Der Ort an sich ist sehr schön.
Nur zum aeropuerto und corralejo sehr weite strecken dadurch die autobahn noch nicht fertig ist.

Currently halfway through our 10 day stay, do not judge this hotel by the negative reviews. Staff, so very friendly and can't do enough for you Rooms, basic but immaculately clean, clean towels provided when you leave them on the floor in the bathroom, air-conditioning is a bit naff Food, basic all inclusive fair, always something to eat but can be random Entertainment, Alexandro does his best, the kids (19&18) partook in a few daytime game and we all had a go at the quizzes in the evening Swingers, not a thing, lots of single holiday makers which is to be expected at an adults only resort Location, 10min walk to the beach and 25min into town, living in West Yorkshire, I wouldn't say the walk is hilly,a few bars and restaurants in town, we did venture out a few times for a change of scenery Sun loungers, no need to reserve one, resort is very quiet and relaxing Yes it is windy, bring towel pegs

I’d seen some negative reviews but I’ve twice visited and been happy with the quality of the hotel. You get what you pay for. It’s an adult only hotel and I’d read that it’s used by swingers etc, I’ve seen no evidence of any such behaviour. The staff are lovely and friendly. The hotel is clean and comfortable. There’s not much happening around the hotel area but if a bit of winter sun and peace to read and relax I’d happily recommend it. I’ve used the gym each morning, gently, and it’s well equipped for an auld guy like me.

Food was decent fair selection pool was clean and tidy. room service very pleasing. The drink selection was great and Most of the staff are very nice and friendly, except this one lady who’s service was poor and very rude would not recommend being served by her avoid where possible

Not much to do.. long walk to the beach and disappointed once there. The street from the hotel to the beach are very dirty with bottles,cans and other rubbish.. building are either closed down, burnt out or graffiti on everything. The area around this hotel is not great but further over is slightly better, the African market is ok if you want to buy fake goods but they start very high.. so be careful. Food at the hotel is basic at best.. and there is a strange vibe about this hotel and I can not really say why!!

Booked here after reading the mixed reviews and thought let's give it a go. On arrival the windows outside looked like they needed a good clean, it was a first thought but on entry it smelt fresh and welcoming. Given the location the dusty windows made sense. The staff on reception were all great and extremely helpful and welcoming. We had bed and breakfast, yes the cooked proportion of breakfast was lacking but not the end of the world. Plenty of pastries cereals and other options. The restaurant itself was airy and clean and staff around clearing up after mucky people. Used the pool area a few times and it was extremely clean, paid €1 deposit for a drinks cup, given the sustainability values of the hotel we had no issue with this. The room itself was spotless and cleaned daily, we felt it wasn't as dated as some reviews have stated. There is a fridge in the room which is handy. Yes, the hotel is on a hill and at the top of it, a wee look on Google maps tells you this. We never found this an issue and a taxi ride back from the little shopping area is about €7. We paid €20 deposit for an iron which is reasonable. We would return.

They do say you get what you pay for…. We booked via Easy Jet (would recommend every time) and didn’t pay a huge amount for a weeks stay all inclusive. We’d emailed ahead to ask for a sunny terrace room and this we did get overlooking the pools. Rooms basic, very clean with a fridge for your own drinks. Bed was two singles pushed together but much more comfortable than we’ve known before. The location is right on the edge of Costa Calma - 8 min walk to the bus stops and 5 euro taxi to the restaurants. Breakfast was good - great choice although some items a bit random! Fresh made omelette very good. Great bread choice. Lunch we loved, lots of very good salad items. Dinner was a little hit and miss. We ate out a couple of times. Again for what we paid we can’t really complain. The drinks - local spirits a bit harsh. Beer was Amstel on draught. Sangria made to order. Wines the usual fizzy pump stuff - ok with plenty of ice! Three pools - one heated but the terrace was very sheltered and the cold pools welcome when hot. Again very clean. Staff all friendly. Entertainment ok but we entertained ourselves in the evening, playing cards in the reception/bar area. Overall we would give a 4 but would certainly visit again.

Arrived Saturday for a 5 night stay. First impressions were that the hotel was very out-dated but clean. Pool area was tidy and could always get a sunlounger no matter what time of the day you went. You get no kettle or bottles of water in your room, water has to be bought from the shop then refilled at the water stations. You have to pay €1 for a plastic cup if you want to drink around the pool which is refundable at the end of your stay but we didn't bother getting our money back. Food options weren't alot and everything seemed to be reused for lunch the next day. You'll be lucky if your food was hot also. Spa usuage is €15 per person unless you booked with Tui then you get 1 free visit (which we wasn't told about to start with) Not much in the way of entertainment but found the female singer and the saxophonist was very good. Now to the worst bit. The day before we was due to fly I started getting a nasty bloated feeling in which I had to stay in my room and skip dinner. Good job I always take imodium away with me as this time I needed to take them! Also it was a good job there was a bin as it was coming out both ends (excuse the graphic of this) We arrived home yesterday evening and now my partner is the exactly the same as I was. Sickness and diahorrea. Not sure if it was the food or there is some kind of stomach bug going around the hotel but be warned it isn't nice! Yes I was disappointed when I arrived by the standards of the hotel but tried to make the best of the 5 nights until the sickness bug hit

this hotel is amazing, staff are so friendly and helpful, all spoke perfect english so we had not problem communicating. the hotel was spotless and cleaned every day. we were on ground floor so opened french windows to our patio and we were right at pool. food was excellent , we were bed and breakfast and breakfast was so good great choice of cooked and continental. there is nothing i could fault about hotel, and staff gave us such good advise as what to see and how to get there. and the weather was amazing too. it is a very quiet places if you are hoping for a lot to do you would be disappointed. but for a relaxing holiday in the sun we could not have picked a better hotel.
