Hotel Seoul dengan Spa

This hotel's location was amazing. It was connected to the subway. Next to lotte world. Exceptional service. We stayed hotel twice and definitely coming back next time when we visit here. My 8 years old daughter loved the view from the 97th floor. Best shopping spot, aquarium, observation tower , kids Cafe, movie theater, tons of restaurants and cafes . All in one place. Truly amazing.

Location is decent but traffic can be quite congested given that it is in city hall area. It’s walking distance to restaurants and tourist attraction. Unfortunately room is relatively old and quite poorly maintained. Its dusty and daily amenities are not properly stocked or replenished. Thankfully I called and staff took action to fix it correctly. However, it would be better if things are good to begin with.

pros : 1. secret king room is quite big for seoul standard. the interior design is fun, red and black. motorized curtain. windows can be opened ( i need this feature , i cant stay in a room without ventilation ). 2. there is hoehyeon station subway line blue in front of the hotel, very convenient. 3. gym is a bit small but sufficient for me, i can get free unli water bottle here 4. the smell of this hotel is amazing, loving it. just thinking of it makes me miss this hotel already. 5. the staffs here are very good looking ( k beauty is truly unbeatable ). both female and male staffs. i didnt really remember their name but i remember Ms. Daisy very yeoppoyo. one day i cant remember his name, one of the staff gave me 10 bottles of water. super nice. kamsahamnida. great attention to detail, they gave us notifications like BTS concert and weather forecast. 6. on first night, the staff gave us sparkling water and chocolate, my daughter loving it. such a nice gesture. 7. toiletries Byredo are so awesome, they looked expensive. 8. housekeeping staffs are super fast and efficient. cons : 1. shower pressure for hot water is slightly low, however for cold water is quite good. but for this weather, hot water is much needed. 2. they only provide plastic water bottle in this hotel, not too eco friendly. 3. toothbrush and toothpaste are not free here, you need to pay for it 3,300won. 4. the room lighting plan a bit too dim for me, if it can be brighten up, it would be perfect chef's kiss. the control for lighting with the knobs are a bit confusing at first, but i gotten use to it after couple of times trying

JW is 5 star because of excellent assistance and service from the Conceirge to bellboy! Oliver recommended and assisted us to book a nice dinner venue for my family at Seokparang. He even initiated to assist me in booking a cab. Mason helped us with the luggage. He even took initiative to ask us for our airport transfer car plate number so he can keep a lookout for us. He even initiated to ask us to sit inside the hotel lobby while he kept a lookout for us. As he understood we are rushing to catch the flight, he even helped us to translate to the cab uncle to hurry for us. All of them speak fluent English, are very warm hearted and takes initiative in offering excellent service with genuine smiles. Our hearts are deeply grateful to them. 5 star 🌟 because of them. 4 star for the rooms don’t have Netflix. It would be great if the family can gather over Netflix entertainment. Small issue though as the service more than cover up for everything! :) We were offered a nice river view which was romantic! Very clean hotel. Location is excellent as train station and direct bus airport limousine is just by the hotel. Great connectivity. Will definitely revisit this hotel again.

Right at the heart of Myeongdong! Convenient location - once you walk out of the hotel there are endless things to do, with the convenience store, Starbucks, olive young, the street foods, and more! Plus the hotel was very comfortable after walking all the day. Decent size. Comfortable bed and pillow.

Stayed at Ondo Hotel and Spa with friends and honestly had a great experience. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out. Staff were very accommodating and quick to respond to requests, which made the stay really smooth and hassle-free. The amenities were also a highlight. The spa facilities were relaxing and well-maintained, perfect after a long day of exploring. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our group. Everything felt well taken care of, and you can tell they prioritize guest experience. Location-wise, it’s also convenient and accessible, which made getting around easy. Overall, it’s definitely worth the stay if you’re looking for a relaxing and comfortable place.

I stayed in the 3 bedroom suite for one night. It was right before the departing Korea and I was very happy to spend my last night at the place. The staffs were professional and helpful. I was able to store lots of luggage before check in so we can move around lightly. The location was very close to the subway station, cafes and restaurants, and walkable distance to Samsung Coex. It was such a last minute change of plan and I was able to stay only one night, but it was most satisfying accommodation among all the places we stayed- was clean, spacious and modern. Although it is considered hotel which isn’t suitable for cooking at home, but they provide necessary appliances and utensils available for simple stuff. Their spa set up was cute, and my children really enjoyed.

Pros : - great location : near market, restaurant and convenient shops , near train and bus station. - very comfortable bed and pillow. The pillow is so comfortable I wish I can buy it to bring home. - very big bath tub(onsen). - amenities provided : shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, hairdryer (Dyson), bath herbal soak, toothbrush - love the freebies provided like makgeolli and Korean traditional sweet. Cons : - late checkin time (4pm), they don't even have a luggage storage area if you reach early. - all rooms are upstairs and there is no lift. You need to carry the luggage yourself, there is no staff to help. Initially we were assigned to a room on 4th floor. We requested to change to a lower room because we (both girls) can't carry our big luggage up 😅 - there is only one water outlet to fill up the bathtub. It takes forever to fill up the tub, so we only manage to soak our legs. There is no curtain to cover the bathtub, so when you fill up with hot water the whole room will be covered with the hot air making everything 'wet'. Love the concept of the big tub but it's just not practical. - they only provide new towels and bath amenities when doing room cleaning. They didn't even make up the bed.
