"I really liked this hotel! It's large, new, and offers excellent service. Security guards greet guests upon arrival and assist with parking. Hot ginger tea is offered at reception upon check-in, a very nice touch. The hotel and rooms have a pleasant aroma. The room is spacious and bright, everything is clean and new. The bed is huge and comfortable, with crisp white linens and towels. It's clear that every detail has been thought through. The breakfasts are excellent, with a wide selection to suit every taste. There are also several cafes and restaurants within the hotel building, and the prices are quite affordable. We had dinner at the Japanese restaurant, and it was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. I'd also like to highlight the excellent value for money – for the price, this hotel is simply excellent. We received much more than we expected. We hope the hotel continues to maintain such a high level of service; we will definitely be back."

"Chance upon it while running my work at LamVien Square . So decided to stay for 1 night before my flight the next day . I got myself a room on the ground floor . Love it . Easy in and out . Breakfast was amazing with good selections and delicious. Staffs were helpful and friendly. Room very finely appointed with Bathlines from Chopard."

PPengguna TetamuIncredibly helpful and attentive staff at the front desk. Great coffee too. Nice bakery next door. We had one of the houses out back. Perfect for our family stay. Some of the rooms are a bit tired, but it is incredibly good value for money. A £1 Grab ride to the market and most of Dalat.

CCalvan TanThere was a hiccup when checking in. Hotels could not local our booking number from Trip.com but it was resolved after some wait. Rooms was clean and breakfast was good. Please avoid the local crowds on their peak traveling period as it could turn out to be very rowdy and noisy. Overall this is not a bad hotel. Thank you

AAngela Wong YYGreat staff all over the resort, always smiling and no rain or cold weather can dampen their moods. My room card was accidentally disabled and just by reaching out to a near by technician, he immediately understood my issue despite language barrier, within 3 minutes someone ran to me to open up the door. The villas are far away from the reception. The surrounding is so beautiful and peaceful. I love that the resort plants their own vegetables. There is a shuttle bus (not very frequent) bringing you to town area which is abt 20+ mins drive away. There is a mini mart in the resort for basics including wine and beers. Very family friendly too as there is a theme park within the resort. The interior of the room(I stayed in a villa) is like the chalet type. If the resort can do minor touch ups to the rooms, this hotel will definitely get its 5 stars!

PPengguna TetamuDalat Palace Heritage Hotel It’s true that the last time we stayed at the Dalat Heritage Hotel was years back. It had a different name then too, when it was, we believe, under a different management. The place was beautiful, with vanished wooden floors, beds with canopies and bath tubs on steady golden legs. Golden taps and fresh looking bathroom tiles. Most importantly, it was clean, the cushioned chairs felt firmed, the rooms & bathrooms brightly lit. It was an equivalent if not better than the Raffles in Spore. We decided in our latest trip to stay at the now Dalat Heritage Hotel for two nights, 23 & 24 July 2025 . We learnt that it had changed hands and while we expected it to have aged, we thought most hotel managements, would have done some upgrade, some renovation some replacements of essentials. Sad to say, our stay was a tremendous let down. I’m trying not to use the adjectives “traumatising experience” and will not offer photos, so that the hotel has an opportunity to spruce it up and bring it to its former glory. The property has too much potential & history to be abandoned by visitors to Dalat. We stepped into a an old, tired looking lobby. Waited a long time to register and was told to expect welcoming drinks which never came. We girls had to use the “ladies. ” another disappointment. It was old, the flush was a pull up lever which almost didn’t work. The taps were tarnished. We finally got into our rooms. The floors were scratched, not quite the varnish, but we thought, it’s ok, a little authenticity, somethings must age. The beds still had its canopy, but the linens looked worn, tired. The little table with its two cushion chairs were well placed, but the cushions were totally worn, we could feel the base of the seat. There was a dressing table, thoughtful… but then there was no light for any lady, vain or otherwise, to apply her war paint. The room was badly lit, no extra lights at the dressing table or anywhere. The stand alone cupboards were large, but dark as well. I almost missed the black hair dryer kept in there, and we couldn’t find the room slippers and had to ask for help to locate it in the cupboards. The most disappointing was the bathroom. It was badly lit as well. The taps were all tarnished and without my glasses, I could see the bits of mould growing around the base of the tap. There was also limescale deposits. The floor tiles were badly worn, and I wish I could say it gave the bathroom a feel of the grandeur of yesterday years ageing gracefully, but hygiene is too important here to do so. The highlight was when we took a shower and stepped into the bathtub supported by “stone legs.” It wobbled continuously and made such a lot of noise that kept the user on edge. Then, we saw it all, the grouting of the wall tiles were caked with black moulds. To top it all, the bathroom had a stench of clogged pipes. It stayed with us like a faithful friend that won’t leave even if we tried pushing him out the door!! Did I mention the mosquitoes that bunked in with us? They bit my friend on the face & eye lid which swelled for 2 days. In the mornings, they sounded the wake up calls around our faces. If it had been possible, we would have cancelled the wake up calls. Breakfast was good. There was a good spread and the chefs behind the counters were friendly and all smiles. However much could be done to train the waitresses, who hid in corners. I asked one of them where the toaster for the bread was, she said there was none. I found it on the second morning. It was there all along. I guess her English needs polishing. Luckily, the porters were friendly and quite quick with umbrellas as it rained the whole 2 days we were there. On the whole, the hotel had a handful of local guests while we were there. I hope they chip in, in encouraging the hotel to relook at its offerings. We would really like to go back, but perhaps, only if someone wrote a review that says otherwise.

