Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe einer wichtigen Durchgangsstraße, daher vor allem durch Busse sehr laut. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und chic eingerichtet. Die Gastronomie dagegen eine Katastrophe. Im Restaurant gab es abends nur Getränke, keine Speisen. Man muss dann etwas wandern, bis man ein vernünftiges Restaurant gefunden hat. Frühstück das gleiche Problem, es gibt lediglich dürftige a la carte Speisen (Rührei) . Vom Hotel ist man in ein paar Minuten mit einem Taxi am Flughafen Da Lat.

이틀동안 숙박하고 왔는데 직원분들의 너무 친절한서비스와 시내와거리는 조금떨어제있어도 시내까지 무료셔틀서비스를 미리신청해서 이용하니 크게 불편함없이 잘 지내고 왔습니다 아침에 일어나니 문앞에 공작새들이 반겨주고 리조트호수주위로 30분정도 산책코스도 너무 좋았습니다 다음에도 다시 찾고싶은곳 강추합니다

This place was really not my style. While the setting was lovely - this is really more suited for family holidays. The villa was spacious and fairly private (though sound does carry in the building). The breakfast is a disaster. Crowded, noisy, kids running everywhere, and the food is insufficient. Crowded scrum around the food - and many of the serving dishes are empty and not replenished. Not the way I would choose to start a day.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT FOR THEIR EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE OF TEAM MEMBERS!!! Our family arrived on Feb 2, 2023 at 14h35 for check in and no room available!!! They asked us to WAIT (for 2 more hours) !!! And the worse thing is the attitude of the receptionists. We made 2 bookings for our family: • 1 booking they made wrong assigment: twin beds instead of double bed. Firstly they said it's our mistake and didnot listen to us at all. Only when we raised our voice and showed them our confirmation that they told us to WAIT 2 MORE HOURS FOR ROOM SET UP (It means we needed to wait until 4PM meanwhile the standard check in time is 2pm and its their mistake and even after we told that we're so tired after 7 hours driving here). • The another room we had requested the villa number when booking, and ordered joining twin beds. No room's ready at 2:40. No sorry but ”Wait”! We show our disappoinment of course. Then around 3.30PM they had room for us BUT IT'S WRONG ASSIGNMENT AGAIN! (We booked joining twin beds and they gave us only one 1.6m double bed! How can our Family of 4 sleep on that bed??) I said I want to talk with Manager( FOM or GM) as the Guest service Sup couldn't handle our case properly. We gave him our my phone numbers and he promised that his higher manager will be reported and talk with us. And up to now when i write this review (22:30), no one even care to keep their promise!! In the afternoon, they sent 1 plate of fruits to our room without saying any words or leaving any note (?). I did ask the receptionist, Mr Vinh said (with bad attitude): the hotel would like to offer us. I said ”I dont need it”. And he responded to me : ”if you dont want it, you just put it out of your room”. What kind of hospitality it is? THERE IS NO TRUE APOLOGY FROM THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT, Or it made me even feel THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT in this resort. No guest service attitude at all !!! In addition, the room got a lot of troubles : bathroom door cannot be closed properly (villa L3...), bathroom water is very weak and hot water comes suddenly; staff promised to order tuk tuk for her but it took more than 20 minues for that until I called again for that... Overall, we would NEVER COME BACK and highly recommend anyone who wants to come to re-consider!!! Chanced upon this resort in 2017. Wife and I came to Dalat for honeymoon in 2017 but staying at different resort. Walked passed this resort and find it very beauitful. Came back to this resort to stay on our wedding anniversary. Contact the resort to make arrangements for our transport and stay. A lady named Thuy An (Miss An) got back to me promptly. Communication was great! Informed Thuy An about my flight details and arranged our transport from the airport to the resort. Everything went smoothly. Staying at the villa for 5d4n and we enjoyed it. The villa is clean and well-maintained. Very peaceful and quiet! Thuy An and the team are the essence of the place. They make you feel at home. They always make sure you are well and Thuy An will always help you out - Eg. to book a car out to the city centre or recommend you to nice cafes and restaurants. The resort also serves a variety of food. We had hotpot and it's delicious. Having hotpot in cold weather. It's the best feeling. Breakfast is good too. Food is good and reasonably priced. Thuy An and the team are incredibly friendly and made our stay very warm and welcoming. We didnt want to leave.. Will definitely be back and highly recommend this resort if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay and away from the city centre. It's around 30mins drive away from the city centre. Lastly, be sure to look for Thuy An if you are going there. She is very helpful and friendly. From the moment we arrived until they waived goodbye, we felt like a part of the family.
