It's small but really cute and the location is just perfect. Very historic neighbourhood and close to both 例子吧 Station (metro through building), the mountain peak and all the sights in the other direction. People who say it's dirty, seem to have very high expectations. It's all perfectly fine and not disappointing at all compared to the pictures. I also really like that it's on a very high floor. The photo was our view. Also the shampoo is amazing, I've never had such beautiful hair before.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Chongqing, and my experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. I’m delighted to give it five stars, and here’s why: First, the staff demonstrated remarkable flexibility and understanding. I initially booked a room, but due to unexpected delays in Shanghai, I had to cancel at the last minute. It was close to 8 PM on the day of my scheduled stay, but after I provided evidence of my flight cancellation, they processed the refund promptly and without any hassle—a level of service that immediately set them apart. On my return to the US, I booked another stay here. In the rush of departure, I accidentally left my charger in the room. The hotel promptly messaged me, and, when I requested that they mail it to me, they sent it to the address I provided without delay. The charger arrived in less than a day, which was not only incredibly convenient but also a true lifesaver! The hotel itself is immaculately clean and very modern. My room was equipped with AI-powered features that made my stay exceptionally comfortable. I could control everything—from lights and the TV to the air purifier and humidifier—using voice commands, which was extremely convenient. The service was outstanding and personalized. The staff went above and beyond by arranging airport pick-up, providing a wake-up call, and ensuring seamless transportation back to the airport, which made my journey worry-free. Overall, this hotel delivered on every level, with attentive service, advanced amenities, and a commitment to guest satisfaction that left a lasting impression.

Futon is right in the middle of old XiaHaoLane, so it was convenient to many cafes, tea shops, and restaurants. The views of Chongqing are incredible from this side of the river. Breakfast was wonderful, and I chose the Chinese menu. Western breakfast is also available. There photos are true and I really enjoyed the feel and ambiance. The only thing you should be aware is that it’s about 100 meters from the main road and bus/metro stations, so if you have a large carryon you’ll need to walk up and down a few cobblestone stairs. Service of reception is exceptional, the lady sent us to our room upon check-in and give a lot of tips on what to do and what tourist trap to avoid. The view from the room is superb. The picture attached to this review is the actual view. Location wise the hotel is located in a cluster of restaurants, price is a bit towards of the higher side. However it is very easy to just catch taxi or didi (local uber) to get around. The only critiscm that I can think of is the speed of the elevator during peak hours as there are many guests and the elevator seems to be slow and cramped. Handy tips for the elevator during peak hours: go up with the elevator before going to the ground floor, or you will be waiting for a very long time.

It has been a most pleasant stay at this cozy and top-notched service homestay. The staff on duty, Mr Zhou (小周）has been most helpful, very friendly, patient and made us felt very welcomed there. His service is highly commendable. We enjoyed the stay there so much that we decided to extend our stay there for another night, even though we have booked another homestay for the following day. I will definitely choose to stay here again if I visit Chongqing Wulong again.

酒店很不錯，工作人員升級了房型，前台的美女們非常熱情，很有耐心，非常棒，酒店位置很好，就在解放碑旁邊，離解放碑就一個紅綠燈的距離，酒店有自助早餐，種類很多，很不錯，去哪裡都很方便走走就到，很不錯，酒店的裝修風格看着也很不錯，很大氣，點贊，客房阿姨也很親切，性價比不錯，點贊點贊點贊，好評！

Friendly and helpful staff. Remote ran out of battery and they were quick to offer assistance Toilet had a sewage smell although it looked and felt clean. However it wasn't too big of an issue because the smell does not spread to the room. Some of the sockets beside the bed were broken & not functional, but most of it still worked. Good location as it's right next to the bus terminal to go to the three bridges & fairy mountain. Easily accessible & a really short walk from Fairy Mountain Tourist Stop.

great atmosphere and spacious room. every feature is a little bit different from other hotels(in a good way). As many others have said, you can hear the noise from the next room. That's the weak part of this hotel. While I was in 浅憩，it rained almost every day. I hope I can stay here again on a sunny day in chongqing
