It's the only branded hotel located in Bana Hills. Staying a night above is definitely worth it. Because in the morning there will be 3 cable car times only for hotel guests, so go take photos at the Golden Bridge. There won't be as many people as there are normally. One of the highlights of our stay was experiencing the nightlife at Ba Na Hills. The area is beautifully lit up at night. This is my honey moon, thanks hotel decoration🙏 Love It. 🥰

Love it so much I had a very great time there I had so much fun and so much more activities to do than the tourist that doesn’t stay overnight. A lot less people at night you can get some great pictures

Hotel charges 59k vnd for a bottle of water which is kinda ridiculous considering the premium you pay just to stay here because of the mandatory charges of cable cars and etc. They are the only hotel on Bana hills so you have no choice but to pay for necessities such as bottled water lol... We booked a king premier room but got "upgraded" to Deluxe but deluxe room is on the 4th floor, lift only goes to 3rd floor and we have to lug our huge suitcase up by ourselves . Upok entering the "upgraded deluxe room" I don't see any difference between the room we booked and the supposedly free upgrade.... Also this hotel doesn't have basic medicine like paracetamol or Tylenol for purchase and when the cable car is closed there is absolutely no way to get anything .... This location is very busy with improper check in lines so you might find yourself waiting a long time just to check in.. however the scenic views are breathtaking, just filled with annoying tourists with kids that are uncultured that allow their kids to pee anywhere zzzz Overall amenities 5/5, good theme park with affordable games and even free arcade, but can't believe they charging for bottled water lol

The view is nice .. is a must to stay when u busy bana hill … the weather is cool but at night quite cold …

Good in overall. During day time, it was so crowded so the staff cannot take care of the guests fully. Checking in process took too long time. Foods here were a bit disappointing. Dinner buffet and breakfast were not good enough. Some points lacked of staff.

Not up to the standard and it was okay..Not worth the price. Breakfast was good and it was overly crowded. Nevertheless still enjoyed it

When I arrived in Da Nang the place that I want to go is Ba Na Hills and I want to explore all it's beautiful places. I searching for hotel and I saw that the Mercure French Village Hotel then I booked it for not thinking anything. The hotel location , cleanliness and staffs are wooo!!!!the best of the best. They help me to carry of all my belongings.

The weather is good, suitable for relaxing. During breakfast, the kitchen staff in front provide good service.

The service is top , special cable car route for in-house guest so you just void from the crowded tourist , the hotel staff will help you from the check in lobby from down to get up cable car and once reach the mountain another will handle from there and lead you to hotel reception for room key . For in house guest you also may take the earliest cable car to golden bridge in 6am. Even thought the weather during my stay was not perfect ( raining and can’t see the view) but I love this place and would like to visit here again in another season . Highly recommend family to come , at least stay one night .

Nice for new experience.. The location is great on top of the mountains.. we got a room same at check in building so don’t need to walk long ( they have about 7 buildings 😱). Check in same time with another hotel at 2 pm but check out your need to do early at 10:30 am 😅 anyway I need to check out before 2 pm because I have online exam so I ask them they so nice help me to check in early by to be Accor member (hotel company if you a member you can get discount and early check in) Only thing I don’t like is too much people here.. they don’t have time to talk to you for explain anything.. if it’s possible you should come and stay here 1 night enjoy your time .. at night and early morning only guess.. but after 9 am .. OMG 😱

Amazing location on top of the mountain with a stunning scenery. Just only one hotel up here, Mercure hotel, then you no need going anywhere else since there is a lot of corners, and spots for you to discover and check this amazing place out. Totally enough for only a night! Then you won’t be turned down, worth your money!

Amazing service, the room is spacious and clean. This place has everything you need. Highly recommend to stay here if you want to spend time at Sunworld BaNa Hill.
