酒店古色古香，可惜我起床晚了沒吃到酒店的早餐，服務員不錯，我住在二樓。海拔有點高，化粧品瓶子鼓鼓的！

酒店很大，各種房間能滿足各種需求和選擇，環境非常的温馨，服務非常好。公共空間非常的漂亮，早飯也非常棒。

這家酒店不能提前入住，這點不如我住的另外一家他們會讓我提前入住，這家位置在市中心，不過我覺得一般吧這個價格，房間很差的

酒店離廣場非常近，出行購物都很方便，酒店比較老，有些設施比較陳舊，但與此價格來説，也衹能這樣了

Hotel on the center of town close to the bars and disco area. Walking distance to all the tourist sites of old town Cusco. Stayed 2 nights with friends. Both rooms were ok but the noise from outside could be heard all night. Breakfast was ok nothing to say about it. What could be improved is the details and cleanliness. Service was nice.

Hotel is in a perfect location, near to main square and shops, well-maintained, clean rooms, rooms with the correct space, the lobby is a beautiful place where one can admire the colonial balconies, with a coca maté available at all times during day and night, and breakfast was great. No problems with anything, definitely i will choose again. Also really helpful and friendly staff, special mention to Juan Pablo for his help during our stay.

Great place to stay for a few days. Trustworthy. Clean. Excellent room service. Front desk staff are great and speak pretty good English. I found Johana and the rest of them very kind and helpful to travelers.

It's a standard hotel, but in fantastic location, good breakfast, hot shower and perfectly comfortable. It has great character throughout set within an old building with great courtyards. For the budget I couldn't have asked for more

Hotel was great in terms of services and location, but it is a budget hotel with limited breakfast and expect an basic room. Ours had some smelly plumbing. But again, the services were great and staff was very friendly. Great hotel if you’re on a budget.

I was looking for a way to avoid being in a packed hostel during the pandemic, and this hotel was perfect for me. Notable features: 1) 24-hour check-in/check-out (great for when you have to leave very early for a hiking trip) 2) Included breakfast (while I was there it was just a simple breakfast of bread, sliced cheese, sliced meat, and fruit, which was fine for a relatively short stay. If you're there for longer, you might try local restaurants nearby some days since they're not expensive). 3) Private bathroom 4) Fantastic location near the Plaza de Armas (so you can come back in the middle of the day to use the wifi if needed). 5) Helpful and friendly receptionists. I'd recommend bringing earplugs since (depending on the room) street noise can be a bit loud or sound might echo from the common area. However, when balancing the amenities with the price, the overall value is fantastic.

Un hotel muy apasible, lo que mas me gusto fue la cercania a todo. El personal siempre atento y presto a ayudar en todas la necesidades que se pueda tener sobre todo la srita Jackelin de la recepcion quien con sus conocimientos de la historia de esta ciudad ayuda bastante.... me encanto todo!

Excelente ubicación, a una cuadra de la plaza, restaurantes y cafeterías, camas cómodas para un cuerpo cansado, el único detalle fue que las sábanas parecían no estiras al hacer las camas, ya que cuando llegaba a dormir las camas estaban hechas, pero al acostarme las sábanas estaban todas arrugadas, eso fue un poco molesto para mi, lo demás nada que decir, tienen también servicio de lavandería.

Quisiera expresar mi profunda insatisfacción con respecto a mi reciente estancia en su hotel. Lamentablemente, mi experiencia no estuvo a la altura de mis expectativas y me siento obligado/a a compartir los detalles de lo que ocurrió durante mi tiempo allí. Desde el momento en que llegué al hotel, noté que varios detalles que esperaba no se cumplieron. Las habitaciones sucias, servicios no disponibles, falta de comodidades. Sin embargo, lo más preocupante de mi estancia fue el comportamiento del encargado, cuyo nombre lamentablemente desconozco.
