I made a reservation for a partial sea-view family room for five nights following my wife's eight-night stay. We were downgraded to a room without a view, despite my booking confirmation clearly indicating a partial sea view. The hotel claimed no such rooms were available. Furthermore, for a significant portion of our stay, we lacked hot water for showers, a fact confirmed by the reception staff. I contacted Trip.com to report this unfair treatment and apparent misrepresentation. Only after this intervention were we provided with the correct room and hot water service. I do not recommend this hotel. I saw their concierge help all guests of other races but refused to help me with my 6 pieces of large luggage. This hotel has treated us differently because of our race, and furthermore, the lack of proper ventilation, closed windows, and crowded breakfast room created a significant health risk, posing a potential medical emergency. Consequently, we avoided breakfast following my illness after my third visit. I paid for a different hotel and will be staying there moving forward.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was acceptable. One of the property’s best features was its beachfront location, which made it easy for us to enjoy a day at the beach.

This is a budget-friendly hotel right on the beach. The bed was soft and comfortable. The breakfast didn’t have a lot of options. The rooftop pool is cool and has a nice view, which is a plus. However, there was a strong smell coming from the bathroom drains that was quite off-putting. On the positive side, the bedding, linens, and towels were clean. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re on a budget for a short stay and want a great view.

Location is amazing as in facing the sea. . ten steps and ur on the seashore already. Some.people are playing.volleyball in the morning. Pool upstairs is great too. Price is thr cheapest in the area. Dont expect a five star room tho. Decent and always fully booked. Staff Ms.Minh is pretty and helpful. Will come back in future.

Far from all the attractions and from the place where the center of beach recreation is. Nearby is a bus stop. Breakfast is so-so.

The rooms are good and furnished with all basic amenities. The best part of the hotel is the roof top pool and the close proximity to the beach. Breakfast is served early (6-9:30am) not ideal for travellers who check-in in the early ours of the morning because you’ll miss breakfast. The breakfast is mostly local food but it tastes good. We had an issue with the room that we were put in, we booked a room with partial sea view but we’re not placed in the correct room but later we were placed in the room. The front desk staff and cleaners are friendly and helpful but the concierge did not help us with our bags which was unfortunate especially since we had a lot of luggage.

Arrived here did not like location as nothing in walking distance. Room very basic but clean and tidy as it should it was just old furniture but good for a one or maybe to night stay. Staff seemed very nice. We decided when we got there not to stay the night and went on to Hoi An instead Nothing to do with the Hotel it was our choice. Any one staying there will think it’s clean and friendly staff just not my cuppa tea on the location it’s a wee bit out of town

The kind reception staff were so helpful. The room was new and well maintained, and very clean and comfortable. I will be back.

I checked in put my stuff in room came nipped to local shop came back about half hour later I had 2 grand hidden under bed I know it stupid but anyway checked my money and 7 hundred pounds was missing I went to reception they wouldn't show me security cameras and virtually laughed in my face and said I must of dropped it somewhere. Every time I saw a certain employee he just grinned at me be very careful or don't book here

Our stay at De Lamur in Danang was okay, but we had an unpleasant start. When we entered the room, we were met by a huge cockroach. Instead of resting, we had to spend time getting rid of it. Later, another cockroach appeared, which was not a great experience. Otherwise, the hotel was fine, but this situation definitely left a negative impression.

Hotel is right at the beach, just a few steps away. Room is clean, and staff is very friendly.
