Hotel Seoul dengan Spa

"This hotel is only a block away from The Convention Songpa where we attended our friend’s wedding. It is a bit far from tourist spots in town but it’s on subway line 8. Lotte World Tower and Olympic park are close by. If I come back to Seoul again I probably won’t stay here. Personally I was disappointed with the breakfast. I normally love Korean breakfast but their options were very limited and the same food all three days we stayed there. There was a problem with the drainage in the shower. I stood in a pool of water the whole time and I had to stop my shower twice because I was afraid I was going to flood the floor. If you need hair dryer and iron, you’ll have to request from the front desk. There wasn’t a shower floor mat/rug either. The cleaning staff were very nice though and the front desk folks speak English well."

"Booked online from Australia for our last two days in Korea. Upon arrival the staff greeted us and explained the hotel and our room. Unfortunately as we arrived early our room was not ready, but we were able to leave our luggage while we explored the surrounding area. The room was awesome and the bath in the middle of the lounge area tipped it over the edge especially after being out all day. Staff were very helpful and went out of their way and even organised our transfer to the airport which made things easier for us. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants that next level accommodation. Thank you making the end of our holiday and awesome one."

"Their services is good. If you are having early flight, they can order taxi reservation for you 20,000 won per car to incheon airport T1. If you order Urber car to reach the Hotel, it might cannot find the hotel name. Please use NAVER Map showing driver when departure, else will go to other places For improving, I hope the cleanliness for floor will be better. It is feel sticky when walking on the floor. ."

"pros : 1. secret king room is quite big for seoul standard. the interior design is fun, red and black. motorized curtain. windows can be opened ( i need this feature , i cant stay in a room without ventilation ). 2. there is hoehyeon station subway line blue in front of the hotel, very convenient. 3. gym is a bit small but sufficient for me, i can get free unli water bottle here 4. the smell of this hotel is amazing, loving it. just thinking of it makes me miss this hotel already. 5. the staffs here are very good looking ( k beauty is truly unbeatable ). both female and male staffs. i didnt really remember their name but i remember Ms. Daisy very yeoppoyo. one day i cant remember his name, one of the staff gave me 10 bottles of water. super nice. kamsahamnida. great attention to detail, they gave us notifications like BTS concert and weather forecast. 6. on first night, the staff gave us sparkling water and chocolate, my daughter loving it. such a nice gesture. 7. toiletries Byredo are so awesome, they looked expensive. 8. housekeeping staffs are super fast and efficient. cons : 1. shower pressure for hot water is slightly low, however for cold water is quite good. but for this weather, hot water is much needed. 2. they only provide plastic water bottle in this hotel, not too eco friendly. 3. toothbrush and toothpaste are not free here, you need to pay for it 3,300won. 4. the room lighting plan a bit too dim for me, if it can be brighten up, it would be perfect chef's kiss. the control for lighting with the knobs are a bit confusing at first, but i gotten use to it after couple of times trying"
