Helpful and kind staff. You can travel to center by a bus + underground in 50-60 minutes. Bus hours may end early.

A really conveniently placed hotel but at the cost of a little late night traffic noise. The rooms are standard Premiere Inn fayre but clean. The staff are polite, helpful and always smiling, Anette the chef is a real star, thank you Anette for your personal attention.

I stayed at Romford west . Easy booking all lovely . The receptionist was realy nice and helpful and chef Annette was realy nice realy helpful and nothing was a problem . The premier was all very good and enjoyed my stay . Nothing to do with the premier but the Toby next door shut at 10.00 at night even for drinks so make sure your in before or go to local weather spoons.

Awesome little hotel, great price for a nights stay, added bonus of parking as well, which is great for London, nice firm mattress and pillows which I love, waterfall shower head, far better than a normal one, breakfast on par with many of a hotel I have stayed in the past, all in all well worth the stay.

Very nice hotel if a bit dated in the old looks, the staff make up for the shortcomings. when i had trouble with my keys missing the young man jayo helped me find them! the breakfast room is clean and smells like fresh flowers. My family always visits once a month.

The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom was spotless. Diane was great, welcoming and understanding. Her sister Patricia was really helpful with breakfast as we have gluten allergy daughter. It was great service, even more so that I've been to so many premier but this is by far the best!

Disappointed with our stay here. Not what I've come to expect from Premier Inns. Hotel is very much in need of a makeover. Corridor carpet needed a clean. Our room smelt of perfumed airspray (covering up a smell?). On road side, so unable to keep window open - a very busy road. Only 1 hand towel, 1 bath towel, 1 tea bag for two. (Appreciate could have gone to Reception, but getting ready for bed). On good side, comfortable bed, as always with Premier inns. Good breakfast, with a friendly person cooking breakfast.

Such a comfy mattress and I love how deep the bath is. All spotlessly clean as I've come to expect from Premier Inn as their normal standard. Also of note, despitebeing beside a very busy road, we couldn't hear the traffic noise at all. Thesoundproofjng is excellent. We pre booked a breakfast. All you can eat. Very good quality and the server Annetta was very friendly and poached my eggs to perfection. I was pleasantly surprised they had whole milk not semi-skimmed as the default option, and VERY pleased to see Marmite and crumpets available.

One of the best Premier Inns I have stayed at! Free parking, Toby Carvery next door and a McDonalds a few mintues down the road - what's not to love! I had a very good sleep here. When I arrived, the receptionist was lovely and ensured I had everything to enjoy my stay. When I first got to my room, I wasn't too happy as there was a lot of noise coming from the traffic outside. I asked if I could swap rooms to one that faces the car park, and they did it for me with no issues at all. One small issue, which I can't really fault the hotel for is that in the evening, the corridor did smell of ****. Apart from that, I would happily stay here again!
