The best western in Duncan is situated extremely close to downtown. There is a Walmart and timhortons within walking distance. The on-site restaurant was a bit pricey but was good. The gym is cute the rooms are clean and spacious and the free breakfast is good enough :) I’ve yet to stay when the pool is open. You can even make your own coffee tea with a in room keurig. Mini fridge and microwave are awesome. The toiletries are of good quality as well. Nice bath shower combo. It is right on the highway but I sleep with a rain noise on so I’m not sure I can report on that. Beds are medium on the firm scale. But I know I like a hard bed :) I still get a decent sleep. All over , I would stay again for sure!

The decor of the hotel is cheerful and cozy. It is beautifully decorated with historic photographs of the indiginious people and the early settlers and forest industry, as well as many original paintings of local artists. Everywhere captures one's eyes to gaze, wonder and enjoy. We had a balcony with our suite, which was a unique half octangle with railing and high top. It was like being in an open turet. Truly, a lovely place for a kick back. It was a most enjoyable. We will return.

Pemandangannya sangat bagus! Hotel ini agak lama dan kemudahannya agak lama, tetapi kebersihan amnya baik. Sebagai hotel dengan pemandangan laut yang murni, nisbah harga / prestasi sangat baik! Ia disyorkan!

My family and I just recently stayed here. We had a great time. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and worked very hard to make the hotel run well. They kept everything very clean and were quick to help us when we needed it. The bed was a bit hard for my tastes but my husband and kids all slept great. Breakfast in the morning was simple but freshly made. There were muffins, cereals, breads to toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, yougurt, and a few other things. The hotel is only a 20 min drive to the ferry as well so that is a nice bonus. I highly recommend staying here.

The was our first time there but definitely wont be the last. The views are incredible, the rooms were lovely and the food was delicious. What struck us most though was the way the staff were so friendly and helpful, from simple good mornings to genuine concern when we had a flat tire. The whole experience was an easy 5 stars!!!
