Hotel muy lindo, fuimos en auto y lo usamos bastante porque tenemos un bebé chiquito pero la cercanía al centro es de 6 o 7 cuadras a pie, está muy cerca de los restaurantes de la zona del puerto también. Como punto a favor destaco la amabilidad del personal, el desayuno que fue bastante completo y el detalle de los amenities en la entrada donde se le ofrece al huésped la posibilidad de sent**** a tomar un café, un vaso de limonada y a veces alguna que otra factura sin pagar ningún excedente. Lo único que tiene como negativo es que sus habitaciones son pequeñas, pero particularmente nuestra estadía fue muy confortable, lo recomiendo.

A Localização é excelente! A recepção também, foram muito gentis . As instalações deixam um pouco a desejar , o banheiro estava mofado nas paredes superiores mas sem cheiro forte , e da pra ver que tem sujeira acumulada no banheiro. Mas o custo benefício foi bom . Café da manhã é uma delícia!

Booked a room last minute after getting stuck in Punta del Este. I arrived around 9PM and was greeted at desk by the owner who luckily for me he speaks English. It's a family business. They were very accomodating. I am from the UK and had no charger for local plug. The guy at the reception who stayed overnight, was very friendly. He lend me a charger. I also had a delicious breakfast the day after.

I was in Punta del Este for a conference and chose this hotel on the recommendation of colleagues from the region. There are only four rooms on each floor and so you are treated to a fantastic view of Punta del Este through the glass windows that surround your room. For an even better view, drop by the gym on the 17th floor. Rooms are spacious and designed minimalistically. In case you plan to eat in, note that there are no utensils, cups or plates that you can use, although there is a small refrigerator where you can store some supplies. The hotel is located very near a supermarket and some nice restaurants. Service is friendly and efficient. Breakfast does not start until 8 am, but they were flexible enough to start breakfast an hour earlier during our conference. I appreciated their effort to add something different to the lovely breakfast spread every morning, and to make sure that there was a balance between healthy fare and the tempting but not too healthy desserts.

We stay in Live hotel every summer and it´s always a great pleassure. They are constanly updating things around the hotel and the rooms are so comfrotable. Having a big bath in the room its amazing and the sower is also the best. Breakfast is perfect with different options and they are willing to bring it to your room if you want. ＜everyone is lovely there! The area where the hotel is is very quiet perfect for a relaxed weekend or a romantic gateaway. Thanks again!

En general buena experiencia. Tiene una muy buena ubicación, cerca de todo. Voy a referirme solo a lo negativo, ya que fue lo menos. Por ejemplo en la sala de ejercicios, los caminadores estaban apagados y no hubo forma de ponerlos en marcha. Estaban enchufados, pero no pude encender ninguno, y tampoco tenían instrucciones de cómo encenderlos, ni había nadie en la zona para preguntarle. Lo otro, hace falta una rampa a la entrada y otra en el hall para las valijas. Es incómodo por escalera y no hay nadie que dé una mano. Destaco la buena atención en Recepción de Sara. Muy agradable.

A melhor parte do hotel é a localização! É excelente, perto de tudo! Os quartos são pequenos, porém aconchegantes. Um dos funcionários é maravilhoso! Mais atencioso que o Rolando é impossível! Meninas da limpeza também muito simpáticas. Piscina aquecida ok também. Agora vamos ao negativo: é totalmente dividido em fora de temporada e na temporada. As fotos que colocam é da alta temporada! O ofurô e as cadeiras no roof top são desmontados e colocados na academia, que dia atolada de bagulho. Academia essa que além de muito limitada, não tem nenhuma manutenção como esteira que deu choque ou halteres sem dupla e quebrados. Tive problema com o ar condicionado que não ficava abaixo do 21° por nada! Rodamos 3 quartos pra achar um que estivesse funcionando direito. O café das fotos também é exclusivo da alta temporada! Na baixa temporada tem bem menos variedade que nas fotos. Fiquei 5 dias e ovo só dois dias, pão só de forma e media luna. Nada de bolos ou qualquer outra coisa quente. Um dos recepcionistas vendeu passeio se forma errada pra mim e pra mais um casal. Quase não fizemos o passeio pela falta de informação correta.
