Ulasan Vienna Hotel (Newly Renovated)

A few points to note with this hotel. No hot water, the hotel came to.no solution until Trip.com.intervened, so problem was solved. I like the,roons ,they are Spacious and comfy. No lamp working. In the rooms as i went into 2 !.. No wifi working in the rooms on.third and second floor. Nice pool and breakfast, cereals and waffles and scrambled eggs offered for english breakfast. Got to commend the.staff. so polite and kind. The hotel is ok if you are alright with hills. It is near Mount Taypas and the town which is a walk down the hill. Shops, restuarants and massage places ate there. I enjoyed Coron and the staff make this hotel amazing. The hotel also has a rooftop- non functional of course but a great view !

The facilities we're okay, though we have to change rooms because there were a lot of ants. Hot shower is not working that much and you have to take stairs going to your room aside from the hill going to the hotel. The breakfast was good and staffs are friendly.

The only thing we didn’t like is a constant noise from the outside, where guests sit and chat until early morning. Our room was on the first floor facing the pool, therefore we were not able to sleep properly!

Hotel is in the town, very close heading to stairs heading up the hill overhill. My room was relatively big. Breakfast is not bad. Recommended if you stay a night or two in Coron.

It is not a bad hotel for value. Location is up the mountain, but just 10 minutes walking from the center and next to Tapas Mt.

Good stay, quality a lot higher than other accommodation in the area. Nice staff and large rooms.

It was a delightful stay indeed at Vienna Hotel. As two female travellers, we felt very safe with security at the front gate. Also, it was very convenient to get around despite most comments about the steep hill- don’t get me wrong, it was a steep! However, there is always a tricycle at the front of the hotel and if you’d like to rent a motorbike its right across the road as well! Special shout-out to Jenny from reception who was kind and accommodating from the start of our stay. Also, food is yummy with a selection of local and western options. We’d definitely stay here again!

Nice, friendly staff, clean, worth it

This is a quiet and relaxed hotel. The AC can make your room very cold which is great when you are out in the sun for too long doing all the great island tours around Coron! The room is comfortable enough and the staff would clean it everyday. My only complaint is the shower drain, it drained very slow and the water would flood out of the shower. There is a drain outside the shower but it still made the floor wet and soaked my slippers. The staff is very kind, always says hello. This hotel is at the top of a hill, right up from the town. You will get good exercise here, it is very close to the entrance to Mount Tapyas. You can see the Coron sign from the hotel. The hotel offers transportation to the airport and you can pay low prices for the amazing different island tours. You can pay the hotel for the tours and the tour hosts will pick you up from the hotel and drop you off when the tour is done. The breakfast is decent and the pool is very nice and relaxing. The food and drinks at the rooftop bar are great and you get an amazing view up there!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, the location is great and there was always a “tuk tuk driver” in front of the hotel to take us anywhere (at our own cost). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, good combination between Pilipino and western breakfast. The room had a strange smell when we first entered, but the smell disappeared after a while. It’s affordable and has everything you’ll need for your stay in Coron.

The hotel is a bit dated- need some maintenance. But staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a nice pool and the massage service is great!

This hotel is basic. Location is fine but it is up a steep hill which can be difficult in the dead heat (there is tricycles around though) room was okay. Had all basic needs, however there was ants in the room and even a lizard at one point. Never felt 100% clean. Bathroom stunk! Also there was a rooster close by (there is lots in Coron, not hotels fault) but it had it us awake every morning at 4/5am so we were absolutely exhausted every day. Rooftop bar has SO much potential. However, staff were helpful and couldnt do enough and we got welcome drink vouchers! Tv had some HBO channel which was nice for relaxing at night.
