I absolutely LOVED my stay at SIGNIEL Seoul! 🤍✨ Everything about this hotel was exceptional — from the breathtaking views of Seoul to the beautiful rooms, outstanding service, and luxurious atmosphere. The location inside Lotte World Tower is amazing, and waking up to that incredible view from so high above the city was unforgettable. The staff were extremely professional, kind, and attentive, and they made the entire stay feel special. The hotel is elegant, peaceful, incredibly clean, and every detail feels carefully considered. Honestly, SIGNIEL Seoul became one of my favorite hotels. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back to Seoul just to stay here again. Absolutely loved it and would 100% stay again! ❤️

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful view that made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff provided excellent service throughout, always being friendly, attentive, and helpful. One of the highlights was the smart home system in the room, which made controlling the lights and other features very convenient. The in-room water dispenser was a great touch, allowing easy access to filtered drinking water without the need for bottled water. Having a washer and dryer in the room was also incredibly useful, especially for longer stays.

History, Heart, and Seoul at Its Finest ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Some hotels are simply places to sleep between sightseeing. The Plaza Seoul is something else entirely — it’s a destination woven into the fabric of the city itself. Standing near City Hall, the hotel carries a quiet sense of history that you feel the moment you arrive. Built in 1976 and later joining Marriott’s Autograph Collection, it has the kind of presence that comes from actually meaning something to a city, not just occupying space in it. Yet inside, it feels contemporary and polished — a thoughtful balance of heritage and modernity that Seoul itself seems to embody. The location is genuinely exceptional. Myeongdong is a short stroll away, the City Hall subway station is practically at the doorstep, and the grand palaces of Gyeongbokgung and Changdeokgung are close enough for an afternoon wander. It’s the kind of central positioning where you can return to the calm of your room without eating into your day. Rooms facing City Hall offer a view that’s quietly stunning — particularly in the evening, when the plaza lights up and the energy of downtown Seoul hums below. The rooms themselves are comfortable and well-appointed, with the small but meaningful touches you expect from an Autograph Collection property. What consistently stood out, though, was the staff. Attentive, gracious, and genuinely warm — there’s a pride in the service here that’s palpable. The concierge in particular went out of their way to make recommendations feel personal rather than rehearsed. And for those who enjoy their mornings well-fed, the breakfast spread is a proper event. One honest note: some rooms are on the smaller side, so if space matters to you, it’s worth requesting accordingly. And the fitness facilities, while excellent, are housed in an adjacent building — a minor inconvenience worth knowing in advance. But these are small footnotes in an otherwise excellent stay. The Plaza Seoul earns its reputation not through grandeur for its own sake, but through a consistently human quality of hospitality that’s increasingly rare. It’s the kind of hotel you recommend without hesitation — and think about booking again before you’ve even checked out.

The staff speak English very good and professional. The hotel itself is on a hill, but they have frequent free shuttles to the front gate and additional hourly shuttles to ddp and myeongdong. Our view of the north Seoul tower was pretty in the morning and at night. Shilla duty free a lot of promotion just walking distance 3min from the hotel.

I had an incredible stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Seoul. The service was exceptional, with a special mention to Jenna, I met the first day with 6 hours flight delay who went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. The housekeeping team was equally outstanding, ensuring my room was always spotless and adding thoughtful touches that enhanced my stay (Thank you for the yummy chocolate pastries and eye masks). The hotel’s facilities, location, and overall atmosphere were flawless, truly embodying luxury and comfort.  The only minor downside was the mattress, which was a bit softer than I prefer. However, this didn’t detract from the amazing experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Seoul!   Also no worries about restaurants there, many restaurants you can see nearby. The BBQ restaurant opposite the hotel is absolutely amazing! The two ladies there are incredibly friendly and especially attentive to children. The Korean beef and pork are truly delicious, and the kimchi, along with the slightly spicy mushroom soup, is fantastic. It’s even better than the Michelin one-star BBQ beef restaurant I visited the next day in Gangnam.

My stay at the Grand Hyatt Seoul was genuinely impressive. What made the biggest difference for me was the location — it’s truly excellent. There are so many great breakfast spots, restaurants, and shops nearby, and it’s easy to explore the area on foot. Having the metro close by is also a huge plus. It was my first time in Korea, and I honestly felt a bit anxious about where I would stay. But the moment I arrived, those worries disappeared — the area feels lively, safe, and very comfortable to navigate. The hotel itself isn’t brand new, but it’s well maintained. The service is solid, housekeeping is reliable, and overall everything works as it should. Nothing flashy — just consistently good. But really, the location makes this place stand out. It’s one of those rare hotels you actually want to come back to. And I definitely would.

JW is 5 star because of excellent assistance and service from the Conceirge to bellboy! Oliver recommended and assisted us to book a nice dinner venue for my family at Seokparang. He even initiated to assist me in booking a cab. Mason helped us with the luggage. He even took initiative to ask us for our airport transfer car plate number so he can keep a lookout for us. He even initiated to ask us to sit inside the hotel lobby while he kept a lookout for us. As he understood we are rushing to catch the flight, he even helped us to translate to the cab uncle to hurry for us. All of them speak fluent English, are very warm hearted and takes initiative in offering excellent service with genuine smiles. Our hearts are deeply grateful to them. 5 star 🌟 because of them. 4 star for the rooms don’t have Netflix. It would be great if the family can gather over Netflix entertainment. Small issue though as the service more than cover up for everything! :) We were offered a nice river view which was romantic! Very clean hotel. Location is excellent as train station and direct bus airport limousine is just by the hotel. Great connectivity. Will definitely revisit this hotel again.

We advise against occupying room 207 due to an issue with excessive floor heating. To maintain a comfortable temperature, we found it necessary to leave the door ajar and operate the air conditioning unit. Aside from this specific concern, all other aspects of our experience were highly satisfactory.

Booked online from Australia for our last two days in Korea. Upon arrival the staff greeted us and explained the hotel and our room. Unfortunately as we arrived early our room was not ready, but we were able to leave our luggage while we explored the surrounding area. The room was awesome and the bath in the middle of the lounge area tipped it over the edge especially after being out all day. Staff were very helpful and went out of their way and even organised our transfer to the airport which made things easier for us. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants that next level accommodation. Thank you making the end of our holiday and awesome one.

료칸은 정말 맘에 들었습니다! 방도 넓고.부수적인 서비스용품들 신경써서 구비해 둔 모습이 인상적이였습니다! 그러나 그에비해 시설이나 청결이 좀 받쳐주지않아 아쉬었습니다! 배관에 문제가 좀 있어보였고..료칸이용후 방에서 중말 심한 악취가 올라와 머리가 아플지경이였습니다...바닥에서 지속적으로 문제가 발생하는듯 하였습니다.. 늦은시간에 문제를 해결해 주시려 노력하셨지만...해결할수있는 문제는 아니고 참고해서 시설부분을 고쳐야 할거 같아 리뷰 남깁니다! 전반적으로 수건, 바닥 (침대쪽). 배관 문제(악취)..이것만 아니면 친절하시고 넓고 신경써 놓은게 느껴지는 것이였습니다! 아무쪼록 노후된시설에 신경 써 주시길 바랍니다!! 컨셉도 좋고 위치도 좋았는데 아쉬움이 남는 곳이였습닏
