Ulasan Chengde Tianbao Holiday Hotel

Very nice room on the 13th floor, clean, very spacious and with a great view. We had a pleasant stay!

Second time staying in this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time I am in Chengde. Location good, near plenty of shops and restaurants and a short taxi or walk to the Summer Palace. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast reasonable. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel is quiet now and the room is very spacious and clean. The location is perfect (right in the city centre). The restaurant is super nice and price is reasonable. Most importantly, very one of the hotel staff we encountered are very friendly and helpful. A quality hotel indeed.

Probably my favorite hotel of the trip, it was the low season and the hotel was pretty empty with staff aplenty hence the excellent service. It was clean and they even had complimentary dessert soup in the evening. Location was reasonable and there were plenty of eateries around. Definitely enjoyed my stay here!

Nice hotel with very helpful and friendly staff! We were greeted by the cheery 王士霖, who was especially helpful and kind to us, making sure all our needs were covered. Will recommend to friends!

The house keeping services were excellent. Service people on the 10th floor (I stayed on 10th floor) were responsible and friendly. I felt grateful for Ms Hao (郝灵利）, who took care of my cloths cleaning. Food services were excellent too.

退訂了兩家酒店最後選擇了天寶 事實證明沒有選錯。酒店位置很好 距離避暑山莊很近  購物 遊玩都很方便 酒店可以免費停車  超越 萍萍的服務也很周到 。不管是餐廳還是前台接待的服務員都很熱情 主動打招呼 跟小朋友互動 2米寬大床非常適合有寶寶的家庭！

承德遊子返鄉居住幾晚，十幾年的酒店了，當時算是最高端的酒店，比雲山飯店新，很多同學的婚禮都在這裏辦的，地理位置絕佳，在房間想吃麥當勞，從想吃到自提返回房間僅用13分鐘，肯德基應該能在10分鐘內，步行到市區各個商場和三十年以上的餐廳都很方便，到避暑山莊可以坐十分鐘公交車，打車去也就10塊錢。酒店房間充足，重要的是住店停車非常方便，這在市區裏是很重要的，其他方便停車的大酒店都在郊區（承德市很小，三公裡外就算郊區啦，別見怪）。我們帶着孩子，停車場保安、門廳服務員、樓層保潔員都非常友好地幫忙拉行李，特別感謝前廳經理董淑君幫我們升級對寶寶友好的房間。餐廳座位充足，我個人覺得酒店自製的豆腐腦和葱油麪比較好吃，其他食品中規中矩，沒有驚艷也沒有坑。房間的潔具都是品牌，鏡燈方便潔麪和化粧，房間燈光分區設定合理，不理想的是晚上九點淋浴調水温總是調不出熱水，面盆龍頭有熱水，最後沒洗澡。

入住辦的快，張主管服務貼心，服務員小潘小傑服務很周到，免費停車，酒店的位置在承德市的中心，商業街很繁華買東西逛街很方便。房間乾淨明亮大窗心情好浴室和衞生間是分開的，床是軟硬適中的非常舒服。早餐品種很多味道可口節假日人很多。酒店離“避暑山莊”麗正門打車幾分鐘，起步價搞定。“去其他幾個景區開車也方便。

來承德，住天寶假日酒店，一定不會讓您失望！這裡有着性價比超高的硬件設施：房間寬敞舒適，衞生乾淨。不僅如此，最讓我們滿意的是他們的服務。這裏特別要感謝小劉和小於送來的香甜可口的銀耳湯，還有富有愛心的小發夾（女兒特別喜歡），洗衣液。下次來承德，還會選擇天寶。五星好評，祝酒店一路長虹！

酒店位置很好，當地人説是市中心了，出門坐車也挺方便。離吃飯的新乾隆和太子宴非常近！酒店早餐不錯，衞生乾淨，承德早晚温差還是挺大的，昨天回來有點着涼，酒店還送來了熱乎乎的銀耳羹，感謝酒店工作人員小潘和劉麗，還有雅茹,海嬌。下次去承德還會選擇這住的👍

給安排了1.35m的雙床房，對於帶孩子的家庭太友好了。酒店有免費停車場，入住時登記車牌號就行，位置很猶豫，像是鬧市。停車最好停地面，地下車庫的門十分小，車技不好的別挑戰了。客房服務員陳立敏大姐，晚上還送來銀耳湯，太温馨了。
