Hotel 2 Bintang di Coventry

Ini adalah hotel yang bagus dan selesa. Ia terletak berhampiran dengan lebuh raya, dengan itu memudahkan untuk pergi. Terdapat restoran Ruby Tuesdays betul-betul bersebelahan dengan Dunkin Donuts juga dalam jarak berjalan kaki. Secara keseluruhan, hotel ini bersih. Bilik luas dan katil serta bantal selesa. Bilik air juga luas dan bersih.

How does Holiday Inn allow this hotel to use their name?? We pulled in around 9pm and the lot was empty. That should’ve been a sign. Lobby was dirty. Spilled nastiness and visible dirt on the floor. Sign #2. Got up to the room and my 12 year old son - who is gross in his own 12 year old way - refused to use the shower. Sign #3. Upon my inspection, shower had a pile of sand in it, mildew all over the walls, and absolute gross nasty black stuff on the floor and in the corners. Oh, and pubic hair. I cleaned it as best I could with a wash rag. Then I lifted the toilet lid and am fairly certain there was a turd skid mark. Sign #4. Knowing I couldn’t pack up the family and change hotels due to availability at other hotels, I went down to the desk to ask for Lysol and extra washrags. Guy offered me the option of changing rooms. First room he offered seemed cleaner than the original, but was hot as the AC had been turned off. Second room he offered was as gross as the first. Mildew, pubes…. Fairly certain they don’t clean this hotel at all. I am just hoping we escape it without catching monkey pox or Covid or god knows what else. Unless you have incredibly low standards, don’t stay here. Nasty!
