"This hotel is only a block away from The Convention Songpa where we attended our friend’s wedding. It is a bit far from tourist spots in town but it’s on subway line 8. Lotte World Tower and Olympic park are close by. If I come back to Seoul again I probably won’t stay here.
Personally I was disappointed with the breakfast. I normally love Korean breakfast but their options were very limited and the same food all three days we stayed there.
There was a problem with the drainage in the shower. I stood in a pool of water the whole time and I had to stop my shower twice because I was afraid I was going to flood the floor.
If you need hair dryer and iron, you’ll have to request from the front desk. There wasn’t a shower floor mat/rug either.
The cleaning staff were very nice though and the front desk folks speak English well."

"The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. One staff member went out of his way to help me find the night airport bus when I was worried I might miss it. He even printed a map for me and carefully explained which exit was the closest and easiest to use.
As for the room, it was very clean and well-maintained. The hot water worked perfectly, which made for a comfortable stay. Although the room wasn’t very large, it had everything I needed and was just the right size for a pleasant stay."

PPengguna TetamuLocation is decent but traffic can be quite congested given that it is in city hall area. It’s walking distance to restaurants and tourist attraction. Unfortunately room is relatively old and quite poorly maintained. Its dusty and daily amenities are not properly stocked or replenished. Thankfully I called and staff took action to fix it correctly. However, it would be better if things are good to begin with.

PPengguna TetamuLuxurious room that overlooked Yongsan and Seoul Tower. Clean and stylish. Spacious bathroom with bathtub. Great restaurants in the hotel, including a delicious breakfast buffet and 2-star La Yeon!
Our room included access to the outdoor pool but we preferred to swim in the indoor pool as the weather was already chilly in late October.
Location was a little bit away from Myeongdong and other tourist attractions, but it wasn’t far by metro or taxi. The airport limo bus from Incheon airport has a drop off on the main road right outside the hotel.

CCherlyn246The location, the room, the food and most of all, the service were incredible. The shopping mall is conveniently nearby. I traveled with two seniors, and the concierge and reception staff took great care of our luggage. Although I can’t remember all the names of the staff who assisted us, I would like to especially thank Liam Joo for his kind help during our checkout. I stayed at this hotel for gd concert held at KSPO Dome, and Sofitel would definitely be my first choice if I have to attend another one in the future.

1. secret king room is quite big for seoul standard. the interior design is fun, red and black. motorized curtain. windows can be opened ( i need this feature , i cant stay in a room without ventilation ).
2. there is hoehyeon station subway line blue in front of the hotel, very convenient.
3. gym is a bit small but sufficient for me, i can get free unli water bottle here
4. the smell of this hotel is amazing, loving it. just thinking of it makes me miss this hotel already.
5. the staffs here are very good looking ( k beauty is truly unbeatable ). both female and male staffs. i didnt really remember their name but i remember Ms. Daisy very yeoppoyo. one day i cant remember his name, one of the staff gave me 10 bottles of water. super nice. kamsahamnida. great attention to detail, they gave us notifications like BTS concert and weather forecast.
6. on first night, the staff gave us sparkling water and chocolate, my daughter loving it. such a nice gesture.
7. toiletries Byredo are so awesome, they looked expensive.
8. housekeeping staffs are super fast and efficient.
cons :
1. shower pressure for hot water is slightly low, however for cold water is quite good. but for this weather, hot water is much needed.
2. they only provide plastic water bottle in this hotel, not too eco friendly.
3. toothbrush and toothpaste are not free here, you need to pay for it 3,300won.
4. the room lighting plan a bit too dim for me, if it can be brighten up, it would be perfect chef's kiss. the control for lighting with the knobs are a bit confusing at first, but i gotten use to it after couple of times trying

Oliver recommended and assisted us to book a nice dinner venue for my family at Seokparang. He even initiated to assist me in booking a cab.
Mason helped us with the luggage. He even took initiative to ask us for our airport transfer car plate number so he can keep a lookout for us. He even initiated to ask us to sit inside the hotel lobby while he kept a lookout for us. As he understood we are rushing to catch the flight, he even helped us to translate to the cab uncle to hurry for us.
All of them speak fluent English, are very warm hearted and takes initiative in offering excellent service with genuine smiles. Our hearts are deeply grateful to them. 5 star 🌟 because of them.
4 star for the rooms don’t have Netflix. It would be great if the family can gather over Netflix entertainment. Small issue though as the service more than cover up for everything! :) We were offered a nice river view which was romantic! Very clean hotel.
Location is excellent as train station and direct bus airport limousine is just by the hotel. Great connectivity.
Will definitely revisit this hotel again.

RRoss_sStayed at Ondo Hotel and Spa with friends and honestly had a great experience. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out. Staff were very accommodating and quick to respond to requests, which made the stay really smooth and hassle-free.
The amenities were also a highlight. The spa facilities were relaxing and well-maintained, perfect after a long day of exploring. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our group. Everything felt well taken care of, and you can tell they prioritize guest experience.
Location-wise, it’s also convenient and accessible, which made getting around easy. Overall, it’s definitely worth the stay if you’re looking for a relaxing and comfortable place.

PPengguna TetamuVery disappointing experience. We were charged extra money for the room key card even though we clearly left the card inside the room before checkout. On top of that, the room was not clean when we first checked in, yet the hotel still tried to charge us additional cleaning fees.
The staff handled the situation poorly and unfairly. We expected better service and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and we would not recommend staying here.

- great location : near market, restaurant and convenient shops , near train and bus station.
- very comfortable bed and pillow. The pillow is so comfortable I wish I can buy it to bring home.
- very big bath tub(onsen).
- amenities provided : shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, hairdryer (Dyson), bath herbal soak, toothbrush
- love the freebies provided like makgeolli and Korean traditional sweet.
Cons :
- late checkin time (4pm), they don't even have a luggage storage area if you reach early.
- all rooms are upstairs and there is no lift. You need to carry the luggage yourself, there is no staff to help. Initially we were assigned to a room on 4th floor. We requested to change to a lower room because we (both girls) can't carry our big luggage up 😅
- there is only one water outlet to fill up the bathtub. It takes forever to fill up the tub, so we only manage to soak our legs. There is no curtain to cover the bathtub, so when you fill up with hot water the whole room will be covered with the hot air making everything 'wet'. Love the concept of the big tub but it's just not practical.
- they only provide new towels and bath amenities when doing room cleaning. They didn't even make up the bed.
