Fabulous hotel with a great location and excellent facilities. The spa was very relaxing and tranquil and the breakfast was superb. Our suite was beautifully furnished with everything we could have wanted. The service was first class and all the staff were friendly and professional. My only suggestion would be a slightly broader menu and ensure all items are available especially as my wife is celiac and her choice was very restricted.

The entire team works together to create a memorable stay, making Nordelaia a top choice for anyone looking to relax in style. Highly recommended!

This boutique hotel in southern Piedmont was a great place to use for touring the region as well as nearby towns of Genoa and Sanremo. The front desk personnel were super friendly and helpful, recommending places to visit and great restaurants for lunch and dinner. Both Francesca and Ileana were so helpful and enthusiastic and need to be highlighted. We will definitely stay here if we return to the region.

I came to Nordelaia as a treat for my birthday with my partner. It was truly the most perfect way to spend our time. Everything from the amazing views, luxury spa facilities, delicious meals made with local produce and even more delicious regional wines made Nordelaia the ideal place to celebrate and relax. We dined both at Lorto and the Bistro, both of which were totally unique culinary experiences you must not leave without trying. The breakfast is also the best we’ve ever had! I would like thank all the kind and knowledgeable staff that made us feel so welcome, with special mention to the wonderful Marco, Alberto, Francesca at reception, Francesca from the spa and Luisa. This is a 10/10 resort that goes above and beyond & we will definitely be back!

A truly beautiful small hotel perched above a hilly landscape. Amazing architecture/restoration by the british « These White Walls »-team. Garden, view, pool and spa are unique and merit highest notes as do the breakfast and the receptionists. Slightly negative points: standard rooms are small and rather dark and you can hear every step/word spoken in the hallway. Matresse is hard and seems worn out (already ?). Dinner in Bistro left mixed feelings: the langoustine bisk pasta and the beef rib were excellent, the plim beef ravioli came with a too heavy meat sauce and the grilled Radicchio was clearly below standards: hardly chewable and drowned in unmatching breadcrumbs. And one really negative point: sustainability is high on here but why offering in-room water in aluminum cans? My advice: definitely to visit but treat yourself to a bigger room and check out the gastronomic L’Orto Restaurant.

This is really a beautiful new boutique hotel. It’s a great place to just relax and enjoy the Spa, pool and the grounds. But if you do want to venture out the concierge go out of their way to help you make reservations and plan tours. Their recommendations are good. All the restaurants they recommended were excellent. We especially loved La Curia restaurant at a near by town. They had organized a truffle hunt for us through El Valet. I highly recommend you have the hotel book for you. It os a unique experience that you won’t forget. El valet is a family run business on their private property you experience the truffle hunt and after have a delicious meal with truffles and good wine. Nordelaia’s Lounge has good food and is a great place to try out their wines from their vineyard. The Rose and Barbera is very good. It’s worth buying and you must buy it there as it’s not a wine you will find at a wine shop. And they are still working out shipping. The most impressive breakfast in Italy! I don’t normally eat breakfast but when you see their menu of cooked to order food it’s delicious! I had their eggs florentine, fresh juices and baked breads. It doesn’t get any better than that! The hotel is spotless; the rooms are beautiful and have amazing views. You do need a car, but you can walk to the town of Cremolini. It’s a nice walk through a wooded area. Parking is easy and on premise. They offer wine tours of their vineyard and Casa Wallace vineyard is close by. Overall I think this hotel is a great deal. It’s more a 5 star property than 4. It has great facilities, great restaurants and excellent service!
