Grand Teguise Playa

La ubicación del hotel es una pasada, queda justo frente al mar con todas las habitaciones en esa dirección. Por dentro tiene una especie de estanque con plantas y sofás, en la que puedes descansar y desconectar, además de que tienen actuaciones por la noche. Las habitaciones están bastante bien, a nosotros nos tocó una con dos camas y eso si es algo que no nos gustó. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Just returned from a two week all inclusive holiday the the Hotel Grand Teguise Playa. We had been some years ago so it wasn't completely new to us, and it was much as we remembered it. The vast majority of bedrooms have a sea view, and the view from our fourth floor room as superb. The location is excellent overlooking a small beach that has easy access from the hotel grounds. It is in a very central position near to many of the shops and bars. The service from the hotel staff is first class, and Roland in the animation team keeps everyone entertained throughout the day. The only negative that I can think of is that the range of meals in the restaurant, is less than some hotels that we have visited, but that won't stop us returning next year. In fact we met lots of guests who were "returners", many for the 9th or 10th time.

This hotel just gets better! This is our third visit and I’ve already booked for next year. Amazing, friendly staff who remembered us from a year ago. The location is excellent with the beach outside of the back door. Rooms have lots of space and plenty of room around the pool

stayed here at the end of april and beginning of may, this was our second time here and will definitely be returning. this holiday is stunning when you walk in the reception area, staff were very polite, the entertainment staff were very funny always stopping to have a chat. the only thing that would say that as a family of five people we couldn't get a drink from the bar, we had to go up in 3's as you were only allowed to fetch 2 drinks at a time. would Definitely recommend and cant wait to go back next year.

Such a lovely hotel, one I have been hoping to stay at for many years. It didn't disappoint. Very clean, helpful staff, lovely views and warm water pool with easy access made it a perfect break . The all inclusive was a great option and the food was pretty good overall. Never had to fight for a sunbed and everyone was really friendly. Will be returning.

We have been to this hotel 2 times before and loved it. I always recommend it to people. The location is spot on, entertainment is super and drinks are great. The hotel also has a great atmosphere and friendly staff. Booking for our 3rd time, this time directly with the hotel, we didn't have a great experience which is a shame. Our room was 321 which was very far away from the lobby (4 corridor lengths from reception) overlooking a cement basketball course and a kids club hut. It was also crawling with these silverfish bugs, they were coming out of the shower and drains. I informed reception and asked if at all possible during the week (didnt even have to be that day) could we move rooms and they told me for the full week there was not another room spare. They would just spray the bugs and we would have to stay put. I spoke to the reservations dept who told me the only way to move rooms was to pay an €800 upgrade fee for a suite. Bit shocking to be honest when we are repeat customers. Our friends came 3 days later (their first visit booked with loveholidays) and were given a better location room than us so we knew it could have been changed, even mid week, so it was very disappointing. We also always enjoy the food, there are plenty of good options during dinner. There a hotdogs during the day which is great and breakfast is lovely. But during our trip this time, my husband ate a chicken skewer from the bbq area during lunch which was completely raw inside. We tried to find someone in charge as there were elderly and pregnant people being served this but there was no one around. Out of 4 of us we found 2 servings were not cooked well enough to eat. We always loved coming here, the beach across the road is amazing. It's a shame about this experience, it has put us off coming back. However, in saying that it is was only 1 bad experience out of 3 visits. We might give it another chance in a year or 2.

Just back from this lovely hotel. Our visit ever visit to Costa teguise As soon as we entered hotel we thought WOW We booked a club suite Reception desk greeted us straight away then called a manager to come and see us He really welcomed us with a glass of bubbly. Told us everything we needed to know about the hotel Showed us to our suite number 007 so we were called Mr and Mrs James bond lol WOW amazing suite absolutely beautiful 2 wonderful balcony with table and chairs and sunbeds Could not fault our suite at all Dressing gowns and slippers Mini bar filled every day Comfortable beds Our own area of sun beds near the pool but in our opinion in the wrong area The hotel is spotless and I mean spotless Staff are very friendly especially Victor in the restaurant Staff work so hard and always have time to say hello Beautiful lobby loved the turtles Heated pool was amazing Always plenty of sun beds although some towels are out early Weather was amazing Fantastic location plenty of shops and bars just across the road from hotel About 25 mins from airport in taxi We really loved this hotel but Not much choice of food in our opinion especially if you have children but quality of the food was amazing I am a fussy eater and lived on salad all week but that's just me Not many desserts neither or bread Plenty of drinks available throughout the hotel Snack bar outside was good with burgers hotdogs toasties fries salad and fruit Restaurant absolutely spotless nothing too much trouble If it wasn't for the food I would rate this hotel a 5 star without a doubt All being said I plan to come back next April Such a amazing hotel

We stayed here for a golf holiday, we played 4 times. Golf courses were quite challenging on your first round, then you got to know the course better. Very enjoyable. The hotel is amazing, fantastic views, the entertainment room outstanding. The food very good especially the desserts the best I have ever had but I am sure I have put on weight chuff. Overall a fantastic hotel in a great location.

This is our second time at this AMAZING HOTEL and it did not disappoint second time around. It is still immaculate inside and out when you walk in reception and look down to the the absolutely stunning lobby and bar it takes your breath away I could look at all day its like a tropical oasis... The pool area is still fantastic with stunning views to the sea.. All rooms have panoramic sea views that are to die for... Food and drinks are so good something for everyone I don't know how anyone can complain.. All staff are so friendly and are doing an amazing job it has a family feel about the hotel ... Roland is the Animation guy what a lovely, friendly, hard working person he makes everyone feel welcome.. We also had a lovely personal meeting with the managers being returning guests where we could chat with them about our thoughts on the hotel and also receive a glass of bubbles and a souvenir, the managers are lovely and approachable and want to listen to guests... you are doing a great job guys and we will definitely return!!!!
