Excellent stay with overwater villas and equipped microwave for self cooking. Brand new property and cosy bed. Well worth the money on the way between Queenstown and Christchurch!

Pros: 1) New Hotel 2) Rooms are clean 3) Have bathtubs and massage function 4) Have micro oven Cons: 1) Far away from supermarkets 2) Need to climb upstairs

They have this policy of no loud music after 10pm but sadly our first night the people who stay on the buttom room bought their own speaker and turn on loud, beating music even after midnight. We called the reception at 11pm which they responded but the people just turn down the music and turn it on again after they left. Overall, Good location as Dunstan lake is nearby, Worth the money and the have a good view.

Requested late check in at 9pm and requested a car space reserved for our stay. However, someone has parked (2 cars) in front of the house. No signage indicated that the hotel noticed our request. We were travelling with 2 young kids and arrived late at night. We spoke to the housekeeper in the morning at check out time , and we need 20 more minutes for packing up and bringing down luggage from 2/F. After 20 mins, we checked out at reception desk and the lady (Manager) requested us to paid for an hour late check out fee.(NZD 35 per hour) I told the her I was not aware of an hourly rate of late check out fee. She said it was on our website?? But I booked it through Trip.com, which never mentioned. She said she tried to contact me with the number of +44.....? I said that is not my number, and that was trip.com office number, I guess? That was very improfessional and inconsiderate. Not a happy experience.

酒店在瓦納卡去皇后鎮的路上，在Lake Dunstan的西岸，周圍葡萄園遍佈，酒莊一個接一個，湖對面就是大名鼎鼎的cloud bay。酒店式聯排別墅模式，一個門洞上下樓4户，非常乾淨，兩個單人床都非常大，房間陽臺中間有一個人工湖很漂亮。房間只有微波爐，沒有廚房不能做飯。晚飯是在酒店的餐廳吃的。味道很好，但是這份菜收了我90多新幣，是不是收錯了？如果收對了，那這道菜確實挺貴的。總之這是一個好地方，克羅威爾鎮，我覺得比瓦納卡還好玩，周邊可以採摘櫻桃等等。

房間很大，風景優美，人們友善且有耐心

三床房一晚，行李要搬上二樓，C 房與B房共用一條很窄樓梯，隔音差，冷氣機噪音大，影響睡眠，厠所浴室大，但係沒有枱面放洗面用品和衣物，花灑頭漏水，出水不穩定，時大時細，網上資訊不足，星期日沒有紐幣$20自助早餐，不會再住，唯一酒店餐廳食物質素不錯，可以一試!

雖然位置離鎮上有點距離。但是對於自駕的人來説。還是很方便的，開車到鎮上也就五到十分鐘。水果上，小鎮上有兩個很大的超市。去超市買了點冷餐食物，自己在房間裏面對着湖邊吃很舒服，房間是湖景房，景色非常美。可惜房間只有餐盤沒有廚具，有廚具就更完美了

房間很大，就是新西蘭的山太多了，租車建議租大一點的車，不然開山路太飄了！其他沒毛病，酒店能看到雪山，好評！ 酒店reception旁有個餐廳，我們到的比較晚，是附近唯一開的餐廳了…好在吃的不錯，價格也不錯。整體來説，很適合清閑度假，趕時間的肯定不能選這兒，這兒主打一個放空消遣
