Hotel berhampiran Hoa Kiểng Cương Trang, Dalat

Very nice brand new hotel with very elegant fascia and decorations. All staffs are very nice and attention to details (from the front desk receptionists to very down to earth General Manger Mr. Le). The hotel offers very nice breakfast with so many options to choose to suit any tastes, however the coffee (already made in a pot which was not hot and not fresh) is well below par and certainly can be improved with at least one or two coffee machines similar to other 5-star hotels. The 25m swimming pool is very clean and warm, however be careful as it is slippery. The Spa which offers both hot and steam sauna as well as excellent masseurs is highly recommended. The room rate is very competitive. We definitely will be back!

The location is excellent. The staff are friendly. The cons is its small size of toilet. There is not much room to turn around once inside and it’ll be a disaster for overweight guests. Its design of two sliding doors closing at the diagonal point is not admirable and the sliding doors hardly close! The worst part? The bathroom light beams thru the glass door (though designed blurred) separating it and the bedroom!! Maybe good for one person but definitely no no for 2 to share! Hesitate to come back.

호텔 직원분이 룸까지 캐리어를 이동해 주시고 룸 시설 이용설명도 해주십니다. 3층 배정받았는데 룸과 화장실에 큰 창과 문이 있어 탁 트이는 전망도 볼 수 있고 개방감은 최고입니다. 큰 창문 좋아하시는 분에게 강추! 돌풍 바람 소리와 새벽에 닭 우는 소리는 들립니다. (소리에 민감하신 분은 참고해 주세요) 신축이라 당연 깨끗하고 특히 조식먹는 레스토랑 뷰가 최고예요 !!! 삼면이 탁 트임! 쌀국수도 넘 맛있었요 . 닭고기가 특히 ! 망고, 용과 등 과일도 신선해요. 조식먹으면서 힐링하고 싶은 분 가시면 넘 좋으실 거에요 ^^

The Ability of English of the hotel staffs looks not good but they were friendly. So miscommunication happened many times. But location is not bad(Actually no good scenery/no perfect location in Dalat) Spa was good. But the rest was so so to me.

This was our first time in Dalat, and luckily found this lovely boutique hotel. The mix of French and Oriental vibes gives it a unique, Instagram-worthy charm, great for check-in lovers. Polite and friendly staffs. Hotel amenities are modern and spotlessly clean. We got a room on the 2nd floor, and it was just so roomy! You might hear a bit of city buzz at night if you're a light sleeper. That's not a big deal as you are right in the city center. Hotel breakfast is buffet affair with good taste, but the variety of choices might leave you wanting a bit more.

Excellent customer service from all staff.Room was almost new and very clean.Breakfast was good.Omelette station and PHO soup station were nice touch.For the price of $32 definitely worth it.My suggestion is to put cup and teaspoon on table for hot cofffee.Overall,room and stay were good. Breakfast staff Minh and Chuc and Le ,and Tuan were all great! Phuc And Uyen in reception area were very helpful.Luggage’s was delivered to our room.Motorbike rental (150,000Viet)was arrange by Uyen.Their motorbikes look newer and no need to stress out to find rentals.You can park it in garage overnight with NO extra charge.Makes our stay in DALAT very convenient.You definitely need the semi-automatic motorbikes to visit Datanla Waterfalls(Alpine coaster) and do some loops. We were introduced here by our driver. Perfect location very close to all attractions. Especially the manager provided excellent service throughout our stay. The receptionist and staff are very friendly. The room is clean and fully equipped. The check-in experience was quick and easy and the room was wonderful.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT FOR THEIR EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE OF TEAM MEMBERS!!! Our family arrived on Feb 2, 2023 at 14h35 for check in and no room available!!! They asked us to WAIT (for 2 more hours) !!! And the worse thing is the attitude of the receptionists. We made 2 bookings for our family: • 1 booking they made wrong assigment: twin beds instead of double bed. Firstly they said it's our mistake and didnot listen to us at all. Only when we raised our voice and showed them our confirmation that they told us to WAIT 2 MORE HOURS FOR ROOM SET UP (It means we needed to wait until 4PM meanwhile the standard check in time is 2pm and its their mistake and even after we told that we're so tired after 7 hours driving here). • The another room we had requested the villa number when booking, and ordered joining twin beds. No room's ready at 2:40. No sorry but ”Wait”! We show our disappoinment of course. Then around 3.30PM they had room for us BUT IT'S WRONG ASSIGNMENT AGAIN! (We booked joining twin beds and they gave us only one 1.6m double bed! How can our Family of 4 sleep on that bed??) I said I want to talk with Manager( FOM or GM) as the Guest service Sup couldn't handle our case properly. We gave him our my phone numbers and he promised that his higher manager will be reported and talk with us. And up to now when i write this review (22:30), no one even care to keep their promise!! In the afternoon, they sent 1 plate of fruits to our room without saying any words or leaving any note (?). I did ask the receptionist, Mr Vinh said (with bad attitude): the hotel would like to offer us. I said ”I dont need it”. And he responded to me : ”if you dont want it, you just put it out of your room”. What kind of hospitality it is? THERE IS NO TRUE APOLOGY FROM THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT, Or it made me even feel THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT in this resort. No guest service attitude at all !!! In addition, the room got a lot of troubles : bathroom door cannot be closed properly (villa L3...), bathroom water is very weak and hot water comes suddenly; staff promised to order tuk tuk for her but it took more than 20 minues for that until I called again for that... Overall, we would NEVER COME BACK and highly recommend anyone who wants to come to re-consider!!! В целом, персонал гостеприимный. Возникла в начале ситуация, что забронировал номер с окном, а получил без окна. Но ребята ситуацию исправили на следующий день и в целом, отель очень приятный. Есть вопросы к чистоте - много муравьев и тараканов, но этого в Азии и так полно

Tôi thường xuyên phải lui tới Đà lạt công tác. Các chuyến công tác ngắn ngày hay dài ngày thường do nhân viên hành chính công ty đặt, & thường đặt tại các KS tại trung tâm thành phố, gần chợ Đà Lạt. Thời gian đầu tôi vẫn ở theo thói quen nhưng sau đó tôi cảm thấy hơi...lãng phí, khi mình đến ĐL mà lại ở 1 nơi không khác mấy so với HN hay SG - các city hotel, không mang nét riêng của ĐL. Vậy là t quyết định tìm 1 KS có nét riêng ĐL nhưng vẫn đảm bảo k quá xa trung tâm (1 số KS/homestay đẹp, thiên nhiên nhưng lại gần khu hồ Tuyền Lâm, rất xa trung tâm - khoảng 10km, hợp với nghỉ dưỡng, k hợp với đi công tác) & trong budget công ty tầm 800K trở xuống. Hoàng Lộc thực sự là 1 sự lựa chọn đúng đắn, làm các chuyến công tác của tôi không còn chán ngán, tẻ nhạt nữa mà có thêm chút thi vị. Không gian sân vườn cỏ cây đậm chất ĐL rất dễ thương, xinh xắn. Anh chị chủ nhà hẳn phải rất quan tâm săn sóc từng cây cỏ vật dụng. Các nhân viên rất nhiệt tình dễ thương & đặc biệt là bạn nào cũng tên Linh, rất dễ thương ^^ Nếu có nhu cầu ăn sáng, bạn có thể order riêng. Menu không quá phong phú nhưng là lựa chọn ổn nếu bạn muốn trải nghiệm cảm giác ăn sáng trước sân vườn xanh mát buổi sáng, cảm nhận 1 điều gì đó...Rất Đà Lạt...
