Molino de Guatiza

Great little place . Was basic but functional. Less than 10 minutes walk from the main square. Pool was clean and enough for me and the kids to enjoy and wasn’t too busy . Only downside was limited cooking facilities so only microwave , toaster and Hob but for the price we were more than happy .

Just back from a week here. Thought I’d give an honest review. Positives *Really really handy to shops, restaurants and the beach * good sized pool * you can also use the pool at sister complex 2 mins away * rooms cleaned regularly with clean towels delivered * two receptionists are so lovely *has a hob, kettle, pots and pans and cutlery and crockery * we were super lucky and managed to get a late check out from our room and they didn’t even charge which I think is incredible Negatives * appt in need of some renovations- walls need lick of paint and curtains, sofa bed covers need replaced * sound proofing not the best * one receptionist stands out from rest as quite abrupt but other two make up for it * reception is in camel springs not in this block but this didn’t affect us and there was an emergency number should you need it. * if you need a hairdryer or iron just ask at reception. I saw them delivering to people. Looked at pictures and think there obviously make it look new but roughly accurate. Overall I think for the price we were really pleased and we would def go back if we can get another cheeky cheap holiday.

I am lucky enough to be able to travel a number of times in the year. I have never left a negative review. Always found the best of possibly a disappointing experience. But this place begers belief. Started well they gave us an apartment on the ground floor. That is the only good thing about it. Apartment covered with hairs from previous occupant. Ripped curtains. The noise all day and night from apartment next to us meant we could not at anytime relax. Explained and Asked the manager owner if possible to move to the partner complex. This is when his attitude changed. Rude blaming us. Also we should be grateful that they gave us a bigger apartment. Towels were hard and old. Bed linen felt mucky. Had to beg for toilet roles. We ended up trying to find somewhere else. Not easy. Stayed there but as soon as we got back booked another holiday. Will never recommend it. Keep well away.

Accommodation was good only thing I would said is the balcony was not the most private if you don't mind that it is close to main centre via short cut down Back stairs at end of pool not too big a complex and never was too busy good for visit apartments very spacious & clean

I stayed here for a week recently. The check in was an easy process. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The room itself was large,clean and tidy though very dated and the bed not the most comfortable. The apartments were close to the square and the beach or pretty much anything else you wanted to do. The pool area was well attended to daily and lovely to relax around. You could also use the facilities at the Camel Springs apartments. My only slight disappointment was one of the cats that roam around the grounds had been sick on the stairs leading to our apartment block. When I told a team member I was met with they’re not our cats and the guest feed them and sometimes they are sick. The sick was still there when we got back after our night out. So it was out with the bucket, hot soapy water to clean it up before a guest had an unpleasant walk to bed. It didn’t spoil the holiday. Just handy there was the stuff in the rooms for a guest to clean it.

Just had a brilliant week here. Family of 5 with 3 kids. The view from our apartment was amazing looking out to sea. The room was so spacious for 5 of us. The bed was probably the most comfy ive had abroad. It was such a relaxing hotel. The kids were able to use the pool all evening which they loved and it was heated. Shops close by and only 5 minute walk to the main part. We would 100% stay here again.
