Labranda Suites Costa Adeje

Cette hôtel est très beau en apparence. Les services minimum pour un 4etoiles est la mais sans plus. Les chambres sont très belle et très spacieuses mais les matériaux sont un peu vétustes (dalles vinil au sol qui ce decolle, clim défaillante, porte d'armoire cassé,...). Le personnel est pas vraiment ni amical ni à l'écoute du client. Il y a aucune animation pour les enfants autour de la piscine durant la journée. Et finalement le plus décevant est son emplacement quand même loin de la plage, et les chambres ne donne aucune vue apart sur les chambres des autres, ou autre immeubles, et enfin l'architecture de l'immeuble fait que les piscine sont très cité à l'ombre.

La experiencia fue bastante positiva en general. La comida muy buena y el personal muy amable. Repetiría sin problema!! Recomendado 100%.

On arrival we were offered a welcome drink, a nice touch. Mercedes, Who checked us in was nice, but while doing our check in also attended to two other guests who were waiting to be seen, then returned to checking us in, where I had to ask for my husband’s passport as she’d forgotten to hand it back ! Our room F243 was on the family side of the hotel, the room was lovely, clean and spacious. Not much of a view from the balcony. The bathroom is in need of some tlc, there was gaffer tap holding down the floor tiles, a chipped sink & crack & the shower clip was broken. This is not 4* The restaurant served a good selection of food, hot cold & dishes you could have food cooked to order. Very clean & the staff work extremely hard clearing your plates etc. We were half board so drinks in the evening are not included. We were able to change an evening meal for a lunch if given 24 hours notice at reception.. We sat at the family side for the pool, where there was plenty of sun beds, there is also a good size children’s pool. Drinks purchased at the hotel are obviously more expensive than in town. There was entertainment every evening. The hotel is situated a 5/10 minute walk to the beach which is downhill. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel & it is in a good location with a bus stop outside should you need to travel on one. 5 minutes from the market that is on twice a week.

Hotel and rooms were good. Restaurant food was good and plenty of choice especially the salads and deserts. The only negative was sometimes the main cause choices were just warm. The evening entertainment was a big letdown for adults in our opinion, magic show, African dance, sax player. The only reasonable night was a Tina Turner act. The hotel states non sunbed reservations but towels are on the beds first thing and some people don't arrive till late afternoon, so annoying for anyone wanting a sunbed.

Had a lovely stay, we stayed here for my partners birthday and had an overall great time. I am a fussy eater and found more than enough options. The hotel was spotless, modern and clean. Rooms cleaned well every day, staff were friendly and helpful. We liked how there was two sides to the hotel, so if we wanted a quieter day we could go to the adults only pool and if we wanted to have a more lively a**osphere, the family side of the pool. Plenty of alcoholic drinks to choose from. Plenty of sunbeds. Had a full body massage here that was also lovely. Stephie from entertainment was amazing, made a lovely a**osphere and very chatty and had plenty of options for games. The only thing i would say is we had a pool view room and our balcony hardly got any sun throughout the day, so we would probably book sea view next time even thooght it looks on to the street, it gets sun.

We went here as a family in January 2024. We had a few initial problems with our room but these were quickly resolved and we changed rooms. The entertainment team were fantastic! We loved the dancing around the pool and it always got you in a good mood. The daytime entertainment was brilliant! We enjoyed the labranda challenge each day aswell as all the other games. We went to the mini disco a few times which was fantastic for children, the team are so enthusiastic and are brilliant with children! The only thing was it was abit late for our 2 at half 8, we would have preferred it slightly earlier. However the day entertainment and mini disco was the best I have encountered at any hotel. We only managed to stay up for one of the later shows which was good. The food was ok, a good selection each day. The pasta and pizza was lovely! A lot of sea food but that’s not our cup of tea. A great selection of desserts. It did get very busy in the buffet though and more staff would have been better at busier times as there was a lot of tables empty but not cleared or reset. Great location! A 5 minute walk to the front but it is quite a steep hill. There is other routes but they take slightly longer. There is a bus stop outside and down the road is a free bus to Siam park and Siam mall. The pool is heated so not bitterly cold at this time of year. We used both family pools and the splash park and all were fine and got the sun throughout the day. Part of the main pool was shaded due to the hotel blocking the sun but it was fine for us as it wasn’t busy so we could move sunbeds as the sun moved round. Overall we had a great experience after our room had been sorted.

This hotel is lovely and modern. Rooms are clean and comfortable although I have to say that the flooring is lifting in the bathroom and could be a trip hazard as I experienced. I think the hotel need to sort this out before someone is hurt. Overall we had a lovely time at the Labranda Suites food was nice and plenty of options.

The hotel, pool area and rooms lovely decor were kept lovely clean, was entertainment on in the pool area for families we only seen one on the night entertainment that was a DJ playing songs i never heard off. The Roof Top Bar is amazing, watch the sun go down while having a cocktail, the staff were lovely and helpful however the staff round the hotel not so much quite rude. The Food was not great, always cold, also not signed up to say what the food was being a vegetarian i found this really difficult as did not know what stuff was i put what i thought was coleslaw on my plate to find out it had chicken in it not great. The hotel is in a great location and a nice hotel.
