Staying at Hotel La Massif Courmayeur was like being in a cozy retreat nestled in the beautiful mountain range of the Alps. There is just that kind of homey feeling that feels the moment you step through the doors. The hotel vibes are great – it's this perfect mix of modern elegance and Alpine charm that makes you just want to sit back and relax. You just feel this incredible sense of peace everywhere. What made my stay truly unforgettable, though, was the staff at Hotel La Massif. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, everyone was genuinely friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had whatever I needed. It's not like they were just doing their job – it felt like they really cared about making my stay fantastic. I cannot praise the service enough. Need a recommendation for a restaurant in town? They've got you covered. Want to book a day of skiing? They'll do it with a smile. It's that little bit of attention to detail and personal touch that just makes Hotel La Massif shine. And the food! Oh, the food! An experience to say the least. The dining experience was like that exploding moment in a film, where your senses go on a journey of discovery in the mouth. At the same time, it's like a symphony of flavors, colors, and textures that taste just like the Alps. In short, if you are looking for a hotel that is vibrant and, in addition, has an excellent team, you just have to come to La Massif Courmayeur. It's the kind of place that feels like home, but better, surrounded by luxury and hospitality at every turn. I can't wait to come back.

Wonderful hotel and spa. Staff very friendly and happy to help. Sara in the spa was particularly kind and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Treatments and spa facilities were excellent and perfect after a day skiing. We will definitely be back.

Great visit, we arrived in winter wonderland. The suite on the top floor was amazing with exceptional views over the village and mountains. The living room will be transformed in to a second sleeping area and even provides privacy by having a door to separate from the bedroom. The lobby was cosy with a fire place in the lounge. The hotel is a 5 min walk from the village center which has nice shops and small cute restaurants everywhere. The food in the restaurants was excellent and make sure to start your day with Prosecco for breakfast. We will be back.

One of the best experience we have had in Italy. We arrived at the hotel and being welcome by the team. The team was great and the room was as requested at the reservation. The room was a bit small but you know what, we have spend all the time outside that the room was for sleeping anyway. The lounge area was well set and the service was friendly. Breakfast selection was great and was offered what we needed. We will come back.

We loved being here. The facility is great- walkable to a lot of the town, quiet but accessible. Nicely designed common areas and rooms, extremely well maintained. But the thing that makes this place a joy is the staff. Across the board, they are exceptional. Housekeeping is great, reception is friendly and capable, the staff who serve breakfast are fantastic. Finding so many people who have the service and language skills this team does is not easy and we really appreciated all their efforts. I hope we have a chance to come back.

Considering a 5 star hotel, I was expecting a lot better. It feels like this place just open from pandemic. The jacuzzi pool is really quite dirty. There's no swimming pool just a small indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. The gym you can ask them to open 24/7 but again the gym has no towels, machine looks like it has never been wiped and the dumbbells smell of sweat. Standard room is small. Shower bathtub is slippery - be careful! Luckily our balcony is quiet. Room gets hot and you've to open the balcony door as there's no AC. Breakfast is good. You get made to order eggs with Spinach on the side - I like! Location is good, just few minutes walk to the main square. Service staff are all very polite and courteous. I hope they can improve with their hygiene level in gym and spa area.

We spent three days at le massif. The hotel is very nice with a modern touch. The staff of the restaurant was so kind and professional. The breakfast is so good with a lot of tasty products. We appreciated the concierge service and assistance with parking.

Amazing trip, so convenient to get to for the gondola and can keep the skis in the chalet at the top of the mountain so very little walking around carrying skis and walking in ski boots. Service excellent, cleanliness top notch, breakfast and the fish restaurants were superb. Can't fault the hotel. Concierge so polite, front desk lovely, lady who does the turn down service great too. Would love to come again for sure annually!
