Experience was very good love the location of hotel employees are sweet and go out there way to make you feel comfortable on your stay I recommend this hotel

Room wasn't clean at all. It's a alot different than the last time we stayed here. Staff was friendly.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Most of the issues come with condition of the room. The room was very heavy with the smell of cigarettes. There was, what appeared to be a massive patch on the wall indicating recent damage was repaired, but no paint. Two of the light switches in the room were non-functional. The lighting fixture in the ceiling of the kitchenette looked like it was going to fall. The back patio looked like it was just recently used. Both of the air conditioning units on the patio were broken. Additionally, there was a wasps nest in the one adjacent to the living room unit. At very minimum, wasps here frequently passing in and out of the wide open break in that unit, indicating that they were living in there. The curtain in the bedroom was very difficult to open as the manipulator bar was missing. The location was convenient, but I will likely not stay at this hotel again.

My stay was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The bed was comfortable. My room was spacious. I would definitely stay there again.

We rented 2 queen suites. When we arrive we’re told it wasn’t a 50$ incidentals fee in total but per room which wasn’t clear on ********** after checking in the both rooms were different online they were identical but that wasn’t the case. And the first room was stinking of water and mold. Had to be moved to another suite and that one was different as well. My wife is 8 1/2 months pregnant and the bed was so high she had to grab into the bed and almost jump to get into it. The tiller was low to the ground and the tub was so tall I had to assist her in getting in and out of it to shower. Just a poor experience all around.

right across the street from the international Horse track and we had a mud run the next day very convenient. very close to many restaurants.

Everything was in order the receptionist was very friendly

They had people outside at night playing loud music and drinking. The next morning, there were boxes of beer and stacks of beer cans around the facility grounds. I felt very uncomfortable going out to my car at night.

The rooms where very outdated and not clean. There was a wet/dry vac on the patio. There was construction everywhere. The room was dusty. Mainly the water did not get hot at all. You could not use any of the amenities. The windows had bugs in them. The bed was clean and soft.
