It has been a memorable stay for us. The hotel is conveniently located within a 15-minute walk to the Twin Pagoda, the Elephant Hill, and Zhenyang Pedestrian St. Besides, they are many good restaurants around the vicinity. Our selected rooms are huge with minimal chic design. Friendly service staff. Loved the chat service via Wechat, where we could book our transport to and fro the Railway Station. There's complimentary dessert served to our room. On top of that, they even printed our favourite photos taken during our stay and have it framed for us for free!!! And the robot delivered to our room. We will miss talking to Shishi in the Wechat asking about our needs. This is a very interactive hotel where communications are done through their Wechat, and you get prompt services. Good breakfast varities and friendly service staff. A lovely hotel set close to the tourist attractions but far enough out enough to be quiet and tranquil. The room was tastefully decorated and everything of a high quality. There was a Nespresso machine , a rain shower a clothes steamer and water dispenser all equipped in the room. The room offered stunning views. All of the staff were extremely hospitable and helpful. They helped us change our room to a room with a view and were patient and kind even though they couldn’t speak English. The tour desk in the hotel offered great rates for tours and were quick to organise! The breakfast lacked pure vegetarian food but it offered enough to keep us full. The welcome fruit gift was beautifully presented and the Ayis were very helpful with helping to do laundry . The rooftop would be gorgeous to hang out in during the warmer days. The hotel provide bottomless fruit , drinks and other amenities in the reception. We loved our stay at this hotel. From the room ,to the location to the staff everything was of a 5 start quality. The room was also well sound proofed as it was quite all the time. The room was very clean. Only note the cleaning in the room could go deeper as the corners had dust and the bathroom walls had some marks. Location was excellent, walking distance to the sun and moon twin towers and plenty of eateries around. The hotel has washing machines and dryers on site free of charge. Room view vs Customer Service. Pros : Credit to the lady who spoke English at the reception. She is a gem to the hotel, she went the extra miles to ensure our plans went well. Perfect, Xiaojie ! Becoz of her, we are willing to give 5 stars ! Cons : Lake view, almost fully blocked by the roof of the restaurant below, which is a total disappointment ! Neverthe less, stunning mountain view. Room tips : Go for a higher floor, the lake view might be slightly better. Do add some fake grass carpet over the roof for a more pleasant sight.

Location: The hotel is located a bit of a distance from the pier, and the uneven roads make the walk challenging. We tried to arrange a pickup since I was traveling with a group of six, including three senior citizens, but our request was denied. Eventually, I reached out via WeChat, and they helped us find the hotel. However, we still had to drag our luggage from the pier, which was not an ideal experience. On a positive note, the daily walk to West Street for food was quite convenient. Hotel: The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very nice. We were fortunate to be in Building A, which has a lift, making it easier for our group. The hotel is just an alley away from the bustling West Street, and we experienced minimal noise at night. However, the shower pressure was inconsistent, and the showerhead often fell off the hook—a minor inconvenience, but one that stood out during our stay. Service: I must rate the service lower than expected. While the hotel itself is appealing, it did not live up to the positive reviews I had read. Our initial request for a pier pickup was declined, and it was only after I contacted them that they explained the roads' inaccessibility for vehicles. I had hoped for more proactive assistance regarding local attractions and e-bike rentals, but I found myself relying on Google or Trip.com for basic information. Instead of personalized recommendations, we were simply advised to take a taxi to the 10 Mile Gallery and explore on our own, which wasn't ideal for our group of six. In hindsight, I was glad I didn’t just use a taxi, as the main tourist spots were not close to one another. Additionally, after checking in, my parents accidentally flooded the sink, and when they sought help from a nearby cleaning staff member, she was quite rude and scolded my father for the incident. While we acknowledged our mistake, this unpleasant exchange left a negative impression upon our arrival. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you stay in Building A (with a lift) and are not overly concerned about service.

