The room was clean and comfortable, and the sea view was excellently amazing. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's amenities, like the fitness center and pool, were well-maintained with the fantastic views.

It is a Very nice hotel. Very Clean.......good service, they delivered iron with table within 5 minutes of calling for it. The hotel is Conveniently located with eateries and small grocery store around it. Excellent buffer breakfast with choice of local as well at western cuisine, fruit bar, salad bar and live counters.. Cosy coffee shop that serves excellent coconut coffee. The spa is great offers free sauna with room. Overall a very nice experience and polite staff. 😊

The hotel was very beautiful! Love the hotel design and also room design! Had the bath tub and it was so comfy! The view from the room was great too!

This was the hotel where there was an error on description on trip.com there should have been a bath tub but there wasn’t . I ended up paying for an upgraded room with bathtub (I would not get the basic room unless you just want to be by the beach). It took forever and they never offered it to be complimentary. Trip.com paid for the difference . My big issue was how much time the hotel staff took (I paid for a 90 minute treatment at the spa and it still wasn’t handled by then). Paying the difference wasn’t a big deal for me but they didn’t offer me solutions - which was the issue and people on vacation value their time (especially if they are paying more for a 5 star hotel). If I didn’t pay for the upgraded room it would have never got handled. I wouldn’t consider this a 5 star class hotel (4 star maybe). The corner suites are nice so that is what I would get if I were coming here . The spa is really nice too. Most other people love it here so take my review with a slight grain of salt.

Nice location. Rooms were clean and the restaurant chef arranged for eggless bakery items on second day of my stay which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel should try to include more international food as well as it should have more options for vegetarians which means NO eggs as well.

It always feeling to be serve the best by this hotel brand as my first experience with this brand is at Phu Quoc. This time I stayed in Danang with my friend on his Birthday on first day check-in and the front office staff prepared him the quick cake and sent to his room. Such a nice birthday cake from 5-star hotel. 🤩🥳🥰

This trip I’m traveling with my friends, I booked a family room with sea view. Spacious room comfortable bed, all smiling staff, I like the pool bar, and breakfast I think it should be improved.

Room is small. Window blocked by voco. So i cancelled, paid more to stay in non nuoc - more breeezy, more view. Staff tried hard, but some of yr hardware is limited, price relatively high, what more can they do? You have a nice rooftop and pool. Free access for guest, fair. But You sell high price to guest who help your revenue. I Can't get the thinking behind. Yr staff can keep smiling smiling....

Location is ok but not as great as others in Da Nang. Service is a bit slowed and we missed out tour to Ba Na due to the lateness of checking in. There is a lot need to be done. Note - for club lounge booking, you are limited to 2 drinks at the lounge 😂😂😂😂

Great service. Despite not receiving my booking confirmation from trip.com, they fulfilled my special requests as the booking was for an anniversary. The ocean view room is worth it, waking up to the sunrise colours is a beautiful experience. The infinity pool area is great for lap swimming, chilling out and photos. There are welcome drinks on arrival and the air conditioned areas inside are very nice to work, relax or read in. Attention to detail is seen in the cleaning with perfectly polished tapware and table tops. Buffet breakfast has a wide variety of cooked Asian and western breakfast foods, salads, fruit, pastries, beverages, yoghurt and even soymilk is available. It can get busy but never feels overcrowded and attentive waitstaff ensure dirty plates are cleared and food is continuously topped up.

food is perfect, the chief chef control well , loation is good , very convenient to go around , staffs are nice , bell boys are good too.
