The reception was good. The rooms were very clean, and the beddings were changed daily. Food quality is average, though plenty. Check-out time is not favourable. You are chased out of the room at 12, and your flight is at 20.30 hrs. Where do you go or stay? Look forward to returning for new experience

Overall, staff are lovely, hotel super clean, rooms well done with nice bathtubs. Location is fine. Short walk to lots of nice restaurants/bars. Pool is great for kids. Not salt water, well laid out, not cold. But, food on some days was inedible. Like, seriously bad. Hardly any choice, and what is there, is either raw, tinned, or just very poor quality produce. It’s very budget. Defo not 4 star at all. I’m not sure you could even argue it was 3. For an all inclusive, most people eat out everyday for lunch/dinner and just use the hotel for drinks and breakfast. Drinks are alright. The ice tasted like the machine doesn’t get cleaned much though. So we avoided that. You have to put down a €1 deposit for a plastic reusable cup round the pool. Which cheapens the feel of the hotel. The hotel say it’s to avoid them being binned and to save plastic, but they should give out a token on arrival in that case. It feels a bit like a way to squeeze a bit more money out of people (as a lot get lost) and save on glass collectors. The poolside sunbed drama is a bit ridiculous too. There are lots of sunbeds on the sun deck available 24hrs a day. But around the pool the sunbeds are padlocked up until 10am, so people are stood waiting from 9-9.30. Which you have to do if you want a sunbed next to the pool to watch your kids, you have to do. As there is just the main pool area, I don’t know how you’d change this, unless you just took towels off peoples beds if they were gone longer than 1 hour. Lifeguards were great though, nice, friendly, very observant. There is only one bar serving alcoholic drinks at night too, which is a bit of a walk from the entertainment auditorium. They close the pool bar next to it. Which is possibly done to avoid people drinking much at night. Entertainment was good. Stuff going on in the day and then various things at night. Overall, we had a lovely holiday. The hotel has the potential to be really good. If they spent more on food quality / prep.

The rooms are spacious, with AC and beds are comfy. Ours didn't have a kettle (pack the trusty travel one and some sachets/tea bags) Pool towels are available to hire at a refundable 10€. Bring your own plastic mugs and the bar staff will fill them - otherwise 1€ deposit for a plastic beaker. Glasses available after 2pm at the (non pool) bar. Food is average but there's always something to choose - meats, pastas, paella, fish, salads and good fruit and pudding choices. Ice cream (Mr Whippy) on tap too It's windy so don't forget your towel pegs. Plenty of sunbeds and literally locked up until 10am so lay ins were delightful and this removed any need for towel bagsying that can spoil the start to a relaxing sunbathing day. The 2 of us had a great week for the price we paid. Thank you BlueSea. As a special note reception were excellent too when we wanted a room change to have a view, thank you

Don’t listen to the bad reviews! The hotel is beautiful. When we arrived, we were given a free room upgrade which was a lovely surprise. The room was really clean. Hundreds of sunbeds so you can always get one, no need to be up early to reserve them. Food is good, lots of choice! Entertainment on in evenings. Would 100% visit again!

I’m so glad we didn’t take notice of the negative reviews we read about the hotel. We found the hotel clean & tidy, the housekeeping staff were extremely hard working and seemed to take pride in their work, ensuring the guests had pleasant surroundings. The reception staff were polite and friendly and able to answer all of our queries. The staff in the dining room did not stop working - the breakfast/lunch and dinner times were over a large amount of time but they made sure the food trays were replenished, the tables were cleaned and ready for the next guests to use - all with a smile and friendly greeting. The same can be said for the bar staff. The entertainment staff gave their heart and soul into their performances both for the children and the adults. The hotel dining is very relaxed, definitely not one to go dressed up for dinner and it isn’t A la carte dining experience but it never claims to be. The food was able to cater for us at every sitting. We were all inclusive and the payment for the plastic cups and the towels for poolside was totally reasonable as they were only deposits, which you had back once you finished using them. Each time you wanted a drink from the poolside bar they would exchange your cup for a new/clean one and the same with the towels until the end of your stay. The hotel hosted lots of different age groups from young couples, families and older ones, the facilities could easily meet the various needs. The last two days of our holiday coincided with the hotel hosting a large group of young children for a football tournament, along with their coaches. The hotel ensured this didn’t impact on our stay, we were still able to use all the facilities when and how we wanted. We enjoyed listening to their excited chatter, seeing their enthusiasm and energy. If we were looking for issues then parts of the hotel could do with an upgrade but the comfort and cleanliness it provided was definitely more important to us. We found it a lovely, pleasant hotel, walking distance to the beach and town and offered good excursions. We would recommend Blue Sea to others and would definitely book again.

Very nice room , pool area and food. Very friendly staff . Very nice holiday for the kids. The weather was amazing . We will definitely go back . Very cool experience . Room was very clean and comfortable. They also cleaned it every day and changed all the sheets.

We arrived yesterday and we were a little worried after reading the reviews after we booked our holiday. BUT we are so pleasantly surprised, the hotel is lovely, staff lovely, food is absolutely fine for the all inclusive price we paid, nothing wrong with the eggs at breakfast and beautiful salads, totally acceptable for the price, great beer, proper San Miguel and it’s lovely and cold, spirits are also good, we had a free upgrade on our room which was a lovely touch, there was karaoke on our first night and we had a spectacular time, both got up and sang, really looking forward to our next 5 days ❤️❤️ Thank you BlueSea Costa Bastian, love Jennie & Steve
