The environment here is great, like being in a forest. The hot springs are also really good, and the dinosaur park is very realistic. There's also a free shuttle bus, and the security here feels very safe.

Had a fantastic stay at Ebisu Onsen Resort! The hot springs were absolutely heavenly, and the grounds are huge and picturesque. Everything was flawless, I'm completely smitten with this hotel – I'll definitely be back, and for a longer visit next time!

I really loved both the hotel and its grounds. It's incredibly beautiful, nestled in the mountains, with butterflies flying around and birds singing. The hot springs are simply magical, offering total relaxation. The room had a very comfortable bed and a bathtub where you could fill it with mineral water. Of course, some parts of the park still have a Soviet-era feel... But the nature makes up for it, and we overlooked that. What I didn't like was that the staff in both the park and the hotel spoke very poor English, extremely poor.

The hotel has a large and pleasant area, and the room itself was quite beautiful and clean. However, after around 5 PM there is practically nowhere to go. Most places close, the lights are turned off, and the only option left is the restaurant. The restaurant has a rather limited menu, and personally I could not find anything that I really wanted to eat. In reality, the hotel feels like it operates only from the morning until about 5 PM. Considering its location, there are no other places nearby to go, so you end up staying in your room for the rest of the evening. Breakfast is served as a buffet. There is a good variety of food, but it still feels somewhat modest. There is almost no meat offered separately - only small pieces of meat intended for pho or pancakes. The most unpleasant part was related to the rooms. Most of the rooms were clearly empty during our stay - many of them were even open, and it was obvious that no one was staying there. There were quite a lot of available rooms. Despite this, we were not allowed to check in a little earlier, and we also could not arrange a slightly later check-out.

This hotel is nestled on a mountain over 700 meters high, and the entire property feels like a natural, giant internet cafe! The room was very clean, and the mosquito repellent essential oil was natural and smelled lovely. Opening the balcony door, you're greeted with readily accessible greenery, the gentle sound of flowing water, and the pleasant chirping of birds. At night, you can even hear the insects, making it feel like a trip back to childhood! The staff were very friendly, and the hotel's spa was quite good.

My GF and I recently stayed at Ebisu Onsen Resort and it was an absolute gem! Located conveniently near Da Nang, this resort offers the perfect escape without being too far from the city. The highlight is undoubtedly the authentic onsen experience - the hot spring baths were incredibly relaxing after days of exploring Da Nang's attractions. I appreciated the traditional Japanese bathing culture they've preserved here. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff members were attentive and genuinely friendly and even provided towels after our check-out.  Breakfast had was great and we enjoyed it, but options were limited due to low season.  What I loved most was the serene atmosphere - the resort feels like a peaceful sanctuary, yet you're only a short drive from Da Nang's beaches and city center. The garden areas are beautifully landscaped, perfect for evening strolls. There is also some facilities for children and their parents like a dinosaurs park and an aqua-park. There is also a birds park with peacocks, parrots and other birds. Excellent value for money and a unique experience in the Da Nang area. Highly recommend for anyone seeking relaxation or want to have a family trip.

We booked this hotel for two nights to visit the hot springs and the park where it's located. The hotel perfectly met our needs in terms of location, service, room category, and price. The staff are attentive (as they are in all hotels where we've stayed), and housekeeping is good, without needing reminders. Although it opened in 2014, the infrastructure is well-maintained for a four-star hotel.

Translation via Google. We had a rest with the family for 2 days. We did not expect that there would be a huge amusement park, a water park, and also a wonderful attitude of the staff. At night it is very quiet, only the sounds of insects. There is a choice of hot and cold springs. The prices in the cafe are reasonable, not higher than in Da Nang. I recommend visiting.

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed in On top of the mountain with the golden hand bridge and it was a beautiful day you could see all the way down to the valley The breakfast was second to not absolutely great so many varieties The cable car ride up to the hotel was beautiful. Everything was laid out pretty nice. My wife said castles are for real. She thought it was just a fairytale. 🤗🤟🏼

This hotel is great and use of the waterpark and hot springs and dinosaur park and gardens it really is amazing would stay again would be great with kids or grandkids, so much to see would stay for 4 nights next time 2 not enough. So much beauty and fun, staff could learn more English or is more Vietnamese but it’s fabulous

A fantastic mountain getaway! Perfect for a family getaway. We stayed at the Ebisu Onsen Resort and absolutely loved it! Grounds and Location: The hotel's location is incredible, right in the middle of the mountains. The views are simply stunning! The grounds are vast, and the park itself is beautiful and well-maintained. It's the perfect balance: whether you want to bathe in the hot springs and pools or just stroll and enjoy nature. Check-in: A special thank you to the staff for their hospitality. We arrived at 11:00 AM, even though official check-in isn't until 2:00 PM. We were checked in right away, without any extra charges or tedious waiting, which was very nice after the long journey. Room: The room, although small, was very clean and cozy. The bed was a delight, incredibly soft; sleeping on it was like sleeping on a cloud! Upon check-in, we were greeted with a pleasant gift of welcome fruit, and water, tea, and coffee were always available in the room. Breakfast: The breakfasts here are beyond praise – delicious and varied. There was both meat and seafood. A huge plus for parents: I was with my two-year-old, and he had plenty to eat. I fed him excellent chicken soup, soft porridge, eggs, and fresh fruit. We'll definitely be back. A wonderful place to recharge and unwind from the hustle and bustle of the city! I highly recommend it.