Like the location as it is smacked in West street. Views are awesome. Down side is that West Street is crowded and could be a little noisy as you can hear the music from the bars in the area but if you close the door and windows it can block out most of the noise. Also, a little difficult to walk on the cobbled street with luggages as car cannot enter West street so you will have to walk for a bit. Hotel provide free drinks/coffee/tea at the lobby. Plus point: my room have a bird view of the entire West street with the mountains as a back drop. They also have a nice rooftop for photography with pool.

在攜程比較了好幾家陽朔親子酒店，最後選擇了這家位於十里畫廊的蜜棠，事實證明這個選擇一點沒有錯！！！ 先要稱讚的是酒店的管家服務，自從加上了管家的微信，管家有求必應，我有什麼問題她都能及時回覆，感覺任何時間她都在線，在酒店時候還幫我們修理了一個baby推車的一個配件！ 酒店的位置在村裡麪，村裡道路比較狹窄，自己滴滴打車最好定位到柴火小苑，或者也可以定位到青厄底碼頭，讓酒店派班泊車接送，酒店班泊車位置很多，可以放不少行李，距離酒店也就3/4分鐘的路程。陽朔本身也沒有多大，我們去看劉三姐千古情都是打車，單程不到20元；去富里橋是最貴的，單程大概60元。如果孩子大一點，可以租電瓶車，酒店門口就有很多租的。 酒店設施基本就是在圍繞親子這個主題，酒店户外花園裡面有玩沙子的沙堆，清澈見底並且帶大滑梯的游泳池，三個休閑鞦韆，還有兩個可愛的小羊駝堂堂和蜜蜜，以及兩衹孔雀。每天早上9點和下午4點是可以和小動物們互動的時間，孩子們近距離餵養動物，都興奮得不得了。 酒店大堂裏面設有一個小童樂園，孩子們在裏面玩得都不願意出來，而且很安全，大一點（＞5歲左右）的孩子可以自己進去玩，家長們直接在旁邊躺平就行了。酒店裡麪最大的亮點就是二樓到一樓的滑梯，我們的房間就在二樓，有了這個滑梯之後，我女兒們下樓再也不坐電梯或者走樓梯，而且每天也就是滑上幾百遍吧。 酒店的早餐是套餐式的，但是品種繁多，根本吃不完，到第二天我要求早餐數量減半，否則浪費太多了。每天15-16h是下午茶時間，下午茶設有小零食，小蛋糕，水果，酸奶，咖啡和茶可以自己在大廳自助，16h30到17h，酒店會帶着小朋友做手工（又是我躺平的時間），到了晚上19h，酒店又給每個房間送上宵夜甜水，真的是一天到晚肚子都是飽飽的。 房間裏面隔音很好，我們入住期間聽不到任何其他聲音，樓頂有自助的洗衣房烘乾機，還有一個無敵景觀露台，在上面隨便拍拍就很出片。 總之，這兩天我們住的非常的開心，走的時候酒店還送了我女兒們一人一個小禮物，她們愛的不行，在飛機上都一直抱着，下次要是再來陽朔，我們還是會選擇這裏。 最後是我的一點點小建議：1,希望在咖啡台旁邊設立一個小垃圾筒，因為我加了奶和糖之後，發現空奶盒和糖包附近沒地方扔；2，可以在小童樂園旁邊加一個矮點小桌子讓小朋友們做手工。

Room is very clean & comfy, I stay at room 8501, can enjoy sunrise scenery from balcony around 7am+, hotel location about 6km from west street, able to call didi so quite convenient, e-bike can rent from reception at $30/day, return by 11.30pm on the same day. Customer service officer very polite and responsive through WeChat, can book attraction ticket with them which much more cheaper than online booking. Hotel also provides complimentary one trip from hotel to bus station. Overall very satisfied with the stay, one of the improvement can be done is breakfast. Breakfast menu for both day of our stay are the same which includes Guilin noodles, hard boil egg, sweet potato, mantou & banana.

