Great location, the villa was clean, nice privat pool, Great size villa. Service good Very central Will for sure stay there again Very nice water park in the hotel near by. Temple 10 minutes away.

Affordable price, I stayed with my kids in separate rooms, we can share a common area. Walks 10 mins to the beach, Grab is easily accessible. Will come again very soon

好近Terminal 21,一出門口已經有好多野食同幾間便利店，出面嗰間印度菜幾好食，服務員有一位男士好好人， 但唯獨是夜晚好多蚊，真係要自己買蚊香返嚟點，因為房間唔會提供，衛生一般，兩日先會執房一次，但如果想有自己私人泳池又近市區，可以諗諗

Убирались не каждый день, иногда просто приносили чистые полотенца. Очень удобно когда свой бассейн и можешь освежиться в любое время. А вот интернет ужасный, мне нужно было работать удаленно, висело всё, более менее было через телефон, причем в соседнем отеле друзья сказали тоже самое, ездили в коворкинг в ТЦ фестиваль работать. До пляжа пять минут ходьбы, рядом бары и магазины, но в виде почти не слышно и отдыхать совсем не мешает. Очень красивая территория. Приедем ещё, но без работы..

자주 가는곳 한달1번씩은 7월부터 묵었다.. 리셉션에 직원들이 10월.11월 바뀌더니 불친절하구 응대가 많이.부족하다...리셉션직원외에는 모두가 친절하다.관리를 많이 신경써야될것 같다. 나는 앞으로 이곳을 절대 가지 않을거다.미안하다. 수영장에서 죽은 쥐가 나왔지만 연락을해도 무응답이다. 미안하다는 말을 해야되는데....난 아무에게 듣지 못했다. 오히려 나에게 왜 방을 바꿔달라구 리셉션을 안왔냐는 말을한다.청소하는 직원들은 매우친절하다.반갑게 맞아주지만 그분들 때문에 그곳을 갈수는 없다. 태국에 자주 가지만 제일 불쾌한경험. 모든 연락은 라인만 가능하며 라인도 읽어두 답은 없다. 앞으로 깨끗 호텔이 되길 바란다. 쥐가 수영장에서 수영 못하는 그런곳

一間屬於芭堤雅比較罕有的pool villa酒店，酒店位於芭堤雅北部，附近亦有很多食店，亦有便利店，十分方便，而且酒店鄰近很多按摩店，亦是理想的消閒之選，酒店房間非常寬敞，有私家泳池，有浴缸，其他酒店設施欠奉，早餐是到酒店附屬的印度餐廳享用，但款式不多，可以一試。

Der Service war sehr gut und freundlich. Die Einrichtung in der Villa entsprach einer Standard Einrichtung. Das Frühstück war okay. Die Lage war sehr gut und mehrere Restaurants und Bars waren zu Fuß erreichbar.

태국에 가족여행으로 방콕과 파타야을 여행하게 되었습니다. 방콕에서는 관광을 파타야에서 휴식을 목적으로 하여 풀빌라를 선택하게 되어 Villa Raya resort를 예약하게 되었습니다. 첫 태국여행으로 파타야의 수질상태 및 풀빌라의 상태를 걱정하였으나 생각보다 좋은 수질상태와 Resort의 깨끗한 환경에 만족할 수 있었습니다. 그리고 근거리에 터미널21 및 빅C 마트, 티파니, 알카자 공연장등이 있어 걸어서도 파타야 주변을 돌아볼 수 있었습니다. 해변도 가까워서 바다가 산책하기에도 좋았습니다. Villa Raya Resort덕분에 이번 태국여행 중 가족들이 가장 만족스러운 타파야 여행을 할 수 있었습니다.

住了兩次，位置不錯

We absolutely loved the place. We were 4 of us - me, my wife and kids 18,15. Its in a very quiet location walking distance from the beach. Not a very busy beach so it's good. We had booked a family double room which had 2 rooms each with an attached bathroom. There was a outdoor dining table and small outdoor kitchen next to the private pool. The experience was awesome. Kids loved it. They also provide floats. Rooms were neat and clean exactly like in the pictures. Staff is very courteous . Housekeeping is prompt. They have a restaurant attached and we ate there twice. Food was good and great for Indians as they have an Indian menu including vegetarian options. They also have Thai food . We had both Thai and Indian food and it was tasty. Breakfast had eggs , toast, fruits, juice, cornflakes, salads, some noodle dish. So pretty good and was included in the hotel price. We stayed for 3 nights. 2 days we stayed in 201. On Day 3 we had an issue where the power to our villa had a problem. they promptly moved us to an upgraded villa - 2A which was even bigger. Language is an issue with the housekeeping. They understand key words but difficult to converse. But you can go through the manager. We wanted a thai massage and they arranged for us in the room. Nice experience. Both me and my wife had a thai massage. We went to a shop just outside the resort for our Coral Island Tour and he did the booking for us. 24Holidays Co - just outside the resort - Anucha Jaisin. Our tour operator was Funny Tours and it Was a good experience. I really cannot find a fault with this resort. Would love to come back again. This place is away from the main hustle and bustle of Jomtein beach which has tons of hotels and restaurants. I found this place more serene and peaceful. The villa atmosphere is awesome. For folks coming from India, this is a good option especially with the restaurant serving indian food.

We had a nice stay here. The best part was defintely the private pool, which was clean and a decent size. The villa was spacious and had separate toilet, bathtub and shower areas, with pool access from the shower. There were some run down or dirty details, see pictures, but overall it was nice. Cleaning of the room has to be requested, which was not explained when checking in. On the first day we did not get cleaning, only clean towels and water bottles were left for us on the patio table. When we asked about it, they said that many guests had requested not to have claning on that day, so in order to get it we should have asked. This is quite an unusual policy and I feel that implementation of "Do not disturb/Please make up room" signs could be useful. On the following days we requested cleaning and got it, but no more water bottles or towel animals :) The area has many services and Terminal 21 and the beach road are at walking distance. Breakfast had a nice variety of items. We would consider staying here again, if in need of accommodation in this area, thanks to the private pool and relaxing atmosphere.

The matress was very Hard......and is in middle of a tree forest,have birds in night,they are very loud
