Hotel Seoul dengan Spa

I absolutely LOVED my stay at SIGNIEL Seoul! 🤍✨ Everything about this hotel was exceptional — from the breathtaking views of Seoul to the beautiful rooms, outstanding service, and luxurious atmosphere. The location inside Lotte World Tower is amazing, and waking up to that incredible view from so high above the city was unforgettable. The staff were extremely professional, kind, and attentive, and they made the entire stay feel special. The hotel is elegant, peaceful, incredibly clean, and every detail feels carefully considered. Honestly, SIGNIEL Seoul became one of my favorite hotels. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back to Seoul just to stay here again. Absolutely loved it and would 100% stay again! ❤️

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful view that made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff provided excellent service throughout, always being friendly, attentive, and helpful. One of the highlights was the smart home system in the room, which made controlling the lights and other features very convenient. The in-room water dispenser was a great touch, allowing easy access to filtered drinking water without the need for bottled water. Having a washer and dryer in the room was also incredibly useful, especially for longer stays.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. From the check-in, the staff were unfailingly kind, friendly and welcoming. They prepared a very nice tiramisu for our anniversary and gave us a spacious room as we had a kid, which was definitely helpful. The room (including living room and kitchen) was spacious and had everything we needed. We stayed for 3 nights only but I think it's suitable for a bit longer stay too. The swimming pool was spacious and well maintained, and dedicated kids pool was perfect for our child to play safely and happily. There are even tubes and toys that kids can play in the water. The view overlooking Yeoiudo park added a special touch, offering a refreshing and scenic backdrop throughout the stay. The room itself was large and comfortable, with well-equipped kitchen, making it ideal for families. Airport bus stop was right in front of the hotel and nearby bus station made getting around the city effortless. Overall it was a great and memorable stay for my family and we would definitely like to stay again when we go back to Korea next time ❤️

The staff speak English very good and professional. The hotel itself is on a hill, but they have frequent free shuttles to the front gate and additional hourly shuttles to ddp and myeongdong. Our view of the north Seoul tower was pretty in the morning and at night. Shilla duty free a lot of promotion just walking distance 3min from the hotel.

pros : 1. secret king room is quite big for seoul standard. the interior design is fun, red and black. motorized curtain. windows can be opened ( i need this feature , i cant stay in a room without ventilation ). 2. there is hoehyeon station subway line blue in front of the hotel, very convenient. 3. gym is a bit small but sufficient for me, i can get free unli water bottle here 4. the smell of this hotel is amazing, loving it. just thinking of it makes me miss this hotel already. 5. the staffs here are very good looking ( k beauty is truly unbeatable ). both female and male staffs. i didnt really remember their name but i remember Ms. Daisy very yeoppoyo. one day i cant remember his name, one of the staff gave me 10 bottles of water. super nice. kamsahamnida. great attention to detail, they gave us notifications like BTS concert and weather forecast. 6. on first night, the staff gave us sparkling water and chocolate, my daughter loving it. such a nice gesture. 7. toiletries Byredo are so awesome, they looked expensive. 8. housekeeping staffs are super fast and efficient. cons : 1. shower pressure for hot water is slightly low, however for cold water is quite good. but for this weather, hot water is much needed. 2. they only provide plastic water bottle in this hotel, not too eco friendly. 3. toothbrush and toothpaste are not free here, you need to pay for it 3,300won. 4. the room lighting plan a bit too dim for me, if it can be brighten up, it would be perfect chef's kiss. the control for lighting with the knobs are a bit confusing at first, but i gotten use to it after couple of times trying

Stayed a few nights at the hotel with our family. The hotel is on top of Dongdaemun subway station, and along the stream. Staff were mostly good and friendly. Hotel is clean.

My stay at the Grand Hyatt Seoul was genuinely impressive. What made the biggest difference for me was the location — it’s truly excellent. There are so many great breakfast spots, restaurants, and shops nearby, and it’s easy to explore the area on foot. Having the metro close by is also a huge plus. It was my first time in Korea, and I honestly felt a bit anxious about where I would stay. But the moment I arrived, those worries disappeared — the area feels lively, safe, and very comfortable to navigate. The hotel itself isn’t brand new, but it’s well maintained. The service is solid, housekeeping is reliable, and overall everything works as it should. Nothing flashy — just consistently good. But really, the location makes this place stand out. It’s one of those rare hotels you actually want to come back to. And I definitely would.

Saya baru-baru ini menginap di Mondrian Seoul Itaewon di Itaewon Pengalaman ini membuatkan saya berasa bahawa perkhidmatan dan persekitaran penginapan yang selesa melebihi jangkaan saya. Dari saat saya tiba di hotel, saya kagum dengan layanan dan profesionalisme pasukan perkhidmatan. Daftar masuk di kaunter penerimaan tetamu adalah pantas dan cekap, dan senyuman kakitangan serta ucapan bertimbang rasa membuatkan anda tenang serta-merta. Semasa penginapan anda, perkhidmatan hotel adalah penuh perhatian. Reka bentuk hotel ini juga menyegarkan, dengan rasa seni moden dan kemesraan. Kemudahan pintar di dalam bilik mudah digunakan dan katilnya sangat selesa, membolehkan tidur malam yang nyenyak.

Room is considered big for solo traveler. Housekeeping needs to be requested daily and staff are very accommodating to requests. Location is very convenient with bus stops, train station exits, convenience stores and 24H eateries located nearby. Cleanliness of the room can be improved though. Very dusty drawers and hair in the sink/shower area.

료칸은 정말 맘에 들었습니다! 방도 넓고.부수적인 서비스용품들 신경써서 구비해 둔 모습이 인상적이였습니다! 그러나 그에비해 시설이나 청결이 좀 받쳐주지않아 아쉬었습니다! 배관에 문제가 좀 있어보였고..료칸이용후 방에서 중말 심한 악취가 올라와 머리가 아플지경이였습니다...바닥에서 지속적으로 문제가 발생하는듯 하였습니다.. 늦은시간에 문제를 해결해 주시려 노력하셨지만...해결할수있는 문제는 아니고 참고해서 시설부분을 고쳐야 할거 같아 리뷰 남깁니다! 전반적으로 수건, 바닥 (침대쪽). 배관 문제(악취)..이것만 아니면 친절하시고 넓고 신경써 놓은게 느껴지는 것이였습니다! 아무쪼록 노후된시설에 신경 써 주시길 바랍니다!! 컨셉도 좋고 위치도 좋았는데 아쉬움이 남는 곳이였습닏
