Ulasan Tierra Viva Cusco Centro

This hotel is centrally located within walking distance to the markets & main plaza. The beds are comfortable. Rooms with king bed are small. The courtyard is nice. The breakfast was average to below average. The internet is free but intermittent at best. There is a nightclub nearby which plays loud music until 3:30am which makes it really difficult to sleep. The reason I'm giving this hotel a 3 star is because of the excellent service we received from Oscar Silva Casafranca. He was courteous, efficient and always pleasant & smiling. He helped with our baggage & was quick to answer any questions or queries we had. He's a huge asset to this hotel.

沒毛病的品牌連鎖酒店，這是續住。隨時有熱水、免費飲料。

不錯，有浴池，有水暖片。設計的也很有新意。窗户是雙層的，雖然臨近馬路，但是隔音挺好的，晚上睡覺很舒適。

服務態度熱情周到，第二次入住

We booked one Friday night and there was music playing probably from one of the restaurants or bars nearby but you could just hear it through the walls until 1am. Also it was our first night in Cusco after staying mostly in Ollantaytambo and the room 108 was small, tight and stuffy. It was getting a bit harder to breathe but we couldn’t even open the windows because of the way it was structured. It wasn’t as bad as we needed oxygen but it was hard to sleep having to take deep breaths and a room that feels like there is barely any ventilation. We had to step outside to get some air for some time. Location, I guess is good for being nearby the Cusco center. The room was maintained clean but other than that, the space was tight, barely had room for our luggages and barely had any air to breathe. Please fix those windows.

The staff was great and so helpful during my stay. They also let me keep my luggage there overnight while I went to see Machu Picchu.

I liked its location (3 or 4 blocks from the main square). The facilities were very nice. My bedroom was big, clean and quiet. The washroom was also clean. Breakfast was very good with various options. The employees were very friendly and polite. This hotel will be my first option to stay in my next trip to Cusco.

Perfect spot with plenty of shops and food around. Nice ammenities and very friendly and helpful staff.

The people at the front desk were extremely helpful. A gentleman at the front desk named Wilson was especially helpful. He helped me contact an organization that I could not reach by phone. Wilson was first-rate!

The reception staff very nice and helpful The hotel's door was closed. It was heavy rain outside she let us were waiting in the lobby at 3 am in he morning for tour guide to pick us up. She kept watching the mini van apoarching to the hotel in the monitor Many thanks to her and all other staff The hotel location is excellent. The room is clean and quiet. I will stay this hotel on my next trip
