We enjoyed our stay over here . I wouldn’t say it was 5 star experience. But because i got it for discount so  i don’t mind it . The breakfast was fire though .

A very overwhelming and professional service. Amazing staff and very friendly atmosphere. Comprising a roof top swimming pool, spa and gym. The location is very close to the beach. Very clean. Excellent. Loved it with my family.

便宜，酒店三分鐘就是海灘。當地物價便宜，到機場兔兔100達卡，整體體驗非常好。海邊騎馬分時段500.1000達卡都有。吃的比達卡便宜多了

i stayed 2 days in your hotel your breakfast buffet so good and tasty i like such as chicken, litchi ,juice pancak french bread,etc room is so beautiful and clean and service is fantastic and staff behavior is so wonderful and they are so helpful specially chef Rafiya men is very smart worker thank you so much every one

We visit every year and stay in Heritage, their hospitality, cleanliness and quality service is awesome. I love to stay here with my family, and also very near to sea beach, rooms are very nice, stuffs are very friendly and over all hotel service is good. Buffet breakfast is super tasty and Mr.Osman Gani is very helpful. Mr.Ivan is also very kind and friendly and helpful. I wish Heritage all the best and keep continue their service like as they did past years!

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel in Cox’s Bazar. They claim to be a 5 star hotel where I think it’s a 3 star hotel. The room was dirty from the moment we walked in. The bed sheets were full of hair, clearly not cleaned or changed properly. It was absolutely disgusting and made it hard to feel comfortable. On top of that, the floor had a strong smokey smell, like someone had been chain-smoking in the room for days, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The overall hygiene and cleanliness of the place were far below basic standards. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing or clean stay. Definitely not worth the money. Just have a look at the pictures I have shared, dirty sink and shower ceiling. No Thank you not again gonna be deceived by those fake google reviews. The only thing was good about this hotel was the breakfast.
