Nice service but it is far from the metro. The room size is ok.

Good location. WiFi is present, but Apple devices cannot connect, while Androids work.

地下鉄などの駅が複数利用可能で、徒歩で5-10分ほど。近くにローゼンボー城や王の庭もあり、移動や観光には便利なロケーションでした。 ワインのサービスも良かったです。 隣の客室の声が少し大きく聞こえてくるのと、トイレの水の勢いが弱いことは気になりました。

房間乾淨整潔，環境十分優美，緊挨着王宮城堡花園。早餐很不錯。

五星好評，在哥本哈根市中心，離很多景點都很近，可以步行到達新港，附近很多生活超市，購物方便。酒店門口就有一個公園，非常方便。

The toilet of out room always smells like drain and we told at the reception since we arrive and they never have done nothing, the smell was terrible

We weren’t made an aware of the construction happening around the facilities. There’s an obstruction while entering the hotel along with construction at early hours. Upon entering the hotel, our sink and shower were not working - when they did, the water was dirty and brown. The staff were apologetic and did their best to fix it. Though when they did, the shower head barely had any pressure. After this, our toilet stopped working and could not flush. When we returned midday and asked reception if our toilet was fixed, they said it was but it was not. Maintenance came in while we were in the room. He did not knock and I was not dressed - made me feel incredibly unsafe. He did a temporary fix as it broke again the morning we were leaving. Overall a poor experience at this hotel - I would not recommend.

First time in Denmark but felt right at home at this hotel. The staff were amazing and always accommodating when you had a question. Shoutout to the front desk staff for providing us a bottle of champagne for my birthday. The rooms were clean and the area is so close to many tourist spots. Highly recommend if you are staying in Copenhagen.

After a short walk from the station, we arrived to the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was fine. Free tea and coffee in the restaurant 24/7. A lovely little lounge with a record player, that had some little treasures in terms of albums. Played some Sade and Depeche Mode whilst enjoying a coffee and working on laptop. Would book again

The hotel was in a great location from which you could easily explore the city on foot. The staff was very friendly and the evening happy hour was a great added service.