What can we say except that this was the best stay out of all the places that we have stayed so far in China. The receptionists were so friendly/willing to answer any questions and can book you tours at a discount from the normal pricing at places like the Ruyi scenic tour, the cleaning staff were so hospitable to our needs (especially when we accidentally clogged the toilet after not realising toilet paper had to go into the bin and not into the bowl) and the location is so close to everything including the Yulong River scenic area and West Street. An added bonus is the view that you wake up to every morning!

酒店離夜市非常近，我們凌晨兩點到的酒店，步行去夜市雖然很多已經收攤，但還能吃到東西。房間很新，也不算小，但實在不理解 24 年開的新酒店為什麼會沒有電動窗簾，加上窗簾的位置放了桌子的長沙發，開關窗簾並不方便！洗澡的涼拖也沒看到，房間的電話也是擺設根本打不了...除此之外都還行，前台服務態度也不錯

這次來南寧旅遊，住這家亞朵真被暖到了！一進房間，整潔温馨的佈置讓我感到温暖。床品柔軟舒適，每一處細節都透露着品質，洗漱用品一應俱全。晚上睡覺安靜，我舒舒服服睡了個好覺。且到店辦理入住時，前台的陽萄小姐姐熱情又耐心，有問必答，還給我們都奉了茶。我返程的機票時間較晚，就試着問能不能延遲退房。前台陽述和子瑄小姐姐立馬幫忙聯繫協調，很快就幫我搞定了。這種被用心對待的感覺真好，必須狠狠誇，下次來這邊，肯定還住這兒！

Location is good, but have to walk 12 minutes to nanning train station. It is not that near. But it s a small matter compare to all other plus points of this hotel. The hotel is amazing, service from front desk , restaurant and housekeeping. The laundry room is a plus, especially during summer time when clothes will be wet all day 😅. And you dont have to bring any soap. The laundry machine already provided with the detergent. The dryer also very good. Its still new. I would like to thanks Xiao Pang (小庞) and a young man in the front desk , they are very helpful. My chinese not so good, but they did their best to help. They helped to book taxi , even help to bring our big luggages to our room. And they did not want to take the tips we want to give. The bed is so comfortable, i checked the bed, it's King koil brand. No wonder it feel so good to sleep. The curtain is automatically opened when you open the door. There is welcome fruit and cute note written by the staff. In the restaurant, they have 1 big teddy bear doll to sit with you if you eat alone 🤗. The hotel branding as smart and green hotel. Around hotel, there is small grocery store and few restaurants nearby. Overall... we re very happy to stay in this hotel. And recommended if you want to stay in Nanning 👍👍👍

Excellent hotel. Very modern and clean. Noise insulation was great. Our rooms were near the lift lobby. No noise issues. The bed was the most comfortable one amongst the five hotels we stayed at during our visit in Guangxi. Laundry room available. Free of charge. The basin, shower room and toilet were very clean. Housekeeping did a good job. All the white towels were comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. I liked steamed sweet potato, corn and yam. Lots of healthy options. The food presentation was great. Quality coffee was provided. It would be great if the hard boiled eggs were not overcooked. The hotel is located two stations away from Qingxiu park station. The Metro is right outside the hotel. Only 2 - 3 yuan away from Chaoyang and MixC mall. Ample choice of eateries surrounding the hotel. However, mostly Chinese cuisine. The morning market and fruit market are within the proximity. The receptionists were very professional. One of them helped us (5 pax) to book taxis to the airport. It cost CNY124 to the airport. Meter taxi. Overall, we had a pleasant 3 night stay. Highly recommended.

A nice hotel to stay in a safe neighbourhood. Front staff were also friendly and helpful. Location wise, it was slightly far from the main shopping area and we had to DiDi everywhere (though a short distance). Might not be the best choice for international travellers who would like to be in the hustle and bustle of the city. For local travellers, it might be a great choice nevertheless.
