An absolute gem! This is a pub, restaurant and hotel with personality, not just with the decor, but also with the team and restaurant food. Enough fancy to feel special and comfortable. Our bedroom was lovely and clean with a large comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. It was light and bright with fresh coffee and tea facilities. We enjoyed an evening meal and breakfast. The food was fresh, delicious, and like the Crooked Swan creatively comfortable. The team were welcoming and friendly. A lovely location right in the heart of Crewkerne. A wonderful stay. Thank you!

We only ate at The Crooked Swan and the food was superb. We often struggle to find vegetarian food for my wife which is not too spicy hot and being omnivore its alway easy for me to find a good menu. Both vegetarian meals we chose were superb; tasty, filling, inovative and well balanced - compliments to the chef! As for the sticky toffee pudding - well that was the best I have eaten and that's many! Carrie and Wayne.

Excellent service and lovely quirky rooms with lots of detail and character. Small courtyard out the back. Large cooked breakfast. Special thanks to Jess who very patiently processed changes to our booking for multiple rooms as we were attending a family wedding nearby. The hotel doesn’t have parking but there is low price public parking close by. Crewkerne is a lovely small town with lots of character. Would recommend a stay here. We didn’t have an evening meal but if it’s like the rest of our stay, I expect it would be to a high standard.

I had the immense pleasure of staying in room 3 at The Crooked Swan for 2 nights, and I can say without a doubt that it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the owners and staff made me feel like I was in a home away from home.

Absolutely superb stay at the Crooked Swan. We went for a party which was held in their ballroom which was a magnificent space and the bar staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The food was exceptional. The rooms were large and beautifully decorated in every sense. Will go back for sure!

We were specifically looking for a place that offered a luxurious bathroom as well as great accommodation and we were not disappointed. The bathroom itself was amazing, offering a generously sized, centrally positioned bath along with a voluminous shower space behind it. The room was pleasing with attractive bespoke furnishings and bed. Dining there was pleasant with attentive staff and an appealing dinner menu offering an unpretentious bill of fare. The staff at breakfast the next day were also particularly helpful. All in all highly recommended.

This was our second stay here , the rooms are beautiful and service is second to none from all staff (housekeeping, bar staff , management and chefs) we got engaged while staying and Meghan and the team treated us like family and celebrated with us and made us feel so special.We have already booked up for our Xmas stay there and can’t wait

What a gem we discovered, wonderfully decorated with big free standing bath, big room tastefully decorated and quiet despite the fact it’s in a busy pub. The restaurant was wonderful with fabulous food and excellent staff, what I found the most unique was the staff who were like a family, they extended such great professional service beyond most 5 star hotels, we stayed 3 days and will be returning. Highly reccomend

Ate dinner here on Friday night. All a bit ramshackle - chairs uncomfortable, glasses were dirty, tables sticky and a strange waft of cabbage in the air. Waitress while polite, was not particularly knowledgeable about the menu. But get this, the food was really quite good - very tasty and well presented. Service good too. With a little bit of love and attention this place could really be quite good.
