Lovely stay with Team Lovesgrove recently. Breakfast was plentiful and included, yogurt, fruit, cereals and a delicious freshly cooked breakfast each day by Ang. More like a home from home than a guest house. John, his daughters and the team are welcoming and knowledgeable on how to make the most of being in Pembroke. I visited the National Botanic Gardens on the way up on John's recommendation and it is an excellent visit. The guest house is also very convenient for a stunning range of beaches and walks. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, parking is plentiful and the setting is quiet, yet close to plenty of local amenities. Martha's kitchen and the garden centre a half of mile away were great finds on this first trip too. Looking forward to returning.

It’s 3AM…Missed the Ferry! Thinking what do I do now, next one in 12hrs! Visions of me sleeping in the car…but low and behold, Sally at Irish Ferries called John at Lovesgrove, remember this is 3AM! To cut a long story short..Great place, great host!

Cannot recommend this Guest House enough. Our room was spacious, modern and very clean. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb, a good selection of continental and cooked English breakfast to choose from. Would definately stay here again.

The reviews say it all really..5 star..very clean..excellent rooms and breakfast..very warm welcome from john the owner who takes time to sit with you and chat like your family..ive stayed in many places but johns country home beats them all..my sons and i were made to feel so welcome and greeted with the biggest handshake and smile..makes you feel at home as soon as you walk through the door..thank you for a lovely friendly stay john..we will recommend you and we will be back..people please book here when you need a stay near tenby as it really is out of this world..thank you john..best wishes dean dan and jax

A really lovely place to stay! John, the owner is a great guy, along with his daughter Laura, and Debbie, who cooked our breakfast to perfection! They really made us feel welcome and were a great craic. The place is spotless and the rooms very comfortable. Plenty of parking in front of the guest house and lovely views of the surrounding areas.

The property itself is fine, as are the staff there. Had a lovely friendly welcome and settled in no problem. Everything was fine, with the room and the breakfast was excellent.. Its a shame they have no restaurant for the evening, but I knew that when I booked. I would stay there again for sure...

What can I say apart from superb Absolutely sensational loved every day here, Can’t thank Jemma , Laura , Debbs and the staff enough they make you feel like family and really can’t do enough for you so thank you all x If you’d ever near Pembroke on a trip it would be a shame not to stay here as you will be sorry it’s not to be missed , The food is outstanding can’t fault it especially Debbs Thursday night chicken dinner WOW could have had it everyday as it was that good ,breakfast is superb too they cater for everyone , You can do your own laundry or the girls will happily help you out and do it for you no extra charge I believe they just like to help , Also John is ok lol 😂 likes a chin wag and a cuppa lol Honestly can’t thank you all enough much appreciated for everything and see you next year hopefully, room 4 for me please lol 😂 Thanks again to you all take care Marc

Stayed over for 2nights over the Easter holiday,and I’m just glad I found this lovely guest house by chance .Rooms are lovely clean with additional accessories in the wardrobe if needed ,bed lovely and comfortable…and the power shower/rainforest was just great.But I would definitely upgrade for the bigger room on the new quarters of the building next time .John (previously host&owner ) is the most welcoming person,who is a fountain of knowledge of the area .Who recommended us to the most spectacular beach in the area ! Gemma is the most wonderful/helpful host who made us feel so welcoming,and couldn’t been more attentive..and making our stay that little bit more special! Gemma also recommended a beautiful restaurant (FORBIDDEN FLORIST ) which is a must visit in a beautiful restaurant settings ,i most also thank the lovely Debbie for being so welcoming as well, I hope to return in the distant future & highly recommend this little gem in the beautiful Pembrokeshire! One word - perfect! All the staff are friendly and helpful. Here with work so have stayed 10+ weeks this year. Feel more at home at Lovesgrove than in my own house!! Great to have the living room to chill out in over a hotel where it’s in your room on your own. Great breakfasts and can have as a take way of it suits you better. Smashing home cooked food of an evening too and cater to dietary requirements with ease. Can’t wait to return next year !! 🙂

Loved staying here. We needed accommodation quickly (with two young kids) and we felt so looked after. Had a wonderful night (beds very comfy) & delicious breakfast and would definitely return. Can't thank them enough.

What a find. Good location for Pembroke Dock. Great experience, lovely friendly staff nothing too much trouble, nice comfortable accommodation, excellent breakfasts. Would definitely stay again and recommend this guest house.

Large room, with a couch as well as your bed. Huge wardrobe and a dresser for storage. Bathroom was fine, water pressure was great and toiletries provided. Fabulous communal lounge area that we utilised every night. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. This is a family run business - John and his daughters Laura and Jemma. Laura looked after us most mornings and was really friendly and informative - we had great chats with her. Thank you Lovesgrove team.
