"The hotel is located in an industrial area, but it’s within walking distance of Gwangjang Market. There’s a 7-Eleven right next door, which made it easy to pick up daily necessities. A nice bonus was the in-room washer—perfect for handling laundry each day. If you need a dryer, there’s a coin-operated machine downstairs, right next to the 7-Eleven. Housekeeping came every two days, but unfortunately, the service wasn’t thorough. After they cleaned, the floor was still dusty, and there was still a lot of hair left in the bathroom. That said, I want to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience we had during our recent stay. All of the staff members were exceptionally friendly, warm, and always ready to help—this truly made our trip more enjoyable and memorable. I would especially like to commend Mr. Bok, who went above and beyond to deliver outstanding service. One evening, we had an issue with a food delivery that was marked as “delivered” in the app but never arrived. Despite the cold, rainy weather, Mr. Bok personally accompanied our two daughters to the neighboring buildings to search for the missing order, in case it had been left at the wrong address. His willingness to go the extra mile under such conditions was incredibly thoughtful and deeply appreciated. This act of kindness was truly heartwarming and left a lasting impression on us. Mr. Bok’s dedication and genuine care exemplify the highest standards of hospitality. Please extend our heartfelt thanks to him and your entire team. We will definitely look forward to staying with you again in the future."

"Everything is fine except the window was hard to close and the bathroom was tiny and would get your head hit easily. Flies coming in through the window were slightly annoying and some sticked on the ceiling of the bathroom were also a bit terrifying. Except these, everything else was good. Fair price, convenient location, overall tidiness and a friendly and helpful host👍🏻"

"Location easy access to public transport; self service check-in apartment concept, free luggage storage available, cozy cafe downstairs. Studio unit is clean, full amenities with kitchen, big fridge, microwave, pots n pans, even have washing machine. There's a small dining table too. Bathroom have bathtub with shower and it's clean. Do note that waiting time for elevators could be a hassle especially during checkout time cos only 2 units serving so many floors. Overall we had a good stay. Feels homey after a tiring day out 👍"

"We had an amazing stay at Wecostay Namsan and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul! The location was excellent—close to Chungmuro Station, convenience stores, restaurants and just a short distance from Myeongdong, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable for our family. It was well-equipped with everything we needed especially the washer and dryer were especially helpful after a full day of sightseeing, making us feel right at home. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and the host provided clear instructions and responded promptly whenever we had questions. Overall, our stay exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making our family trip so enjoyable. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Seoul!"

"Lokasinya hebat! Perhentian bas limosin betul-betul di hadapan! Biliknya luas dan selesa, tetapi seliparnya sudah haus dan saya tidak mahu memakainya, jadi saya gembira kerana membawa selipar pakai buang. Selain itu, tandasnya betul-betul di sebelah pancuran mandian, jadi anda perlu berhati-hati semasa menggunakannya atau anda akan basah. 💦 Selain itu, tandas ini tidak mempunyai washlet, jadi bawalah tisu tandas anda sendiri. Ini kali ketiga saya menginap di sini, dan memandangkan lokasi dan harganya, saya mengesyorkannya!"

"Keseluruhan pengalaman menginap adalah baik, bilik bersih dan selesa, dan kesungguhan homestay itu juga dapat dirasai. Makanan ringan disediakan semasa daftar masuk, yang terasa sangat mesra. Kemudahan di dalam bilik lengkap, dengan mesin basuh dan pengering, sangat sesuai untuk pengembara jangka panjang atau keluarga dengan anak-anak; TV juga menyediakan YouTube dan Netflix, membolehkan anda berehat dan menonton drama dengan mudah. Walaupun tiada lif penumpang di bangunan itu, terdapat lif bagasi khas untuk membantu membawa bagasi ke tingkat atas, yang sangat bertimbang rasa untuk pelancong dengan bagasi besar. Walau bagaimanapun, masih ada beberapa perkara yang boleh diperbaiki: tekanan air di bilik mandi agak rendah, dan suhu air kadangkala tidak konsisten semasa mandi; rak untuk berus gigi boleh ditambah di bilik mandi! Saya juga ingin mencadangkan agar pihak pengurusan homestay mengingatkan tetamu untuk menutup pintu lif bagasi selepas menggunakannya, kerana jika tidak ditutup dengan betul, tetamu di tingkat lain mungkin tidak dapat memanggil lif dengan lancar, yang sedikit sebanyak akan menjejaskan pengalaman penggunaan. Secara keseluruhan, kemudahan adalah mudah dan persekitaran penginapan adalah selesa. Jika masalah tekanan air, suhu air, dan penebat bunyi dapat diperbaiki, pengalaman menginap akan menjadi lebih baik."

"2nd stay. Location is convenient between Sinchon station and Ehwa Station but i feel walking from Ehwa station is closer. It s not far from Hongdae but more peceful. There is washing machine in the room. Really convenient."

"아이들과 첫 서울 여행이었는데 너무 좋은 숙소에서 잘 쉬었습니다~ 하루 일정이 빡시고 힘들었는데 숙소에서 잘 쉬고 여름 옷이 땀에 젖어있었는데 세탁기 덕분에 옷에 냄새를 베지 않고 잘 가지고 왔어요~~ 모든시설이 잘 갖춰져있고 사용하는데 불편함이 없었어오~~~ 세탁세제가 안보여서 저희가 사서 쓰고 놓고왔는데 놔두고 사용할 수 있게 해 주셔도 좋을 것 같아요^^ 숙소는 대중교통을 이용하인딘면 지하철 서울벤처타운역에서 내려서 찾아가는게 가까워요^^ 가족단위로 서울에 갈때 이용하면 좋을 것 같아요^^ 음식을 해 먹을 수도 있고 냉장고도 커서 좋아요^^ 즐거운 여행이었습니다^^ 덕분에 다음날 일정도 잘 소화하고 집으로 돌아올 수있었습니다^^ 감사합니다^^ 아 사진은 사장님이 올려주신 사진 그대로라서 입구앞만 찍은거 올렿머요^^ 깔끔 그 자체입니다^^"

"Great place with great location. There are many eateries around the hotel, with 2 convenience stores at level 1. The room is equipped with a kitchenette and washing machine with a dry spin option. There is no dryer function. Water bottles are provided but need to ask for a refill as the room is not cleaned every day. Bath towels, hand towels, and floor mats can be changed daily, just need to put them in the recycle bag and hang them outside before 9am for the new ones."

"Fully automated check in which is clichy, doesn't scan the passport well. Took 10 trys and fail, finally need the staff to scan his own id. Staff is friendly but difficult to locate them for first time travellers (hidden in an office) Honestly will recommend for long stay but not holiday goers. Plus staff was very helpful (after we finally locate him), offered us to rest in the lounge while we wait to check in. Another Plus Room is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities such as the standing dryer"
