屬於小型酒店，18間客房，前台很小，永遠衹有1個人。5星級的價格，房間大概3-4星級水準，服務大概3星級水平。但我們退房後遺漏了一部手機，酒店發現並主動寫email聯繫我們，我們回覆郵件請他們安排DHL寄回（費用自付），他們處理及時，還是很感謝的。

Fantastic staff, excellent bed and pillows (this matters!) really nice bar and, of course, Alberto and Cristian who are both fantastic! You must go round the lake with them or 3303 in Switzerland, we loved both. ❤️❤️❤️ Enjoy breakfast on the balcony and the excellent coffee.

Beautiful hotel, excellent and friendly staff. Rooms extremely clean, beautiful roof deck for breakfast and drinks with view, very accommodating and friendly staff. Location is right by the water with easy access to the city center. Will stay again when in Como.

One of the best hotel experiences ever. The staff were wonderful, the location was great, the service impeccable, the property very plush, views from bar splendid and lastly but not least a special thanks to Alberto and Cristiano for making it memorable.

This was a beautiful hotel and the staff was very accommodating. Every detail was amazing. Our suite was luxury all the way. A little construction going on right out front of the hotel but it wasn't that distracting. We would stay there again.

Vista Palaazo was an amazing experience!!! From the minute we checked in to the Succession Boat Tour with Alberto, it was awesome! Alberto was great, definitely went above and beyond!!! The location is perfect, as it is right in the center of Como and easy walking to everywhere.

We spent the weekend at the hotel. The location right at the waterfront is very central and convenient for everything. The room was beautiful and modern but in a beautiful setting. The bathroom was very modern. Breakfast in the top floor offers great views of the Lake while dining. Everything was perfect. The staff are amazing, and focus on every detail to insure we had a memorable and hassle free stay. We had to change plans mid way and Alberto and his team stepped up in a big way. He helped arrange a memorable day trip on the Lake to Bellagio, and dinner recommendations that were spot on. This really is a magical place and the staff and decor of the hotel add to this one of a kind experience. Grazie!

Vista Lago di Como was quite possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed at for a long weekend getaway with my husband. The room was absolutely luxurious and was well appointed and maintained with stunning views of the lake. We chose the surprise 7 course tasting menu at their Michelin star restaurant and it was the best meal we had in Italy. Everyone that worked at the hotel was friendly and helpful, from helping with luggage and turndown service to recommendations for rainy day activities and arranging reservations and travel. We will most certainly visit the Vista hotel again in the future - next time in the summer so we get the full Lake Como experience. Thank you all for a wonderful trip! Grazie mille!

The Vista Palazzo is a fantastic hotel, the view is unmatched, the room is unmatched but the highlight of our Como trip has been the secrets of Como curated by Alberto! A - Authentic L - Legitimate B - Bellissimo E - Exquisite R - Respectful T - Truly Magnificent O - Overload of culinary magic The effort taken by him to ensure that we had a blissful time, was par excellence! We feel that we’ve seen Como in a true local way! Sights & Sounds, People & Places; We experienced it all. I’m not a usual review writer, so this is truly an authentic review. Anyone who’s looking to come to Como, two things you must do: - Stay At Vista Palazzo - Meet & Trust Alberto Politeness, Courteous, Diligence are just too few words to describe the experience that was carefully curated to suit our taste.
