The location is far from the center but quiet. It is suitable for the one who like peace and relaxation. Very nice pool and nice beach. But the beach is difficult to swim when there is high tide. The way to the beach should be seriously repaired for the guests. The mountain view room is clean but its smell is strong. So we changed to the sea view room and much better. The Staffs are friendly but slow. Breakfast is ok

The private beach is beautiful and clean. The food is so so and we need to wait too long for the food. The room is big, It just like a 3 stars hotel. The people there is nice, but they need to be trained.

It great place to stay. Have a pool, beach, also they have a good deal for package it for pick up and drop off straight to the hotel and include breakfast

The hotel is in a lovely location. Room service was slightly lacking (had to ask to get room cleaned) as were some other small details such as a 45 minute pick-up wait, our girls shower kept flooding the bathroom but they didn't fix it. That said, overall staff were very nice and tried hard to help. Room view was lovely.

직원들의 서비스가 정말 친절한 곳. 편의시설도 굿. 전용해변과 맛있는 음식을 만들어내는 레스토랑. 시내와 멀리 떨어져 있어 조용히 힐링하기 좋은 곳. 근처 2km정도 이동하면 수상 식당들이 위치하고 있어 가족들과 식사하기 좋고. 공항 픽업 및 체크아웃시 공항으로 무료 이동. 가족들과 편안하게 쉬기 좋은 곳 입니다. 바이크 대여(하루 15만동)해서 꼰다오 섬 일주 하시는 거 추천드립니다

Tout le personnel de l'hôtel, à commencer par le Directeur, est très attentif à satisfaire tous les désirs des clients! Les chambres sont spacieuses, très récentes, et très confortables. Très bel emplacement dans un endroit préservé de la pollution du centre-ville.

スタッフがこちらの要望を頑張って応えようという姿勢が感じられ非常に好感が持てて滞在しやすかったです。 ただなぜかバスタブだけ2日連続掃除されていなかった点が残念でした。 立地は街中から遠く不便でしたが、その分のんびりしたい人には良いかと思います。

I booked the Orsen Hotel in Con Dao (Vietnam) through Agoda. For two nights on 15/03/24 to 17/03/24. The cost was 3 million Dong for the two nights, this was for an Ocean Facing room with a pick up from either the Airport or the Ferry terminal plus breakfast. (I travelled by the Phu Quoc Express Ferry) We were picked up from the Ferry Office and after a 5 min drive were at the Hotel, there was a line so we were directed to sit down and we were supplied with a welcoming drink. It was not well organised as guests were coming in through the main doors, and being taken before the guests who were waiting. The room itself was large, clean and spacious, and generally well maintained. (see photos) There is a safe The room welcome folder was very informative (see photos), but regarding the black out info I never saw any black outs. At reception they have a folder with all the sightseeing trips available, the Hotel will book them for you and organise the taxi but you have to pay for the trip to the operator. There is a bar directly behind the reception, and any drinks are put down to your room. You can’t pay directly. There is one pool table and one billiards table over on the far side (Billiards table with no pockets) The Infinity pool was good, the staff hand out lounger towels on request. They also take drinks orders. There are steps down to the beach, and there was a staff member on watch. If the tide is in it can be difficult entering the water, but after the area of rocks its all sandy bottom and good for snorking. The Hotel does not provide masks or snorkels, so take your own. On the Hotel web site it states “things to do, ways to relax” and it mentions canoeing but there are no canoes at the Hotel. The restaurant was nice and modern, and very clean. We had two meals here and the food standard and variety was good. We did have a bit of bother, but this was down to the language barrier. I believe that the Hotel has just hired an American, to help guests with translation. (Nick) Check out was no problem, just a case of paying your bar/Restaurant bill and handing back your key card. They did not have the minibus available, so reception arranged a taxi to take us to the Ferry Port.
