다낭와서 처음 묵은 호텔인데, 리셉션부터 친절했고
12층 사우나 및 수영장도 마음껏 쓸 수 있어서 좋았습니다.
다소 저렴하기 때문에 꽤 합리적으로 즐길 수 있어서 좋았습니다.
가성비가 좋아요.
조식도 물론 좋았습니다. 식사에 커피까지 완벽.

깨끗하고 아침 조식도 좋고, 해변과 가까우며, 시내도 가깝습니다. 직원도 친절하였고 주변 환경도 너무 좋았습니다

3년전 코로나 이전 방문했을때 그래도 .가성비 참 괜찮다 생각했는데 직원들. 영어못하고 이호텔은 베트남 인 전용호텔 아주 시끄럽고 최악입니다 친구류도 이주 더러워서 2틀 숙박 예약 했지만 하루 숙박하고 호텔. 옮겼슴니디

가격대비 나쁘지 않아요. 최근에 리모델링 한거 같네요.
위치도 미케비치, 한시장 중간이라 좋구요. 다음에 다낭오면 다시 한번 예약할 용의있습니다.

#1 My wife is diabetic so we had to bring insulin pen all the time. Since they only have chillers in their room we had to ask ice for our insulated bottle to keep my wife’s insulin and sadly we were denied. What kind of service is that? Will never go back in this hotel. #2 upon check in i noticed the toilet seat dirty. The next day o requested to make up the room and clean the bathroom properly. As soon as we got back, dirt was still there. Very poor sanitation 👎🏽

I strongly discourage staying at this hotel. The staff rarely smiled and struggled with English. Despite having a pool bar, there was no one available to serve guests. Additionally, they would turn off the air conditioner when guests left their rooms. The refrigerator failed to keep drinks cool, despite us reporting the issue twice. The room walls were so thin that we could hear everything, and the elevator dinged throughout the night. Their buffet breakfast did not cater to Western tastes, and they even ran out of cereal, we had to eat elsewhere everyday. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.”

Positive : Clean Room Friendly staff Breakfast was honest (but the music a bit loud) Close to vincom center Negative : Cleaning staff was noisy at 7.45am by my room and woke me up (not everybody go to bed at 9pm and some want a late morning) Gym is everything but a gym. (I think they should do something else with it....)

The good - The staff were so friendly and helpful, allowed us to extend our stay with ease as me and my partner got ill. They offer scooter rental, close by to some shops, good pool and they also have a spa but never seemed to be being used. They were accommodating for us during the typhoon, offering us dinner inside the hotel and brought to our room. Bed was comfy and bathroom very clean also. Wifi was fantastic. Great air-con too. Disliked · When we booked it was stated it was a buffet breakfast, this turned out to be a la carte instead with very limited options and you must order the night before, which isn't too much of a problem but also some mis-communication. We were told one morning breakfast would be brought to our room at 7am and it never showed up, when we went up to the top floor for breakfast it was served cold. Also, the air con didn't seem to work in the breakfast area so you're boiling hot whilst sat up there. Windows were also broken and wouldn't open until the typhoon somehow knocked it open so we were able to open it slightly. We left the "please clean our room" sign on the door at around midday and went out and it wasn't done when we got back hours later even though the hotel was deserted.

Hotelzimmer ist modern und normal ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut und auch die Roof-Top-Terrasse mit Pool ist schön. Viele sehr laute Chinesen (kommen mit Bustouren), kostenloses Wasser (das dann bei Abreise doch nicht kostenlos ist) und ein schlechtes Frühstücksbuffet haben unsere Euphorie gebremst.
