Convenient location, 15mins away by bus from Gatwick South Terminal. Quiet and comfortable stay with soft and clean bed.

Honestly I was disappointed. It wasn’t walkable from the airport as I was led to believe by the website. The pillows weren’t comfortable and the walls were thin and porous.

酒店除了便宜點 離機場巴士也要十來分鐘的樣子 5英鎊 其他衞生很差 房間確實不太乾淨 樓下餐廳22:00關門 我到的晚 排隊排了很久 不過啤酒不錯 周邊沒有吃的 前台辦理入住 退房都很快也是優點 其他看圖片吧.

酒店距離倫敦蓋特維克機場駕車大約15分鐘,有酒店巴士的送機服務,單程5磅,房間大小適中,酒店早餐還可以,整體還算可以。

The hotel had a great room, bed, and breakfast. I slept well and enjoyed my stay. But, the shuttle bus mentioned in the website runs at times only every 45 minutes. It is a 20 minute ride to the hotel. I just missed one bus watching it drive past 6 minutes late . Meaning if I waited for the next shuttle it was nearly 70 + minutes to get to the hotel. I decided to opt for an Uber at £22. As it was cold and rainy. There unfortunately is little seating inside Gatwick airport to wait and the bus stop is a walk from the terminal. The next day I tried to order an Uber to the car hire and it appears the location of the hotel does not have many Ubers around it and took 25 minutes to get one. I am informed the shuttle to the airport is quicker as it is the first drop off, I was also offered by reception to call a local taxi after the delay. I would stay here again bearing in mind the transport limitations. I did explain to the hotel reception that my expectation was a more frequent bus service and more transparency on the hotel web page including the details of the bus service would have been beneficial in deciding to book or not. Most other hotels in Gatwick were being serviced at 15 minute intervals. I was told management would be told but I did not hear from anyone.

Room was compact but newly renovated to a high standard. Fully tiled bathroom with large shower. Very comfortable bed. Large wall hung tv. 10 min £10 return shuttle bus to hotel that only comes every 30 mins was the only negative. And soundproofing in my room wasn’t that good so bring earplugs for the planes flying over..Paid £107 so thought it was excellent value for money despite the negatives mentioned.

Went there for my birthday and had a fantastic time with my family. the food and drink was excellent and the rooms are very clean and modern and the staff was very good and smart ,.......................................................

This newer hotel was a welcome retreat after three weeks of travel and staying in various types of properties. We were welcomed with an early check-in and found the room clean and comfortable. There doesn't seem to be anything much around the hotel if you don't have a car but we were happy to relax and enjoy the facilities provided. We had three meals in the restaurant which were well presented, well priced and most of all, delicious. Shuttle bus (fee) to and from the airport was also very convenient.

smells bad in the corridors and in the rooms. friendly reception at the reception. but an incredibly long waiting time for waiters and serving in the test room/pub. bad air in the rooms. and air conditioning cannot be set. probably won't choose this place again. disappointing

I spent £40 on taxis to and from this less than average hotel which was advertised as one of the closest to the airport. Room had a wet carpet and the ceiling and walls were paper thin.

I am a very frequent user of Radisson hotels across their whole range, so am familiar with what to expect from both Radisson and the ‘RED’ range, and unfortunately this just wasn’t good enough. The staff are very friendly, but the hotel in anywhere except the lobby looks quite tired. Unfortunately, we had to move rooms 3 times as our first room was flooded, and our second room stand of cigarette smoke (which it felt like the staff may have known as the door and windows were propped open when we arrived). Additionally, the sound proofing is not suffient for a hotel right next to a major international runway - while it’s not super loud, it definitely disturbed my sleep. Worth noting - as this is part of the Radisson RED range, there is no room service (it is click and collect), and the decor is quite quirky. Works for some people but personally I am not a fan. The food in the restaurant was nice and although slightly expensive, it was consistent with my expectations for a hotel restaurant (meal for two, one course + drinks was circa £40). Location - this is the real draw back for this hotel, it is on the wrong side of the airport, so despite being an airport focused hotel, it’s not walkable to get to departures. Therefore you either need to take a £15 taxi (for a 6 minute drive), or there is a shuttle which takes you to south terminal, you can then take a second shuttle to North terminal, this costs about £5 each. Given the price of this hotel is the same as competitor brands that are actually based within the airport grounds, I just didn’t feel this was good value for money, overall disappointed with the experience given it is a Radisson, and would not recommend or stay again.

Me and my sister got stuck and London and needed a place last min to stay so we stayed here. Great service nice and affordable! I would definitely stay here again and very close to Gatwick! The room was comfortable and had water and tea available and they were very helpful.
