It was a awesome experience, clean place, well maintained property, food was nice, staff's are very nice.

Location is good, it’s a private beach experience. But the infrastructure is not maintained well. Poor food taste, less/no options and poor service. Rooms are not clean at all, especially bedspread and pillow covers were not changed, had to request for the same.

Location is excellent. But rooms were pathetic, dirty rooms without proper lock and bathroom has water leakage and very dirty. Food service is worst they need one and half hour to provide one item. Except location nothing is good.

Its right at the beach with private beach access. Cozy stay and tasty food at their in-house kitchen. Easily accessible from the station and bus stop.

Travel-led with my husband and 6 year old son. The stay was very memorable. The reception desk allowed us early check-in. We stayed in deluxe bamboo cottage and the property is just in front of the beach. Staff were polite and friendly. Food was good. Fish fry and briyani was too good. Only disadvantage is that they need to maintain bedding neat and hygiene.

The room shown in pictures is way different than the one given. I did not even checkin that day after looking at the room and left with my family to find another room. The room provided had broken flooring and anything can easily come up into the room. Very bad experience. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Security issue.

The fans in the dorm room are placed without any consideration of where the compartments are (the beds, which are separated by pseudo walls. Please don’t come here if you’re in for an average level of service, no cold water, easy access to the city and bed bugs.

I don't know where to even start. It's a very poorly maintained and managed property. Rooms are not clean. Water smells of rust. I think pipes are rusted. There are no rules or anything. If you like watching middle aged and cheap men getting drunk dancing for cheap songs with their underwears it's the place to go. Serivice is horrible. We had ordered for food at 8:30 and they served it by 10:30 after putting up a scene. Crowd that comes here are cheap. They made lot of noise and neighbours came and there was a fight. Then the police came. Overall it's the worst experience i've had. And waste of time and money. Please don't book this resort
