Clean and satisfactory amenities. The room has only one air conditioner, which requires extended use to keep the entire space cool. The shower is located right at the entrance of the bathroom, causing the floor to get wet after use, which may inconvenience others.

Very nice hotel and the staff was very friendly,  but I had to mark them down on location and amenities. For location, no fault of the hotel, all the sidewalks on the entire street was torn up, non existent, requiring everyone to walk in the sometimes busy street. As for amenities, our television wouldn’t play anything and our A/C wouldn’t cool the room.

I booked this hotel for my uncles and aunts visiting from Thailand. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was decent, and the location was convenient.

Good location, Clean room but I waited long time to check in and check out. The staffs look so busy. This hotel also provide motorbike rental. Convenient! The breakfast was not bad but so many people. Group tourists stay in this hotel.

Excellent front desk staff. Helpful, knowledgable, polite, friendly, professional. Breakfast was just so so. Very repetitive with almost the same food served daily Very excellent housekeeping and serving staff. Definitely the strong point of this hotel. Also good value for the money.

Excellent service

I recently has the bad experience of staying at the hotel that not only failed to meet basic service expectations but also demonstrated racism towards both locals and foreigners. From the moment i checked in, i noticed a distinct difference in the way hotel staff treated guests based on their ethnicity. I was shocked Nd appalled to witness the preferential treatment given to foreign guests (also our friends, we booked same hotel but different booking). I will not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a welcoming and inclusive environment

Good location

this hotel seems new and the lobby is nice and clean, but the rooms are dirty. the room i got had cobwebs in every corner, there were stains on the walls and curtains, and the bathroom sink still had leftovers from the guests before us. we were very disappointed. i’m also pretty sure their breakfast gave me food poisoning because i felt sick that night and it was the only food i had all day. i think it was from the yogurt, which was way too sour. it probably went bad because the dining room was very warm and stuffy and cramped with guests. also, the front desk told us they needed to hold a physical copy of our visa in order to check in. i’ve never had that requested from the 8 other hotels i stayed at in vietnam. and when i checked out, they said they didn’t have my visa.

convenient location, walking distance to Dalat Centre, space and bed is comfortable, poor wifi and no english tv channel. Clogged toilet drainage during my stay.
