The nicest sleep I had in my trip here in this hotel .spacious room, looks new. At a very strategic location in the street with nice local and western cuisines. Waking distance to beautiful beach. Most importantly, the hotel rate is so worth! Good service, and nice sky bar with pool facing to sea.

Dear Chicland Team, It is my honor to share my experience in your hotel. I went to Đà Nẵng with my friends on my holiday from 28th April to 01st May. It was great to stayed in such a beautiful hotel like Chicland. The receptionist in charged on Night Shift on 28th & 29th May was really helpful. He was always be ready to support us, to talk and to share many things with us. The housekeepers was great and understand thoroughly the guest. The only thing that made me a bit felt inconvenient was lacking of bidet sprayer 🥹. Please let them as well as the other employees know that their efforts do not go unnoticed. Friendly room design with pleasant color tones. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Green space with infinity pool with beautiful view. The hotel is located in a convenient location and has convenient parking. Thank you hotel for supporting us enthusiastically.

At arrival, you served with welcome drinks and cold towel at check in. Our room is spacious with garden view and access to the garden through the sliding door. Bathroom filled with complimentary toiletries, a bath, a wet room and an automatic toilet seat (the fancy one with bidet). We had a super king size bed and it was SO COMFORTABLE. We took the advantage to upgraded to the all inclusive due to the rainy weather. And that’s was the best value ever. With the all inclusive, we had 2 x 60 minutes daily spa treatment. The use of the in-house Onsen hot spring. A good selection of cuisines at the restaurant and they all delicious. The staff at this hotel are ever so helpful and friendly. They always try their best to help. The mini bar filled daily with beers, soft drinks and water. They are happy to refill this at request. The pool and its view are stunning. Unlike any big hotel, we don’t feel being process here. We had an amazing stay. We will definitely stay again when we return to Da Nang.

we arrived at the property in the evening after a full day of sight seeing. The property were paid already through the app and we wanted to arrange a BBQ at our villa, i tried to inform the hotel to arrange the BBQ but they want to credit card confirmation before, I told the lady that I am travelling and not convenient to print out the authorization form. Then she told me that with the payment the accounting department will not allow them to but the necessary for the BBQ. All I wanted was a BBQ buy the pool for my family and friends of 8 and she was giving me a hard time. I paid 3 nights of the Villa and it is hard to imagine that the hotel will need payment for that. So at the end we end up ordering Grab food delivery. After we check in the hotel, I wanted to ask for more water as i like to drink a lot of hot tea. the Villa is for 8 people so i asked for 8 bottles of water, the lady on the phone said she will need to charge me for that. That is absolutely absurd and never heard of. So i ordered a case of water from Grab food delivery. My friends who were staying at the hotel room in the main building she told me that construction work was started at around 7 am and woke them up. Then the work stoppped in 30 min and star again in 15 min. That is totally not acceptable as the resort is meant to be relaxing and calming. The next morning we saw the manager and told him all the unusual things that we encountered, I feel that he was sincerely apologetic and tried to make up for the rest of our trip. I forgot his name but he came to visit us at the villa and i saw him every morning during the breakfast service. I feel that he is trying his best to help us th=o better our stay. The breakfast was very good indeed and we all enjoyed it. The drawback is that the river next to the villa is not so clean. There is not much activities to do at the villa except for the infinity pool. The wave at the beach was too strong for us to swim..... But the property is very close to the Marble Mountain (5 min walk) which is an added bonus. Overall the staff seems to be inexperience and try to rectify the problem after it have occur. They are not able to handle many hotel related issues as these are just very minor issues.

Mình tham gia tập huấn tại phòng hội thảo tầng 2: 1. Bên KS chuẩn bị không chu đáo từ máy chiếu đến loa máy, ... Màn chiếu thì kéo lên cao phải buộc dây chống tụt, loa máy để sẵn echo từ buổi nhậu nhẹt gì của khách buổi trước, chưa có chỉnh lại (dù đã đến giờ), nhân viên ra chuẩn bị rối rắm rồi đổ luôn đồ đạc làm bể kính bể tủ tùm lum 2. Khách thuê tập huấn /hội thảo mà nhân viên không ý tứ, ra vào gây ồn từ chuẩn bị tea break đến nói chuyện với nhau, nghe ĐT, để chuông ĐT, vv. Còn có cả bạn kia khuấy cf uống muỗng kêu leng keng trong khi khách đang hội thảo tập trung. 3. Hai cửa thang máy lâu lâu cứ mở ra (khách đi nhầm) do chung tường với phòng hội thảo, gây ảnh hưởng đến buổi học hành. 4. Ăn cơm thì có vài món cực mặn, ly bẩn không dám uống nước luôn. 5. Về ở thì mình chưa ở đây nhưng bạn mình từng ở, ổng phản ánh là đã đặt phòng nhưng giao nhầm phòng, không chuẩn bị sẵn, tối nhận phòng thì thiếu chăn thiếu gối vv.
