Constantia White Lodge Guest House

Our flights in to Cape Town were brought forward by 24 hours and the Airbnb we had booked for our holiday was already occupied for our night of arrival, so we needed somewhere else to stay. We are so glad that we chose White Lodge as it was absolutely perfect! Our flight landed at 6am so we arrived at the guest house during breakfast service. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, offering us drinks and breakfast and making us comfy. We spent the morning sat by the lovely pool, and although check in wasn't until 3pm and they were fully booked the night before, they still managed to get our rooms ready by 10:30am! The rooms were great, with a large, very comfortable bed, spacious shower room with powerful shower, and opening out on to the very pretty courtyard. We did a wine tasting at the nearby Beau Constantia vineyard (spectacular views and great wines) in the afternoon and in the evening wandered down to the Cattle Baron restaurant (really excellent steaks) at the retail complex about half a mile away. We ended our evening with a night cap in from the honesty bar at the guest house. Breakfast was excellent. Constantia is a very elegant suburb of large houses with the centre of Cape Town being only a short and very cheap Uber ride away. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Cape Town.

Great location near Constantia village shops and restaurants. Local wineries and fine dining within easy reach - or take an Uber! Very comfortable spacious rooms. Beautiful garden and pool with Mountain views. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. A faultless stay thank you

What a gem of a place. Beautiful rooms, great convenient location, excellent breakfast, lovely pool and all looking up at Table Mountain. Beth and her staff made us feel like we were at home. 9 of us in total (two families) 100% recommend staying here if you are visiting Cape Town. We will be back for sure.

Wonderful, clean, calm. Welcoming++ staff. Well situated. I had a special request with clothing and the lady took good care of it in a timely manner. I’ll go back with my wife for sure. If you are to sleep in superb Constantia, that is the place to be.

Every time we go to Cape Town for business, we stay at White Lodge Guest House. It has been a home away from home for us over the last 4 years or so. Beth and her team are very friendly and accommodating. The guest house is well situated with some amazing views of the mountains.

We had a perfect stay at the White Lodge , the place is picture perfect. The service is out of this world , the staff is friendly and our room was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed our stay and next time we are in Cape Town we will book that place again. Thank you for hosting us