PPandhu PidadeI stayed for two nights and arrived late at night. The Front Desk staff who welcomed me were very warm and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which I truly appreciated. The resort itself is lovely, with beautiful gardens and flowers that create a relaxing atmosphere and make it enjoyable to walk around. The room was generally nice; however, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and the soundproofing could be improved as I could easily hear people talking in the corridor. Breakfast was generally good, with a nice selection of food. The staff were attentive despite the busy hours. The main disappointment during my stay was the inconsistency regarding the late check-out. One day before departure, I was confirmed a complimentary late check-out until 2pm, and my key card was even extended. I appreciated this gesture, especially since I had mentioned that I did not mind paying if needed. However, on the day of departure, the manager informed me that the hotel was fully booked and that the late check-out was no longer valid. Unfortunately, no alternative solution was offered, and it seemed as though there was some doubt about my confirmation. Luckily, my bags were already packed, and I was able to check out immediately. I later sent an email to express my concern. Another manager responded politely and offered a solution and courtesy gesture, which I appreciated. However, by then I had already checked out and made alternative plans, so it was a bit too late — though I do value the effort to follow up. I was also traveling on my birthday. While I am not someone who expects celebrations, it was a little surprising that there was no recognition at all, especially for a brand like Grand Mercure. Overall, the resort is beautiful and the service is generally good, but better consistency in communication and service delivery would enhance the guest experience.

Vouchers given by the hotel is useless, need to improved, you don't expect guests to buy 2 and get 1 complementary free drink or tea. How can 2 person in 1 room take 3 drinks. Breakfast is ok, except the coffee is not thick and need to be keep hot at all time. Location is good, nearby many eatery and night and day market.

PPengguna TetamuA good hotel but quite distance to cafe n restaurant. Room condition, towel n bedsheets very clean. During my stay, i was blown away by the cherry blossom n flowers. Is really amazing n beautiful. We stay here 2 nights but the 2nd night we decide to have out dinner at the restaurant. To our surprise the quality of the food is pretty good. Overall, i would give this hotel only 4 stars as the facilities provide is very limited. Room need to be upgraded specially the furniture n bathroom blinds.

SSERGEII really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was very clean, cozy, and located in a great area. Most places were within walking distance, but if you have a motorbike, it’s just a short ride to find food or coffee. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel also offers an affordable laundry service, which was very convenient. I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.
