Hotel Seoul dengan Spa

Experience was great, service is excellent but location was a bit far from majority of popular locations. The property isn’t maintain properly and for a hotel that’s only few years old it feels like it’s been in service for at least a decade plus. Would not likely stay here again given there’s plenty of better hotels in this price range or lower.

Great location right by City Hall Exit 6 and Sogong Underground Shopping Link Exit 2 that leads to Myeongdong. Cheonggyecheon stream is just 600m away, perfect for a morning run. Staff were attentive and helpful. Gym was in another building on a high floor and very well equipped. Room was a bit small but comfortable enough.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful view that made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff provided excellent service throughout, always being friendly, attentive, and helpful. One of the highlights was the smart home system in the room, which made controlling the lights and other features very convenient. The in-room water dispenser was a great touch, allowing easy access to filtered drinking water without the need for bottled water. Having a washer and dryer in the room was also incredibly useful, especially for longer stays.

Luxurious room that overlooked Yongsan and Seoul Tower. Clean and stylish. Spacious bathroom with bathtub. Great restaurants in the hotel, including a delicious breakfast buffet and 2-star La Yeon! Our room included access to the outdoor pool but we preferred to swim in the indoor pool as the weather was already chilly in late October. Location was a little bit away from Myeongdong and other tourist attractions, but it wasn’t far by metro or taxi. The airport limo bus from Incheon airport has a drop off on the main road right outside the hotel.

Perkhidmatan yang sangat baik. Kaki saya tercabut dan memerlukan pita pelekat. Saya membuat permintaan di Room Chat dan mereka menghantar saya dalam masa 5 minit. Pada kesempatan lain, kami perlu pergi ke Sanchon untuk temu janji makan malam tetapi tidak dapat mendapatkan sebarang urber atau teksi pada apl, jadi kami cuba bertanya di meja depan hotel. Kakitangan mereka mengatur teksi untuk kami dalam masa 10 minit. Sangat dipuji kerana kecekapan dan sikap ”boleh buat” mereka! Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah sarapan hanya dihidangkan sehingga 10:30 pagi. Alangkah baiknya jika sarapan pagi sepanjang hari disediakan kerana pelancong masa lapang tidak mempunyai jadual yang padat dan cenderung untuk bangun lewat.

This place was ok. Not amazing. Staff were lovely, very courteous and helpful and spoke perfect English to us, which was much appreciated. The hotel itself is very dark and set in a French 18-19th century theme. The room was very clean and unexpectedly big! We had a seated lounge area, external hallway and cloakroom in addition to the bedroom and huge bathroom with separate bathtub and shower. We did not take breakfast as this was an additional extra and with lots of local options nearby we felt the pricing was not competitive. Location was great, 5 mins walk to the main shopping street, Olive Young etc. And many restaurants. One thing I did not like was the extra charge for things such as the toiletries. We had a bath on the first night and used the bath bomb without knowing it was chargeable. Extortionately priced and not appreciated. When returning to Seoul I will definitely look for other hotels in this area.

My stay at the Grand Hyatt Seoul was genuinely impressive. What made the biggest difference for me was the location — it’s truly excellent. There are so many great breakfast spots, restaurants, and shops nearby, and it’s easy to explore the area on foot. Having the metro close by is also a huge plus. It was my first time in Korea, and I honestly felt a bit anxious about where I would stay. But the moment I arrived, those worries disappeared — the area feels lively, safe, and very comfortable to navigate. The hotel itself isn’t brand new, but it’s well maintained. The service is solid, housekeeping is reliable, and overall everything works as it should. Nothing flashy — just consistently good. But really, the location makes this place stand out. It’s one of those rare hotels you actually want to come back to. And I definitely would.

JW is 5 star because of excellent assistance and service from the Conceirge to bellboy! Oliver recommended and assisted us to book a nice dinner venue for my family at Seokparang. He even initiated to assist me in booking a cab. Mason helped us with the luggage. He even took initiative to ask us for our airport transfer car plate number so he can keep a lookout for us. He even initiated to ask us to sit inside the hotel lobby while he kept a lookout for us. As he understood we are rushing to catch the flight, he even helped us to translate to the cab uncle to hurry for us. All of them speak fluent English, are very warm hearted and takes initiative in offering excellent service with genuine smiles. Our hearts are deeply grateful to them. 5 star 🌟 because of them. 4 star for the rooms don’t have Netflix. It would be great if the family can gather over Netflix entertainment. Small issue though as the service more than cover up for everything! :) We were offered a nice river view which was romantic! Very clean hotel. Location is excellent as train station and direct bus airport limousine is just by the hotel. Great connectivity. Will definitely revisit this hotel again.

Great hotel super convenient to public transport and virtually on the doorstep of myeongdong station Only criticism was the gym aircon wasnt on when i went up so had to wait for it do cool down before working out

I didn't encounter any staff in person during my four-day stay; all communication was handled via the phone at the door. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're not comfortable speaking flucent Korean. Friendly reminders: - There is no elevator. - There is no restaurant on-site. That said, the room facilities were quite nice.
