Everything exceeded my expectations. The owners, a pair of twin brothers, were incredibly kind. Their service was excellent and incredibly welcoming. Despite my many trivial questions, they patiently answered each one and even arranged a taxi for me. They helped me with countless issues, such as needing small change or wanting to rent a scooter. They even went as far as to waive my half-day scooter rental fee simply because I had already filled it up halfway.

The staff was so friendly and kind to us. The room is clean, very large and comfortable. I stayed with my mom but we have 2 large bed that can be for a big family. The price is cheap and location is quite near some famous destination in the city

We had a very comfortable stay here, just to note there is no Ac but dalat is much cooler than other places in Vietnam and we were absolutely fine without one. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was all good too they provided all necessary amenities. And the staff were very friendly and helpful!

This place offers incredible value compared to other platforms. The atmosphere and cleanliness are also top-notch, definitely on par with, if not better than, other options. It's a definite must-stay!

Front desk is very accommodating. Allows me to checkin early around 12:30. Answer my phone call promptly. Nice view from the balcony. I recommend the deluxe room with balcony. Cleaning is everyday. The door has problem of locking. Can use better pillows and towels. Kind of flimsy. Good value for the money.

Walls were thin, we could hear everything happening in the corridor and other rooms. Inexpensive, service was good.

Pros: Centrally located, convenient transportation, priority check-in. Cons: The hotel has no air conditioning or refrigerator. No coffee or tea available. The bed linens were wrinkled and uneven upon check-in. Despite priority check-in, the toilet, sink, and floor were covered in water stains and not properly cleaned. This was my second stay, but it was more disappointing than the first.

Unfortunately, I was faced with the fact that I could not check in immediately upon arrival at 18.00 and missed the sunset, although the possibility of early check-in was initially announced. It's just that a person sat in my room until the last minute, they did not kick him out, and I had to wait another half an hour until they showed him out and cleaned the room. Cool, in the end only I feel bad, everyone else is in the black. In the end, the hotel decided that the next client can wait and there is no need to take out things at 12.00. No compensation. And they also allow smoking right in the hotel lobby, where I was asked to wait - Disgusting.
