearest metro station (Dashijie Station). Clean and service is good.

The overall experience was average. The staffs are quite helpful and the breakfast is good too. The lacking part was the cleanliness and environment of the hotel, the lobby was fine. But when you go to your room, the corridors are filled with cigarette smells and just a musky/stuffy smell overall. The rooms are okay, not the best but its okay for a budget hotel. The place is also fairly close to Peoples Square and other places.

We arrived quite late so we got a room on the first floor, so it was the last twin room they had. There was a construction from the early morning til 6pm. The water leaked under the door. But I booked again for 4 hours, this time i got new room, on a fifth floor. It was pretty nice, location is great, the bed is nice, and the hotel staffs help you pretty well, even though their English is limited, you can use translation with them. Everything is clean and nice.

The woman named 'Du' who worked morning on 11,12 January was terrible and unworthy at the service industry, especially hotel industry. She was not helpful and poor service to us. The property was old and awful either. They MUST need to train all of the employees and fired her for better service quality on your property.

Not recommended. Price not cheap but service very bad. Front desk not friendly, ask only one question but showed impatient. Room,bedsheet and towel full with cigarette smells, cannot change room due to fully occupied.

Close to sightseeing location. Family room have 2 bedroom ， good for family . Hotel fee is reasonable.

strategic location. old building, small dusty room, nice bed. some distance from the nearest train station. people smoke at the lobby and jn lift (even though they put up the do not smoke sign).

Great for a short stopover/short stay. Hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful. Gave a gift pack after checking in which we enjoyed. Very thoughtful. 😊

A pretty good hotel. The bad: 1) Smells moisty and wet. Also smells bad if you try to open up the window (there are multiple layers of glass so you can't truly open it and breathe air from the street. You're smelling whatever is inbetween the glass layers) 2) Staff doesn't really speak any English, although that's pretty expectable. The good: 1) Location is amazing. Very close to The Bund, People's Square, Yu Garden and other attractions. 2) The rooms were clean.

We had booked family room for our recent trip to Shanghai. The room's size is just nice for four of us. We had managed to check in early, thanks to the reception in charge, that is what we needed after our early arrival in Shanghai. The location is nearby to eateries and is near to da shi jie.

對漢庭這個印象還是挺滿意的，但是這次這家店很讓人失望，不的不讓我發表評論説下這個事情，首先這家店的前台服務員態度就很不好，態度很惡劣！酒店補差價居然不使用pos 機收，讓我掃二維碼付款，以為是對公付過去，沒想到點進去是讓我購買華住的會員，我當時不想購買，問了沒有其他付款當時嗎，那個前台女服務員居然説，這個就是付到我們公司賬上的，這不是明顯看是購買會員的嗎？你要是推銷會員卡，你就直接説，説什麼就是付到你們賬上的，純屬就是欺騙消費者去購買會員！我都很直接説了，還給我很理直氣壯的就説就是付到他們賬户上的，負責人就不管內控問題嗎 第二，退房時，退房時間我可以理解是12點退，但是不理解的是她們家酒店當天訂單過了12點後説是取消不了，我就覺得很搞笑，住酒店那麼多，沒聽説中午12點就不給取消的，都是正常是晚上18點過後不允許取消的，他們的這個政策真是無語😓！ 第三：他們家床上還有毛髮！不乾淨，你們慎重考慮一下！

衞生乾淨整潔，前台小姐姐的服務很好，酒店地理位置出行便捷，房間設施齊全，床柔較舒服，離外灘博物館南京步行街很近，樓下有間店涮羊肉火鍋不錯，下次來上海還會選擇這間酒店。
