Hotel berhampiran Lam Dong Museum, Dalat

Very clean and grand hotel in Dalat. Very comfortable stay. But the customer service for room cleaning needs to be improved further. (Not enough manpower to clean rooms) In room dining needs to be improved, maybe can include an app for booking meals. Laundry service not user friendly.

This is second hotel I tried in Dalat. It is a very lovely villa style hotel. The overall design is simple gorgeous from the lobby to your villa (room) I am staying at villa 5 which is very near to the lobby. You don’t need to use the cabby service & I prefer to walk so as to enjoy the peaceful environment. Pls note there is no lift and my room is on the 3rd floor which is the highest. The room is very spacious and pretty. They are using UK/US power points which are available on both sides of the bed. Do note that one of the power points has been used for the alarm clock but you can easily remove it. For the bedside lamp, it is using touch sensor. Have fun trying to turn it on and adjust the brightness. There are 4 mineral water bottles (2 inside the bar fridge), 3-4 type of tea bags to choose from and coffee too. Toilet and shower are separated. The water pressure is strong and have constant hot water. They provide refillable nice bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion too. Though there is air conditioning, I can’t control which later is fixed by the technician. However, it is still not that cold even it is 20 degree, more like 25-26 degree. I don’t like hot temperature and my “sensor” body can tell the coldness of the room, haha. Wanted to open the window as it is so much cooler. Give up the idea as I am more worried about the mosquitoes. Suggest to put a mosquitoes net so that we can open the window. Woke up every nights as I feel so warm using the blanket. Nevertheless, the staff are very helpful and eager to serve you though some may not be fluent in English. The toilet looks pretty but the basin area is just too small. My toiletries bag will get wet when using the basin The breakfast is very delicious and many varieties to choose from. Try to avoid peak hour from 7:30am to 8:45am. You should try their 1929 Lobby Bar, they are delicious too. Overall, I have a good stay and my girlfriend is happy and my positive energy fully recharged! Highly recommended!

The Goldient Boutique Hotel is a fantastic choice for accommodation. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel's design is modern and stylish, creating a comfortable and inviting ambiance. The room was clean and well-maintained, offering all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the Goldient Boutique Hotel.

Good experience at the hotel - Room: clean, interior is not new but all works well. Deluxe Double room has bathtub, stable hot water, open view. - Location: near Da Lat bus station, very close to Xuan Huong lake. The area has little traffic, so it's quiet at night. - Food: breakfast buffet, well-balanced dishes, delicious in the price range. - Service: receptionist, polite and friendly luggage carrier.

This was our first time in Dalat, and luckily found this lovely boutique hotel. The mix of French and Oriental vibes gives it a unique, Instagram-worthy charm, great for check-in lovers. Polite and friendly staffs. Hotel amenities are modern and spotlessly clean. We got a room on the 2nd floor, and it was just so roomy! You might hear a bit of city buzz at night if you're a light sleeper. That's not a big deal as you are right in the city center. Hotel breakfast is buffet affair with good taste, but the variety of choices might leave you wanting a bit more.

Hotel is centrally located, close to everything you need, including the night market. The hotel itself is clean and and beds are comfortable. The buffet has a variety of Vietnamese and continental food, fruits, and drinks - all very delicious. The staff are very polite and helpful. Tuyen, the reception supervisor was exceptionally helpful when i made a mistake with booking my flight and she was able to sort it out for me last minute, going above and beyond.

The location is excellent. The staff are friendly. The cons is its small size of toilet. There is not much room to turn around once inside and it’ll be a disaster for overweight guests. Its design of two sliding doors closing at the diagonal point is not admirable and the sliding doors hardly close! The worst part? The bathroom light beams thru the glass door (though designed blurred) separating it and the bedroom!! Maybe good for one person but definitely no no for 2 to share! Hesitate to come back.

우선 굉장히 늦게 체크인하는 데 피곤한 기색없이 밝게 응대해주시고 빨리 처리해주셨습니다. 정말 감사합니다. 방도 청결하고 좋았습니다만 방음이 정말 안됩니다.. 새벽4시에 윗윗층에선가 애기 여러명의 울고 웃고 떠드는 소리와 어니들의 수다소리.. 현지인이 같이사는 것 같더라고요.. 정말 잠을 못잤어요.

Khách sạn nằm trong khu khách sạn mới xây trên đường Nam Kỳ Khởi Nghĩa, khá gần nếu di chuyển ra hồ Xuân Hương và Chợ Đêm. Phòng tương đối được nhưng không đúng so với chuẩn 3 sao. Giường êm phòng cách âm tốt, nhân viên vui vẻ nhiệt tình, có bãi xe dưới hầm khá thuận tiện. Tuy nhiên buffet sáng còn ít món và khá đơn giản nhưng chấp nhận được.

The resort's facilities were also impressive, with a range of activities and amenities to suit every taste. I enjoyed a relaxing swim in the outdoor pool, followed by a rejuvenating massage at the spa. The gym was well-equipped, and I appreciated the option to stay active even while on vacation. The food at the resort was also exceptional, with a diverse selection of dishes to choose from. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, my experience at Edensee Resort was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of stunning natural surroundings, comfortable accommodations, friendly staff, and excellent facilities made for an unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.
