Ulasan HENGLI HOTEL

It was our first time to Suzhou, and we chose to stay in hengli hotel. The first impression was impressive, luxurious lobby and beautiful design. We kind of love the environment here. There is one hotel manager assigned to service us, I remembered her name is 冠玉冰. I must give a thumbs up to her services, she answered most of our enquiry and always check with us if we need any assistance daily. Our room view is stunning! We enjoyed seeing the sunset everyday. Definitely will come back to stay here again.

Hengli is truly a definition of a 5 star hotel. In every aspect, the service, facilities, location, housekeeping and extra services provided we are truly happy with the exceptional quality provided. Right from the time we arrived, during our stay and checking out, the experience was excellent. The sunset view and the laser show from our 38th floor room were also some of the highlights. Thank you for the fresh fruits and porridge during our stay, it was really thoughtful. We truly enjoyed our weekend stay here. This will one of those truly memorable place where we will reflect with fondness.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was spotless, and the facilities couldn’t be better. What really made our stay special was the incredible service. The staff was super friendly and always helpful, but Cheng Shihan stood out the most. She took such great care of us throughout our stay, always making sure we had everything we needed. That made all the difference! Highly recommend this hotel, and we’ll definitely be back!

This hotel became my favorite two years ago. It is modern as well as the facilities. Excellent service and excellent breakfast. Highly recommended.

I can’t have the words to describe how friendly and helpful the persons who work there are (from the lobby until the cleaning lady) Such a nice stay. The room was so very clean, the bed was amazing and the gym/pool area was more than 5 star hotel. What a new, and chic hotel is. I will for sure be back. Thank you so much.

Good for traveler, not close to Suzhou center but near outlets

Amazing hotel, service is very good you get your own personal housekeeper who can arrange everything, mine was Zhang xiangting very nice.

An established hotel with great service from all staff, with special mention to Kobe. We were given the room on the 38th floor with an amazing lake view 😍 Love the use of technology. The toilet seat is automatic which makes it more hygienic. Some things are also delivered by a robot. My girl had fun in the bathtub and loved the free soft toys. Gym is huge. Hotel breakfast also has a wide variety. There was even free fruit platter and green bean soup for supper 👍🏻 A lovely stay and highly recommended!

今年春節帶爸媽入住了蘇州灣恆力大酒店，總體印象特別好，無論硬件還是軟件都沒話説。這次訂的湖景房，房間設施齊全，空調温度很適宜，住得很舒服。酒店每天還會贈送水果和晚安粥，非常細緻！每天晚上我們在房間裏就能看到對面的蘇州灣音樂噴泉，以及酒店燃放的煙花🎆 酒店的自助早餐、晚餐以及中餐廳都很不錯，環境贊，菜品多，口味佳！ 這次訂了2個房間，一共住了3個晚上，爸媽都很滿意，幸好全程都有管家子璇的噓寒問暖以及熱情周到的服務，非常感謝🙏🏻

這次入住恆力大酒店，整體感覺都不錯，從入住到退房，前台的小哥哥温和細雨的。私人管家程詩涵各個方面服務都很周到，送來了我要的乳膠枕，還有晚安粥和牛奶。點外賣也很方便，可愛的機器人幫你送到門口，下次到蘇州灣還會入住的！
