They sell rooms in Agoda and I booked 1 night there. Then when I checked in, they said they don’t work with Agoda and didn’t receive any payment of my booking so I had to pay again to get the room. When I got charged by Agoda for my booking, I told them as they promised to make my payment refunded if Agoda actually charged me for my booking. Unfortunately, they kept telling me they would check with Agoda for my booking but it has been 2 weeks and there’s still nothing from them. If they don’t work with Agoda, why do they still listed it on the platform and make guests like me so much inconvenience??? The room is nice but not well maintained and lack of amenities. The dorm seems not to be taken care of for a long time. So please message them directly before making any booking on any platform!!!
