I love this place has all I need for a peaceful holiday. No fights for sunbeds amble space around the pool brilliant lifeguard who is always on the ball .the staff are amazing particularly Carlos Alberto and Natalie who take great care of you and make sure your holiday is enjoyable. Melissa who does the bingo is brilliant too . We go self catering but have eaten in the restaurant many times and have never been disappointed. Rooms are basic but clean and beds are comfortable. It is a little quiet for some but that's what I want from my holiday. I will go back many times I am sure .

We visited and stayed for a week, location is okay but is slightly far out, Yumbo centre is a 45 minute walk and Maspalomas is around a 30 minute walk but is flat. There is a free shuttle bus at certain times down to maspalomas and then has certain pick up times to take you back. Pool’s are regularly cleaned and are both a good size but is freezing!! No inflatables allowed. Pool bar shuts at 10 for some people this is too early however I don’t drink so was fine for me. Some nights have evening entertainment which was ok. I wouldn’t recommend eating as we only ate once and it wasn’t very nice. Staff were very friendly and apartments were very clean the only downfall was beds were very uncomfortable. You have to pay if you want to use the AC and TV.

We stayed 23rd to 30th August in a private pool bungalow. So pleased we had a private pool as no inflatables were allowed on main pool, which would have ruined my holiday. All I like to do all day is float on the pool. Not sure why they have this rule as the pool is massive. Never known a pool not to allow inflatables. It really does spoil the hotel as other wise we couldn’t fault it. All the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The whole site is super clean, paths and around pool swept and mopped all the time. Maids came in 5 out 7 days and even did my washing up. Bedding was not changed and towels were changed on our last day which seemed a bit pointless. The private pool bungalow had air con in bedroom and lounge. It was super cold. Wifi was not good when we arrived but they came to room and reset it and then it was great. The room was very comfy and had everything we needed. The private pool is lovely and therefore didn’t use the main pools. But did notice there was plenty of sun loungers even still piles of them at lunchtime. The food was fab for a 3 star, always something we liked. We were half board. Entertainment is basic and bar closes at 10 which was fine for us. Holiday world is a 15 min walk away and the seafront is a 35 min walk or 5 euro taxi. Restaurants on seafront are all lovely too. We had one dinner and one lunch down there. There is a courtesy shower room for last day after you have checked out which u can book a half hour slot. I would definitely come back again but please start allowing inflatables.

Staff are excellent, beds are really comfortable, food is good but choice is limited at dinner. Breakfast between 8 and 10 has lots of choice, even bacon. The pool bar provides food most of the time. Happy hour between 12 and 1 and again later on. Pool is beautiful and surrounds hosed and swept every morning. All sun beds are chained up every evening, and released at 10 am the following morning. Reserving sun beds with towels is prohibited, so people hang their towels on the sun umbrellas instead. Also many sun beds with towels are left unused for most of the day. To get a sun bed, get up early. We stayed in a standard room which was fine. However you have to pay for the air conditioner remote, TV remote, safe key and towels. Half back on return. Check out is 12 noon, but there are two shower and WC rooms you can reserve on your last day. Day time entertainment is mostly for kids. Singers etc in the pool bar area some evenings. It's a half hour walk to the beach, but there is a free shuttle bus stop just outside the hotel leaving at 10.25 and hourly . A small supermarket right next door for all your needs if you are self catering. All in all it's more a family friendly resort than for couples.

This was a bucket list item for us as we have come away for 4 weeks to avoid the January weather in England. We go home in three days and the trip has been a success. We have stayed in a large classic one bedroom bungalow which is spacious with two couches, a table and four chairs, a decently equipped kitchenette and comfortable beds. The rooms are cleaned 5 days a week and the grounds and pool area are kept in good order. What’s not too like? Well the location is not ideal for going into town. At least a half hour walk, although there is a free shuttle-bus that runs three times mid morning and returns three times mid afternoon. The local buses are cheap at £1.20 for local journeys and even a bus up to Las Palmas in the north is only a fiver. We ate in the restaurant on our first night here and had breakfast there on our first morning before doing a supermarket shop. These were our only visits there, all you can eat buffets are not our thing. The price is €10 for breakfast and €20 +drinks for dinner. If you have young children or have mobility difficulties, you’ll go here but otherwise you’ll get good quality meals at a 15 minute walk behind the complex in Neckerman ( Italian, Lebanese, Tapas and Chinese) .We ate at three of these, the Lebanese twice. You can also go into Maspalomas for some more upmarket offerings on the sea front ( Grande Italian, Maximillians and El Churrasco). We took a bus in and a cab back (cab fare a fiver). The channels on the TV are limited. We did get BBC 1 and 2 for the first three nights, but these then disappeared. I did ask reception to retune the TV but got nowhere. Internet is a bit patchy at times but generally good. I was able to watch Netflix on my iPad. Bingo is played at the poolside, which interrupts a good read if that’s what you are trying to do. However the bridge school is of a high standard although it surprised me that they opted for American 5 card majors rather than benjaminised acol. Be aware that you need cash for the deposits for the remotes for the tv and the air con and cash for the safe which is a charge of €2 per day, not so bad if you are staying a week, but for us £50 for our stay which is a bit steep. Stayed here as part of a Jet2 package, and for a budget price this hits the spot. Would I stay again? Probably not, there are other Canary Islands to take a winter break.

Just back from here on Saturday. Bungalows were perfect for us. Very quiet place. No life about the place at night at all. Bus stop right outside to go to playa del ingles which we got on most nights. I would not stay here again as far to quiet for us.
